FULL STORY I contacted Reigne Jewellery because I needed help with an engagement ring. They were prompt to respond and lovely to interact with (I primarily worked with one the owners, Zac). With me being in the USA and them being in Australia I was worried that the process might be cumbersome and lagging, however it was exactly the opposite. It was as if they were right here with me the entire time. They helped me throughout every step of way from concept to delivery. They were always quick to respond and willing to share their knowledge and expertise with me in a way that I could understand. The result: I ended up with an absolutely stunning custom engagement ring that my beyond happy fiancée continues to receive comments on over and over again. I had such a great experience working with Reigne Jewellery on the engagement ring that we ended up getting our wedding bands (and more) through them as well. While out exploring Melbourne’s CBD one day, my wife and I who are from Brisbane, accidentally stumbled upon Reigne Jewellers. We found the owner Zac to be kind, genuine, trustworthy and knowledgeable and were extremely impressed with the high quality of the store merchandise. He did a magnificent job rebanding the oval solitaire diamond ring selected by my wife and also polished her 32 year old wedding band to perfection, before safely posting it out to us. She can’t stop admiring her new ring. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Zac. I was visiting Melbourne on a work trip and happened to have some time on my hands. I left having purchased the perfect engagement ring for my partner. Zac was very informative and receptive to my requests. Plus, given my limited experience in the field, he was very patient in answering all my basic questions.
