Provide very good service. They are courteous and work with patients. Also very helpful to their customers. Recently all on a sudden I planned for a trip from Munich to Dhaka and was worried about the ticket price but with their support it was too easy to buy a cheap ticket. From the very beginning of the deal they offered me a low price and they were fixed on that which is something good and different from other agencies. As other agencies start with a very high price and come to low depending on the attitude of customers. If you do not believe me just approach a deal with them and compare with others. I am not telling you to trust me blindly.

Von Team BD habe Ich zweimal Flugticket gekauft. Einmal vor dem Covid und zweites Mal während des Covids . Zweites Mal bin Ich nur hin ( Dhaka) geflogen. Wegen der Pändemie konnte ich nicht mit dem Ticket(Türkische Airlines) zurück fliegen. Aber Rückerstattung habe Ich leider nicht bekommen. Ich habe mehreres Mal E-Mail geschrieben, leider sehr schlechte Bedienung bzw. Behaviour mit dem Kunden. Die Leute sind gar nicht Professionell. Ich empfehle Niemandem .

So schlechte Bedienung hatte ich nie erlebt! Karte Zahlungen überhaupt nicht möglich! Mit Visa/Master Karte Kunde muss extra 10€ Gebühren übernehmen, obwohl das Summe über 1000€ ist !! Der Ticket Verkäufer meinte das ist doch normal. Sehr unfreundlich und extrem unprofessional Arbeit.

Super greedy people.not professional and supportive at all. They sell tickets by Turkish Airlines and when I wanted to change my ticket they demand 30 euro extra, although from the airlines authority they said it's free of cost. So guys be careful about this kind of greddy people.
