I saw a 1x35 on carsales which is the car I really wanted and have been researching for months. decided to contact them to come test drive the car, i spoke to Craig he happily agreed to wait for me to get to the dealership to test drive the car. everything was going great he seemed really nice on the phone happy to wait for my sister to go for the test drive with me, took it for a quick drive and was happy with the car. I went back to Craig and said i need to work out some details but I'll be in contact with you soon to let you know about the car. I called him the next day because i was curious what finance they could offer( did not say anything about the car didn't ask it to be put on hold or anything) spoke to James who was taking care of my fiance he we lovely. During all of this I was trying to work out my other car for trade in which is currently in a different location I cant get to, while I was trying to figure this out Craig decided it would be a great idea to message and call me over and over again. He started saying I needed to sign contracts and put deposits down and come in to sign things when I had already told him I wasn't available. Then he started saying if I don't sign today he will be selling the car to someone else (this car is still up for sale). I told him please go ahead if there is another buyer. I told him I dont appreciated the several calls in a row I have been very busy and it's also the weekend I never asked for the car to be on hold. He then responded saying sorry for being professional if you weren't serious about the car you could've save everyone a lot of time. Basically he put me off buying that car , from the constant voice mails, texts and missed calls , harassing a young girl buying her first car is not the way to make a sale. Do not go here unless you want to be harassed for a sale

Friendly owner, really knowledgable and helpful. As a first car buyer I was really nervous and not really sure what to expect. Loves to have a chat, all round great bloke and pleasure to do business with. Car I purchased runs like a dream. Couldn't be happier with the buy. Owner was relaxed and didn't put pressure on me to make the sale which made for a nice smooth comfortable transaction.
