Very bad service, I think they don't know what to do, regarding major issues. I went for an inspection, charged $75, then the issue was the front 2 wheels hub assembly, it is only maximum two hours of labor but they charged me 4 hours of labor X $150, plus $430 for the parts( more than double their actual price) the total charge was $1120, on driving the car back home the ABS light came on, no light came on in the dashboard before going there. I drove back, they checked again and said just the sensor needed to be cleaned, everything is ok, I drove the car back home, and the next day I drove the car to wall mart ( 4 miles away) the ABS light came on again, called them and said bring it in the morning, I took the car again for the third time early in the morning, we got it back after 3 PM, they said they had to replace the hub they put there because it was bad. And said the car was fine now no more issues. The next day I drove my daughter to college about 9 miles driving, and the ABS light came on again, we managed to go back home safely and called them, and they admitted that they didn't put factory spare parts. I have to take back tomorrow for the fourth time to put a factory spare parts. I lost trust in them, I used to go there for an only oil change.

If you don't want to be scammed, don't bring your car here. because they will destroy and cause more serious damage to your car. I was so deceived. I brought my car in for the first time. I brought my vehicle for alignment after 45 minutes, they told me, but printers damaged then can't print out the paper. I bring my car at home, and then it starts vibration at 60mp, then I bring my vehicle back they said I need to change the axle and then charge over $1000. The problem before that happened was that my car was perfectly not thing wrong . I'm not accepting the de, l then next auto shop they told me they was broken my axleIt's totallyly scammer. Don't bring your catoat this shop otherwise they will destr the y vehicle then charge your money.

my experience was horrible. went in for a smog check early 2020. they were unable to finish the test because they couldn't connect to my car's computer. they refused to refund me, instead offered a free re-test within 30 days. then the pandemic hit, shelter in place happened, and well... you know the rest. i called outside of the 30 days and they refused to re-test or refund. it's outside their policy, i get it. but one would think that they would certainly make an exception due to the pandemic, or the lockdown, or the general unease with venturing out into the virus laden world. nope, they wouldn't budge. what a disappointment. total lack of empathy or understanding. so they essentially stole $45 from me. monsters.

Do a lot of my own mechanical work, but had a few problems that required tools I did not have. Few other mechanics wanted to charge more than I thought was fair. Went to these guys after I read their reviews. They were good at what they did and were honest from the beginning about how much they thought it would cost. I was surprised that they bought the parts that were needed and charged me what they were charged. Other places add enough on top of what they pay to force me to go buy it for them to save the additional charge. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who are good at what they do, these guys qualify in my book.

They don’t communicate price correctly. First I was told my hose was leaking and they said it would be 180 and on my receipt it says 180 for labor but they never mentioned to me about any other price my total came out to $340. Make sure if you go here that you ask for the total cause you may not be able to afford your own car Edit: I went to get new brake pads and brakes all around just for just for big ol tires to tell me two months later i needed new brakes well after that my brakes would not work which lead me to spinning out and totaling my car thank God my daughter and I are alive. I wish I could give less than a star

Looked on google for a auto repair shop for a tune up tire rotation and oil change. The prices were fair I didn’t feel like there was any up selling and they let me keep my car there overnight so I wouldn’t have to deal with traffic..only thing I can say is I have a key for my tires to get them off..the key did seem buried in my glove box so it made me wonder if the tires actually got rotated but I will keep the faith. Overall good experience if you have a Honda or Acura

I needed to get a headlight fixed and it was faster than expected! I waited for 45 minutes - 1 hour without an appointment and they did a great job. The waiting area hasn't been cleaned ever (there's cobwebs and a thick layer of dust in the corners), but the service was fast and easy. They're also super nice and explain everything in easy terms.

I caught them lying about doing an alignment, could not give me a printout of the correction, “our printer is broken”.I took it home and had to come back. I also paid them for a suspension inspection on my accord. Again they lied about doing it and said everything was fine. THE NEXT SHOP FOUND THE AXLE IN THE FRONT WAS NOT INTACT. Scammers

Great place to get a DMV smog check. They are a Star certified station, so if your renewal certificate says you need to go to a Star station, this is your place. I was in and out in l less than 15 minutes. The lady in front of me was wrapping up. The guys are friendly and work fast, highly recommend this place.

They charge 65 for inspection only and no proper inspection and was asking 400 first and then then 356 price not clear. I went to other they charged 120 including labor my car now ready to go. Never go to this shop if you u want to save your money plus they are not welcomming.

Very bad service. One of mechanic break the part while doing service and instead of accepting there mistake they charge me money for breaking part from there mechanic.And Guess who told me about breaking part ( Manager) told me and said you have to pay.

This is one of the best auto repair shop's in the bay area, I have been coming here for last 6 years and Mr Singh has always been helpful and very fair with the cost. All I can say is trust Singh to do the right thing with your vehicle at a fair price

The owner is very honest and trustful, reasonable price. we took both our cars in for oil changes, repairs, most of the time the results are satisfying, one or two times not as good as we expect, they tried to fix it next time without charge.
