I received a manicure, pedicure and waxing. This was definitely the best experience I have had in a long time. Michelle was very attentive to my likes and dislike the other employees very pleasant! Other customers I spoke with, love Retention too! Very, very clean. Will definitely go back. Love the on line appointment process!

Alex is the best! He made my nails look just like the photo I showed him & they lasted 4 weeks! I’m headed there tomorrow for a new set. Can’t wait to go back! The environment is very relaxing and all the techs are very nice! I recommend to bring cash for a tip to show your appreciation at all their hard work

Unfortunately this place is ridiculously overpriced. Be prepared to be charged $10 for length on a fill-in, $15+ for jewels, and $25+ for a simple design. Will not be going back. There are places that do a better job for much much less. The technicians are great but the prices are ridiculous.

Visited twice, as a walk-in for a pedicure around 5:30 on a weekday. Was taken back right away, no waiting. Both times I had Tony, who was absolutely fabulous! My toes are beautiful and I am so incredibly relaxed! Pay in cash and it’s $1 less. Great experience. 5 stars.
