Good day, it was my first time trying revitalize day spa and honestly I was not happy with the quality of service I received, I had my previous artificial gel nails removed and gel to be done on my natural nails however the lady assisting me, while filling my nails actually cut through my skin on my baby finger then placed my hands into warm water with asitone but that's not the worse part! It's only been exactly a week and my gel nails have started peeling off the nails itself and chipping... I'm definitely not going back there at all... For the price, the quality level needs to match ladies... You need to work on your skills better!!

Not too happy!pedi lady was gr8 smiling and happy.No tea or coffee or even water offered!!really didn't even get rid of my dry skin on my heals massage was like 1 min...coco butter lotion for the foot massage is so not on!!!!please there's a body shop in gateway that offers many foot scrubs/peels/soothing balls etc..... argh I was really looking 4ward to this

Did a treat for my daughter on her birthday there, so it was a birthday hunt and after her treatments she with get a clue. I didn't really make arrangements prior, so when I went there I just told them what I need them to do and they were so accommodating and just really made her day special …

Hidden gem, unassuming from the outside but very pleasant on the inside. Staff is very considerate and caters to everything you need. Went in for an express facial and was overall satisfied with the price and the service itself.

Booked a couple's hot stone massage, and it was amazing, Roanne also has promos on whatsapp & it was well worth the money. Can't wait for our next visit, a suggestion to add refreshment options to massage sessions.
