Throughout this pandemic the idea of Support Local has been front and center so that local businesses can survive and some even thrive while the governments are forcing an ever changing landscape of closures and restrictions. SO my family has been doing all it can to support only local businesses. After looking around the neighborhood for a local pharmacy that had good reviews I settled on trying Revive because I has heard of their great customer service. This Sadly has not been my experience with them. They overbook their appointment schedule more than an airline overbooks planes as of this morning I have now had 2 appointments canceled, and a third that was not cancelled or confirmed so I called and asked about the status and was told that they would check and call me back, I am still waiting for that call back Customer service is not hard, keeping commitments is not either so far Revive seems unwilling to do either. Customer service is taking the people's appointments you've cancelled and rescheduling them if possible, not just canceling and asking them to pull the appointment slot machine again, and again, and again. Other pharmacies do this, and it would be simple with the right systems in place, right now your system allows people to book appointments in slots you know you don't have vaccines for. Frankly the appointment that was cancelled on Monday morning around 8am you knew Saturday or Sunday that you did not have stock but alas you waited until 8am the day of to cancel the appointment. Effectively scuttling me from seeking other providers as I don't have any desire to book appointments in multiple locations blocking someone else "just in case" As for the phone call I was promised, it shouldn't have been promised if the intention was never to fulfill the request.

Avoid this place if you can. I had booked an appointment vaccination from Alberta Health for today at 5 which urges me at the moment. I asked at work to leave early but when I get there I'm asked if I could come back tomorrow because they only do vaccines up to 5, it doesn't even match their schedule on google or the Alberta Health Services. My experience was a lack of respect. I don't know why Alberta Health uses convenience stores like this as vaccination places. I was attended by a kind young asian girl willing to help and an older brown lady in white. I'm sorry I didn't get the names. Edit: I agreed to come back but it doesn't change anything as my employer certainly didn't like that because I had to asked to leave early again. If you're investigating Check the cameras I arrived on time instead of lying for the sake of your image. I know this for a fact. At 5:10 I was already in my home. Plus they weren't even expecting me.

Booked a same day appointment to get my Covid vaccine booster shot as I thought I qualified due to my congenital heart defect. Turns out my heart defect did not qualify me at the time and it only applied to those with congenital heart disease. This was an honest mistake as I misunderstood the AHS website. The pharmacist was brutal in questioning my intentions for booking the shot as if I was intentionally trying to jump the line in front of those aged 50+ Or in front of those who worked in heath care etc. I would not recommend this pharmacy as I did not appreciate the customer service from the pharmacist (front desk woman was fantastic and very people friendly). I understand the pharmacist had to ask the proper questions for the qualifications but tone of voice and demeanour made me feel very bad when leaving the pharmacy.

After the provincial government announced people 18+ were able to book covid booster appointments, I booked online through the provincial booking site at this pharmacy. My appointment is for tomorrow at the time I write this. The pharmacy sent a confirmation email to me saying my appointment was confirmed for tomorrow at about 2pm this afternoon. Then they cancelled my appointment without an explanation after they had closed for the day, so I couldn't even contact them at their phone number to find out what happened. I had to call AHS to find out the pharmacy cancelled my appointment. The AHS agent was shocked the pharmacy would do such a thing. Now I'm stuck waiting weeks until somewhere else will be able to fit me in. Terrible experience for someone trying to support a smaller pharmacy. Do not recommend.

Kudos to pharmacist Shereen and the friendly, helpful staff of Revive Pharmacy on 20th Ave. NW. I began patronizing this small neighbourhood pharmacy during Covid, when it was wonderful to be able to book a vaccination or booster in a quiet, uncrowded environment. I recently moved the rest of my pharmacy business over to Revive and have been hugely impressed at how much initiative the staff takes to make sure your needs are met, calling before they leave for the day if a requisition is too blurry to read, calling when the medication comes in and, today, calling me back to say they'd found coupon/rebate options for medications purchased yesterday, and were returning over $100 to my card. Big improvement over the customer service at the big-name pharmacy I'd used previously!

Poorly organized staff and system. I had booked an appointment over a month ago for my booster vaccine dose at 4:15pm and several people with later time slots were seen before me. When I politely brought it to their attention about the delay in my appointment, they did next to nothing to correct the mistake and even let in two more people before me. In total I had waited for an hour for my appointment and in that time I had witnessed the pharmacist practicing the worst hand hygiene and gloving habits I have ever witnessed- and I work in healthcare. Needs a refresher on basic IP+C protocols.

Knowledgeable, cheerful, and compassionate care. Shereen and the staff at Revive have been patient and kind when they were faced with the pressures of rapid test kit shortages and high vaccination demand. I am so impressed with the quality of care I continue to receive from this neighbourhood pharmacy. Whether concerned about COVID or meds that have been prescribed for me, the staff always takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make research based recommendations. Most of all I have appreciated knowing that I will always be treated with respect and care. Thank you Revive!

I have to say that without a doubt this is the most caring and thoughtful pharmacy I have ever been too. The amount of attention and effort they have put into me as a customer leaves me speechless. It makes me feel like I have an extension of my health care within their office that makes me more confident in managing my medications and health concerns. I will travel across the city to go to this pharmacy if I have too. If you want a pharmacy that sees you as a human, and as a patient not just a transaction this is the place for you.

Terrible! Booked a COVID booster shot and received 2 confirmation emails from the AHS website. Then the at 7:30pm the night before got an email which said the vaccine provider canceled the appointment. No one at the pharmacy is answering the phone since it's outside operating hours, so why was the appointment cancel? This should not be acceptable without adequate reasoning and proper communication.

I couldn’t recommend this Pharmacy more! Service and personal care is above and beyond. Ricky has helped me many times with various issues and questions, he is always very friendly, patient and helpful. If you want personal care and a small town / close community experience - visit Revive! It’s now more important than ever to support your smaller local businesses, and this group deserves it!

Friendly service, and this pharmacy goes above and beyond. For example, I asked for the generic version of my prescription and they weren’t able to fill it because it was back-ordered. Not only did they call other pharmacies to try and find it, they filled the brand version of my prescription at the (lower) generic pricing when unable to find the generic prescription at any nearby pharmacy.

This is a great pharmacy which I will recommend to family & friends. Since, this pharmacy opened, i have been getting better customer service which never to other drugs stores. Staffs are very caring to patients knowledgeable, and quick services. Medication sometimes can be delivered to you as long they have your prescriptions. Medication’s cost is very competitive

I visited this pharmacy before in my free day. It is located in a very nice community, and the staff there are really friendly and professional. They offer quick and great service. In addition, the prices there are pretty fair. In a word, it is a good place worth visiting.

What a great experience. I went here because my wife has been raving about it for a while. I found the staff to be smiling and so competent, particularly the pharmacist, Shereen. The store itself is quiet and relaxing.... Yes, once again I must admit that my wife is right!

I've been going to Revive for the better part of the past year. They've been amazing, they always get my prescription ready in a few minutes and have my refills ready before I even get there. Plus there's the added bonus of supporting a local business. Highly recommend.

Great local compounding pharmacy. Helpful and takes the time to answer questions. Flu and COVID vax without lineups or complicated online booking. Also great at offering generic or compounded alternatives to brand names.
