Today I went into the rexall at the hazeldean location and tried to return a product i had purchased yesterday at the billings bridge location with the receipt in hand, i was returning the perfume because when i opened it up it was yellow ... the perfume turns yellow the longer it sits out. I know this because I have purchased this perfume many time and the older it is the yellower it gets. The store manager Christine refused to return , exchange or refund the product because she would "not take the hit" at her store .. the perfume was on clearance 19.99 bought yesterday and was being returned with the receipt , it had not been used , again let me make this clear I was only returning it because it was OLD. She refused to take it back so I called the billings bridge location as it was purchased there and she claimed they were responsible for the perfume . The manager at that location agreed with me and was on speaker phone on my iphone , the manager Christine took my phone and spoke to her they bickered back and forth and the Billings bridge location kept repeating that she did not understand why Christine would not take back the perfume , christine refused again . I feel sorry for the people she "manages" at her location because if that's how she treats customers I can only imagine how she treat coworkers. I have emailed Head Office and am awaiting a response. I have never reviewed another business chain in my life but I am truly disgusted and appauled.
I placed a prescription and got a call on the evening of Dec 12 2016 that my prescription was ready for pickup. I went to pickup my prescription this morning I was treated rudely they couldn't find my prescription this isn't the first time that I have had poor customer service here They seemed the be very disorganized and very unprofessional. They couldn't even get into the cash for me to pay. The longer I waited the more impatient and short they got with me. In a world where customer service makes or breaks a business you really dropped the ball.No excuse for treating me so rudely even if you were having a bad day. Your values. As posted on your Rexall website about delivering excellent service and providing outstanding care to our customers , I didn't feel one ounce of any of this I was made to feel like I was anything but a valued customer
I will let you guys decide if the rating is appropriate or not; Incident 1: Walk in to the Canada Post section with 2 boxes and 2 return labels. Gentleman receives boxes and labels, puts them onto a plastic envelope/cover sticks to the box and says. Prints me a reciept. Incident 2: 20 minutes after incident 1, walk in with another box and a return label, lady (Tyrene) tells me she can't serve me. The instructions are on the label which is to stick it to the box myself. She recommends I go home, follow the instructions, stick label to the box and....(At this point, it was a waste of my time trying to deal with her. She was just not in the mood) So I drive 2 minutes up the road to another Canada Post, have them process the return much like in incident 1 and I go home with my sanity intact.
This is a very quiet store, sort of sleepy. However, the staff here are nice and are willing to help. I didn't know there was a post office here until I got a pick-up note. It's a busy little post office so if you happen to go when there's a wave of customers, just be patient. The staff here are polite and they do their best. The rest of the store is well stocked but it seems their prices for most items are higher than most places. I suppose you pay for convenience. The location is very convenient and there's plenty of parking. It's nice that it's attached to a mall which will get the T&T Supermarket soon.
In the middle of looking after me at the post office outlet, another staff worker came over and started to chat with the one who was "looking after" me. They went in the back room together for almost TEN MINUTES, before I went in looking for her! There was a lineup forming behind me at that point. She gave me the dirtiest look - as if I was in the wrong! This isn't the first time chit chats have started while I'm being served. Does the other one not see she has a customer? I am in retail with my own business. If I treated customers that casually, I would be out of business!
I came in at 8:20 and waited 40 minutes to buy stamps behind two other customers, then was told by one of the cashiers that I could not purchase my remaining items because they had closed their registers and you cannot purchase other items at the post office cash. Would have been nice to have had a sign that indicated this or been told this by the two teenagers at the cash doing nothing for those 40 minutes. I went to Shoppers directly after this and bought everything I needed and was in and out in three minutes. Don't waste your time here--customer service is very poor.
Canada Post outlet in this store is terrible. All I had to do was drop off a box that had prepaid postage. I waited 27 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me. One of the two staff left on break, even though she knew that I just needed to scan in my parcel and get a receipt and that the other staff member was busy measuring and weighing different parcels for another customer who had no idea what she needed. When I finally left the outlet, there were 8 people behind me. Very slow service. I wish I could give it no stars.
A smaller store in the chain so don't expect basic groceries at this location, regardless of the fact that these are advertised in their flyer. Also pretty much gave up on buying the blu-rays and DVDs they advertised as well. Yes, they have the occasional deal and bonus Air Miles offers but don't expect their selection to be comparable to their larger stores.
It's true that the post office is slow during the holidays as much of these reviews say, but day to day the service there is great :) The employees are very nice and the place is always clean. The customers are usually the elderly and the cashiers are always respectful. They do alot of lottery but I find I never have to wait too long in line to be served. :)
Anti masker allowed into the store. Served at the mail counter. Even though I shouted at him, no one came to confront him. Lady at mail counter was pressured by him. I spoke with a manager, who was stacking shelves and did not come over to stop the man. Older demographic in the area, negligence like this has no excuse.
Went there for Canada post on Saturday at 4:45pm, told by an unfriendly staff member that they close at 4pm ( Google maps says they close at 6pm ) .. no courtesy apology was offered and the staff member was unpleasant to deal with.
The Canada Post office in Rexall has their hours accurate on Google-map, so thank you! Had to call from Halifax, (doing a favour for family mmbr, and T. was very helpful, all while a wild hail storm was passing through!⛈️⛈️
A very conveniently located Rexall pharmacy, with a Canada Post inside. The pharmacy is stocked well and kept very clean. It is easy to find what you are looking for. The pharmacists are helpful.
Rexall is my preferred store for pharmacy essentials. The selection is manageable, I don't feel overwhelmed with too many choices. Having the Post office in the store is convenient
