"Someone in our building was overdosing so I ran across the road to ask for a naloxone kit, for those of you that dont know, its a free kit that all pharmacys are supposed to give out as its a emergency life saving drug for opiate overdoses, they refused to give it to me without is and an health card"

So long story short, the guy ended up dying and most likely could have saved him if it wasnt for the super ignorant pharmacy staff. never before have I been asked for id when asking for these kits. Ive been sure to let the mans family know why we couldnt administer the life saving drug to their son

So I guess you can't believe any of their advertisements which is also unfortunate. From the previous reviews I'm sure the pharmacy would've been great if I could've actually been served my already prepared and ready for pick up prescription. Will not be bothering with this place again.
They haven't got a clue as to how Rexall's online prescription transfer works. They said that I should call the other rexall pharmacy and arrange for the transfer, contrary to the information on Rexall's website, so be prepared to hear this nonsense! Will never use in the future.v
