I came and I washed dat! Just arrived in NOLA after doing 2000 miles from NYC. The car's front end was just absolutely filthy from all the dead bugs. This is the first time I've ever experienced a conveyor car wash that has so many self-serve features. I pre-washed (brushed) the front end myself at the pre-washing area before driving the car up to the conveyor belt. Since my car gets waxed regularly, the car came off the conveyor belt perfectly. The place even provides shaded areas for vacuum and "finish dat". As a car washing aficionado, I can't express how much I appreciated the shaded area for the crucial period right after the wash for finishing. Fortunately, I have a habit of carrying some towels in the car for drying (as towel services are provided at additional cost). I came in mid-morning on a Monday and there were plenty of spaces in the finishing area. The wait wasn't bad at all and the service guy at the payment kiosk was super friendly. The best news is that apparently Mondays and Tuesdays are BOGO, so I get another wash for free within 14 days!

I received a wash at the Earhart location on 11/9 at approximately 11am and it's evident the young lady with the long pink nails doesn't want to be there. She didn't direct me properly which caused me to hit the track, she doesn't brush or spray the car like I've experienced in the past and her attitude sucks. This is my 3rd time encountering her nonchalant, lazy behavior. I go out of my way to patronize Rich's and bypass several other car wash companies because you offer the best product and your other employees are pleasant to encounter. "Pink Nails" need to be re-trained or fired as she is not a good representative of your brand and I still had bugs on the front of my car after the $20 wash. #soannoying

I’m really tired of coming to this car wash time after time and I have two wheels shined and the machine malfunctioning for left wheel spray. They never have spray on hand, never sorry for the inconvenience. This place use to be managed well, they don’t even greet you like when they first opened. When you pull up they say “Watcha want”. The finally gave me a greasy pad for my tire to use and I paid for the spray. You guys need to have this on hand like other car washes since your machine is either always empty or malfunctioning

Professional staff and dependable clean equipment make this my choice car wash. Over the last few years I’ve had the opportunity to work with a few of the employees and managers when needing help with my account or questions about their products. Rich’s consistently provides their customers with professional friendly customer service. I’ve never had an experience with any faulty or dirty equipment. I also like that this location is on a quieter stretch of road. I feel safe opening my car to use the vacuum here.

Let me pay for a wash, then told me my truck was too big when I got to the entrance of the wash. They told me to call a number for a refund with my information from the sale. I did everything they asked including giving my receipt info and they never refunded the wash. I've reached out multiple times over call, text, and email. I guess they just don't intend on giving me my money back.

Best car vacuums in all of New Orleans. They’re so good you can literally make your car look brand new after a few visits if you try hard. Bring a towel, scrub brush and soap to complete the full Car detail. Give this place 100% particularly because of the Super friendly staff. Couldn’t recommend it more

Not a bad place overall except that I got stuck by a needle sticking out of the vacuum hose right where your hand grabs it and I paid for the $20 ceramic package and my tires came out blotchy on one side and literally half done (see pics) on the other. Staff was nice tho …

I have been trying to cancel a membership since Thursday, it is now Monday and I have not gotten a return phone call or email. Customer service is a huge issue since there is no person to talk to. Whenever I call its just an automated message that plays.

Excellent quality for the price! Monday is BOGO, and you can get the second wash anytime within two weeks!! Love the free vacuum after the wash. The staff is very friendly!! Would recommend this to anyone needed a stress free wash.
