While visiting the car wash on 12/4/23, my car was damaged while receiving a basic wash. A team member directed me to pull in the car wash and place the car in neutral. When I asked the team member if I was in the correct position, she shook her head yes. While in the car wash, I heard loud banging noises but couldn’t identify where the noise was coming from. After proceeding to the vacuum area, a customer informed me that my wheel well trim was hanging off and that it got pulled off during the wash. I completed an incident report requesting that the damage incurred while at Wash Dat be fixed appropriately. A member from Rich’s Wash Dat management returned my call stating that they would not fix the car or pay for repairs since my vehicle is a 2016. He then lied and tried to say the wheel well was already coming off. Please beware and do not bring your vehicle to any Rich’s. I heard they do this all the time when their car wash causes damage.

I Paid $20 today (06/16/23)for the best wash, which was not worth it. Before I ran my car through the car wash, I had bug residue on my front, so I pre-brush the front of my car at the complementary bug wash station. After I ran my car through the car wash, the bug residue was still on my car. I told one of the workers there about it, and he let me run my car through the car wash the 2nd time around; at no charge. However, My car still had a lot of bug residue even after the 2nd wash. I wasted my money!!!! I won't ever go to this carwash again.

I once told manager/owner that this place was better than pelican pointe, but not after how i was treated yesterday. I have been spending a lot of money at this establishment, only to be denied to use the rest when i had a restroom (#1) emergency. I wont be coming back, and as an administrator of the uber/lyft driver group of facebook, ill be letting everyone on there know too. This is the 1st and only time ive asked to use the restroom at this place and got told NO. Pelican Pointe has never denied a customer use of the restroom.

It's the little details that make this my favorite car wash ever. Besides the great outside wash, customers are given a thick, good quality cloth to clean the inside of their vehicle. Monthly customers also receive an air freshener - I absolutely love the smell! Vacuums are free with car wash, and my favorite part of this is that they provide compressed air pressure to clean out the vents, etc. Best thing ever! And to top off the great experience, the employees are helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!

This car wash is expensive and doesn't give you you money worth! The machine is wash out black stuff all of my car making my car my dirty than what it was. I mean it was some type black sticky stuff. The manager wipe of all the black stuff from around my car however but nothing was done about the machine scratching up my car! I have photo and will be posting this on every site until something is done!!! Don't waste your money here!!!

Just like any other drive through car wash . Doesn't get your car totally clean ! I checked my car after being washed & several parts of my car wasn't touched ! The hood of my car has scratches on it from the flaps inside the car wash. I will find a hand car wash business because I'm not happy about my car not being totally clean & all the scratches on my hood ! Go at your own risk.

Unlike most car washes, you move thru it very quickly (too fast)! The brushes leave dirt and streaks on your vehicle. They only give you one small cloth sham to dry or wipe your car down. The can with the soap to preclean your windows, tires, & bumpers is way to diluted. The wax for the vehicle ... only works on the tires , very disappointing!

Best deal is the subscription. One wash per day and unlimited vacuuming! The wash does a good job and my truck’s tires really shine too. There’s time for a final wipe down in the vacuum bays. Each bay has 2 vacuum hoses on either side, a little air gun and at the end of the row they have a car mat wash. Perfect for those who like a clean vehicle.

New location. Great wash and dry- powerful dryers! Appreciate the service and small touches like giving customers a disposable towel, and the air compressors on each vacuum (two vacuums on each side of your car as well). Glad they came to our area! Gentilly needed a car wash! 10/10- highly recommend!

Nobody answers the phone. I’ve been getting charged twice since the month of April. No emails have been answered till this day. Now I have to report fraud from April till now & receive a new card, simply because the customer service is horrible & non existent

It's beyond a great car wash, it's just flat out a great business. The vibe is right, professional and attention to detail is top notch. You love to see it. Also, I have long drives so the DIY pre bug scrub is the only way to go for me.

I was pleased when the location opened on Earhart because it was close to work and I could get in and out on my lunch break. I am very happy that there are more locations in the areas I travel when im on The Westbank or in Gentilly.

Happy to have a great car wash in the neighborhood. I’ve used their service several times since it was opened, everything had met or exceeded expectations - employees are nice too. Best cash way in a 5-mile radius - recommend.

The price is right and the wash is top tier car cleaning extravaganza. Plus there's always some two for one special or deal going down. Rich and the crew got it figured out. The Gentilly local is my favorite.

The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I have a very small car (a Smart car) and they have to manually set the sensors for me and they always do.

Great water pressure, very good air pressure vacuums, plus they give you a little thingy to dry off your vehicle, no lint! Bomb!! Plus a early bird discount! Bam!

This car wash is new to the neighborhood, the area was clean and well kept. I definitely saw "girl power" running the show! I'd go again.
