The worst customer care service I ever dealt with , the manager who runs the business way behind non professional, I arrange an appointment coming all the way from other side of the city travels 80 mins to rent a car from them , asking me to notify him the moment I arrive to the station to pick me up , when I made it simply asked me to walk 25 mins to his office where in the middle of industrial area with no public transport at all cuz (an emergency happened at that time ) then will give you totally wrong building number , am fine with walking , the worst part start when he ignoring your calls and txts even if you tell him you lost .. I reckon judging book by its cover applied in this situation.. I highly recommended stay away it’s totally waste of time , take your business somewhere else better value for your business Hopes this helps

Hello Everyone, The company is stolen my money 550$. This is the company responsibility to notify day to day or month to month invoice transfer updates. last 1 year Ride lender didn't notify or emailed me for invoice transfer fees. after finishing agreement, suddenly company showed me i have 550$ invoices charges. It's very hard to pay a big amount together. I am going to the court very soon. I am strongly suggested to the new driver partners: don't go with this company. Everyone will see very good comments & 5 star ratings from current driver partners- all are false. The company directed them for this fake comments & ratings. Even the company emailed me, if i put good comments & ratings, i have a chance to win 500$ voucher- all are fake & false. No one didn't get any reward from this company.

Great experience, I’ve been with ridelender nearly 2 years Conrad and Ritu are so helpful even out of hours. You have a direct Mobile contact unlike some of these bigger rental company’s. The team will go above and beyond. I’ve been on multiple overseas trips and the team would let me return the vehicle and pick up soon my arrival again and have all the paper work sent to me prior to my departure so when I’m back the new vehicle was on my rideshare accounts. Conrad even picked me up from the airport at 11pm once to give me a car as I desperately needed it early the next morning 5 stars can’t recommend enough great prices and service with a smile

I was new to ride share driving when I signed up with Ridelender thirteen months ago and had no idea about the industry or what I needed to be successful, indeed I could have been 'taken for a ride' in the worst possible way. Instead, what I found was that both Conrad and Ritu went way beyond mere business obligations to be as helpful and friendly as possible in every way including the benefit of Conrad's twenty-five years of experience in taxis, neither are ever too busy to give their full attention to any enquiry I may have, and everything is always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Six out of five stars!

Was better before they changed managers. Will stitch you on cleaning and insist with paying out excess for scraping paint off the bumper. "I don't tell you how to do your job, don't tell me how to do mine." "That's not wear and tear my friend". "You are breaking your contract if you don't pay". "You're trying to do something, I don't know what but you are". All direct quotes while dealing with them. Ok when you have no issues but unpleasant when anything happens, tried to make me feel like I owed them a favor for being able to rent from them. Wouldn't rent with them again if I can help it.

Be careful, they are cheaters. If you get toll invoice they charge $55 as admin fee for each invoice. But in my case, they charged me twice $55+$55 as a nomination and re-nomination fee. They claim that they nominated me and the invoice bounced back and they have to renominate again which is a big lie because as soon as I received the invoice, I paid the fee. I even checked with Linkt and they confirmed me that it was nominated only once. Anyways, I am going legally but you guys be careful, they are big cheaters.

Very disappointing, I talked to her on the phone and I asked her I need a car just for a week, she said it’s ok we can do it, and once i got there she said minimum should take for 4 weeks, I said why didn’t you tell me on the phone, she said I sent you msg, but the msg didn’t send and she knew it !!!! She didn’t even mail me or call me . Just waste my time and my money . Very disrespectful, you can go and ask her you have done a wrong thing that you promised something that you can’t do .

This is a great business moved not too long ago from interstate to Melbourne. I have been dealing with these guys for nearly 3 years. Staff is always helpful and trying to support the customers in every way possible. Shot out to Ritu and Conrad who are the front face of this company both dealing the front end and the vehicle maintenance end of this company very responsibly. By far the best company to deal with. The support from both Conrad and Ritu is second to none. They always make sure that you are happy with the vehicle if not they will change you into something that you are comfortable in. Very quick to respond and assist with any issues that you may have very friendly and positive absolutely highly recommended by me I will not go anywhere else my loyalty is with these guys

BEST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!! I got a car from them in Jan 2018 and I am proud to be a part of this company now. I then have now 3 more of my friends who have been with them for couple of months. Such a friendly staff and easy to understand terms and conditions. Car are in very fair conditions and price is unbeatable !!!!! TURST ME !!!! I have been renting with Ridelender for almost 2 years. Highly professional guys and have always been there for support and giving back up car immediately, when there is an accident or car trouble. Ridelender Melbourne was an absolute lifesaver for me providing me with a clean, fuel efficient car at a v fair rental price and at very short notice for around 10 weeks whilst i waited for my new car to be delivered. In the morning they told me the car is ready for rent for uber rideshare. I came back after 2 hours to pick the car. the manager told me the redbook inspection is for tomorrow. I was confused how they can give a car for rent? When the car redbook inspection is tomorrow?

Didn't went through too good with these guys. They gave me a car with issues and tried to ask me to pay for it. Also they cancelled the lease after I refused to pay for what they want. Impolitely also made me angry with their attitudes.
