It all started with a good and promising service from them but in the end it all went very BAD and I was left up with a very bitter taste in my mouth whilst going through a very unpleasant and frustrating experience on which I felt that they were applying "every single trick of the trade" to try to keep as much as they can of my $650 cash deposit. Unfortunately, I happened to have a minor scratch at the rear bumper bar so at the end of rental I had to suck it up (I SWEAR ON MY DAD'S GRAVE THAT IT WAS SUCH A LITTLE SCRATCH AND COULD'VE BEEN FIXED WITH $100 MAX) but even though I had verbally agreed to pay a final cost of $200 with the owner itself, later on they pulled up an OVERPRICED QUOTE From a repairer called Hargrave car repairs for a total cost of $550 which is very laughable to be honest. All this after them trying to making me liable for some minor damage to the car that it was existing on the car prior and the car was given to me this way (front bumper bar out of clip, which could have been fixed manually) Anyways, Then they came and said that they're actually entitled to charge the whole amount out of my bond if the wanted to but that as a gesture of GENEROSITY they would only charge the half .... well THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GENEROSITY!! though $278 for a minor scratch seems to be hard to believe and very excessive. They seem to be very unprofessional and WON'T care for people so how can you deal with them? I've tried to get them to send me photos of the damage and they won't even reply to me. They never did, they only sent me a quoto and never an actual invoice of the car repair. I will take them to Fair Trading as they should be scrutinised for all the things they tried to put on drivers but in my case what they ended up doing with those very questionable (dodgy) car repair quotes they came up with its unbelievable. Uber partners and anyone leasing or renting a car for uber purposes be aware of this dodgy practices and of anyone else in the renting marketplace. Take photos of the car you are getting beforke accepting the condition of it and point out to every single tiny little detail you find on it, even if it doesn't look too bad MAKE THEM wright it down, then take photos when you drop it off, anything you agree with them make them put it in wrighting otherwise they will turn around and make up stories cause Guess what? They got you by the balls with that massive security bond kept for ages, as I said, a questionable quote is all it takes for them to come and say they can keep all of your bond if they want to. If you don't have a car on your own avoid renting one and if you really .....I mean "really" have to do it go with someone with a lower cash bond. They see us as dollar signs not as people nor even their customers or acquaintances that can actually recommend their services. Well you wanna keep my money here is what you get a very pissed off customer that will endeavour to tell everyone he can. And by the way don't reply to Mohammed Singh that you have checked your database and that there is no one on the records that had conducted business with them by that name when " I " was there and you guys were doing exactly the same to this man... pulling a dodgy and telling him the car is damaged when he got the car like that. So its a lie that Mohamed Singh doesn't exist cause I witnessed the way you treated him. I am re-editing my review just to reply to you response as the owner of Ridelender Shane. First of all and to get a couple of things out of the way....Any fool can jump on Facebook and realise that there is at least 8 different profiles by the name Mohammed Sing so by no means is posible to use that logic to discard the posibility, so who is the fool now? Second, why don't you go ahead and look for a car return at the exact same day and time I did, so you will realise that at least someone by the last name Singh was "Returning a damaged car"I'm prety sure I got it right as I don't have the need to lie nor making up stories like you do with your dodgy repair quotes and your verbal agreements.

Very poor service, I requested a receipt for the hire amount we paid and had to argue with the customer service officer to get it, she told me "we arent robbers" and asked me why I was getting so stressed out, these are definitely things you do not say to customers, when they are asking for a receipt.(which is the customers right).Also, the bond I paid will be returned in two separate amounts; six weeks in total to get it back!I asked why it takes 6 weeks and was told because of toll charges or fines you may have gotten while driving the car.As far as that goes, all the company has to do, if they do receive a fine or toll notice, is to fax a copy of the rental agreement to the relevant office, and the relevant office will chase down the driver for the fine/toll charge. Very untrustworthy company, that does not act professionally and has poor customer service.

Very cool owner and staff.I have been renting their car more than a year. Once I damaged their vehicle accidently but they replaced with another brand new vehicle in few hours. Their mechanics are great and genuine. My vehicle is being taken care for when the service is due. Till today I don't have any single problem with their vehicle, mechanic and staffs. I have checked others reviews but strongly suggest to everyone don't listen one side of the story. I believe you reap what you sow. Also look like some people are sabotaging them. I recommend all my friends and family members to contact Ride lender in case they need to rent, lease any commercial vehicles. The prices are way better than other providers. I wish them to keep working like this in future. Good wishes for Ride lender.

These burglars are ripping off people pocket.Once you signed a contract with these thugs, your bond money is never coming back. You met in an accident with their car, first you pay the access money regardless of your fault,which, never comes back and they don’t provide any details regarding damages and its costs.On the other side, they charge the second party 10 or 20 times more than the actual damage and their useless lawyers doesn’t do anything except sending text message that’s how they recover money . i have paid 3250 aud last year for two accidents. i haven’t received any text or call regarding money. these demons are habitual of free money. terrible is not enough word for them . Stay away from these thiefs.

Car leasing is a tough industry, and my experience in the past 4 years it is so hard to find a reputable company @RIDELENDER you can meet and deal face to face with : SALES TEAM, ADMIN, CUSTOMER SERVICE and their MECHANICS They work from very clean offices, and are dedicated to their customers I am so so satisfied with the vehicle provided, the professionalism and friendliness of the team, and they give you pride to drive their vehicle and deal with them YESTERDAY I took the car for the first service, and to my amazement, car was ready after 2.5 hours! I hope to maintain my relationship with RIDELENDER for many years into the future! An extremely satisfied customer!!

Ridelender are the best rideshare rental I’ve found. They don’t get enough credit! They have a great choice of offers and are competitively priced. Don’t go with any other company, they are not worth the time or money. Been there, done that. Within half an hour I was set up and good to go with everything I needed including a dash cam they offer for an affordable price that they installed for me. One stop shop. Their staff are super helpful and professional, they don’t swan around looking busy when they are not. Like the other reviews say, I really feel like I have their utmost support and couldn’t be happier driving a Ridelender! Thank you!!!

There rent is higher than the market rates, I got a Nissan Micra for $253+gst/week and I paid monthly upfront, they give out dirty cars and expect to be cleaned when returned. There website gives out wrong info or confusing info according to one of there staffs when i debated that the price shown in the website for micra was $207+gst/week, to which he say ahh thats for fixed kms and there is no mention of it there, its confusing and bla bla Bond return is a joke, they are taking 4 weeks to return your full bond, I dont know any company who does that. Cheaper rental options out there and never get a micra, car is a joke..

They are very fussy while returning the car. They will check every single thing. I am not very happy. They made me clean the wheels in their place. And they charged me $300 for some scratches on the front bumper. They don't have business mind. They don't value long term business relationship. I got the car the with the odometer reading 33000. I drove it more than 8 months and it was 57000km. And Uber drivers know that an uber car drives easily 1000-15000km a week. They refused to give me any credit for the low km. So, unfortunately 3 stars from me.

Helpful and happy employees mean an excellent starting point. At Ridelender, from the first contact, employees were polite, helpful, caring, professional and human. The humanization of service is a major differential at Ridelender, where customers are not numbers but people. In addition, at Ridelender you will find impeccable cars with excellent maintenance.

Could not disagree more thsn the posts in here. Director is rude, ignorant and arrogant. Zero understanding and turned away at 100000km service. Pig headed attitude that makes NO time discuss needs. Its either their way or the highway. To anyone looking to hire a ridelender vehicle, be warned....these guys receive every vehicle correspondence and your life is their business. Miss one payment....you will have their legal team threaten you to take you to court using intimidating factors. Greed will override need. Be careful and be warned.

I have rented different cars from Ridelender for more then a year that I have been driving for Uber and I couldn't recommend Ridelender Sydney more highly. This is coming from someone who rarely(if ever) has the time to write reviews. I also have to say that every RideLender Sydney staff member that I have ever dealt with has been polite,knowledgeable and helpful. I have also never had any issues regarding payments or bond. I would strongly suggest that do not go blindly for this car provider. Their staff is really bad and rude in behaving while treating customers. The first response is good as it is a tactic to tied you in the contract and after that it is very hard to get help in genuine matters. I totally disagree with those opinion who say they are very good in service or returning bond money. In addition to it, their cars are dirty and smelly and they charge high amount. I personally do not recommend anyone to do business with these crooks.

Be careful, they are cheaters. If you get toll invoice they charge $55 as admin fee for each invoice. But in my case, they charged me twice $55+$55 as a nomination and re-nomination fee. They claim that they nominated me and the invoice bounced back and they have to renominate again which is a big lie because as soon as I received the invoice, I paid the invoice. I even checked with Linkt and they confirmed me that it was nominated only once. Anyways, I am going legally but you guys be careful, these guys are big cheaters.

Just got a 7 month old toll 'final' notice after having never received the first however many they supposedly sent before this. They've also failed to explain for themselves the extra admin fees they had to do on my account for this toll which I had asked about twice back when I returned the car, it's only now I know, via a third party curtesy of the Lane Cove Tunnel money collectors. I have proof in my email records. I had let go that extra fee without proper explanation, but getting this toll notice was the final straw.

Great maintenance service for the vehicle! I am renting an SUV Haval H6 hybrid from them ... Great car! As an Uber driver, I am getting SO many compliments on the comfort and spaciousness of this vehicle ... Great price with them for this. Glad I chose them for my RideShare rental compared to others! I'm more than happy with the crew from RideLender. I did ride-share from Nov 2019 to Mar 2020 based in Mel, but gave it away due to CV19. Around Xmas I upgraded from a Hyundai to Corolla Hybrid. They understand the industry and Condrad gave some good practical advice when starting out. They looked after me with a few minor issues along the way and were always approachable & fair. Recommended.

They paid to toll company $120(12times) But they took my all money($750) Anyone who has experience like this, please message Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act
