Steve at Right Choice Automotive was a pleasure to deal with. When I said that I would not consider the car in question without the car receiving a pre-purchase inspection he enthusiastically encouraged me to do just that. Steve then addressed any issues that were revealed in that inspection (of which there were almost none and certainly there were none that were being "hidden", so to speak) in a business like manner with making appropriate changes to the purchase deal to satisfy me on all points. Steve never gave me any twisted rationalizations as to why my concerns were invalid. He addressed my concerns and made appropriate adjustments to the deal that were never based on haggling. (Again, and this is important, I can say that after a very thorough pre-purchase inspection it was concluded by the inspector that the car was presented by Right Choice Automotive exactly in the condition that it in fact was in, which was excellent condition.) Also, Steve was crystal clear on the exact price of the vehicle at all stages of the negotiations. I feared there might have been hidden fees that would only be revealed after I had "fallen in love with the car", so to speak. There were zero hidden fees and the off-the-lot prices that Steve quoted me were always true. I purchased the car. The transaction was smooth, clear, honest and forthright at all times. There were zero surprises nor were there any of those moments of not being sure if I was being dealt with fairly, a feeling that is unfortunately common when purchasing a car from a dealership. Now, after haven driven the car for a week, I am satisfied that I got a very fair deal on a car that has proven to be every bit as good as I hoped it would be. I consider Right Choice Automotive to be a used car dealership that I would definitely to use again.

So this was my first time financing a car, and this was a very wonderful experience! Aubrey and Steve (the owners) were really friendly and helpful super transparent about each of the cars. they had the car fax, ready and available to any customer to look at. they answered any and all questions I had. And they worked to get me the best deal possible. When I finally found a car I wanted, they accommodated my schedule, even past their opening hours so I could pick up the car. They waited for me to get insurance on the car without rushing me to do so. They helped me find a good insurance company for my car (the one I had sucked ) They even texted me and called me throughout the entire process to make sure I had everything I needed for insurance. When I called they always picked up and assisted me with documents I needed. They explained everything in great detail. There was never any pressure to buy a car, they left every decision up fo me and didn't rush me into a decision. Hands down one of the most honest dealers you will ever meet, even my fiancé said so. I'd recommend them to anyone. Don't go anywhere else. Go to Right choice! And I bought my first used off the lot car!

I purchased a car from Right Choice Auto on 9/9/2013 and it was a very positive car buying experience. Aubrey and Steve were great to work with! I spent a couple of days shopping at different dealerships and experienced high pressure sales tactics, along with bait and switch from the big dealerships.... what a nightmare! As a single woman, shopping for a car is stressful, and these dealerships just make it worse and make it difficult to trust them or any other car salesperson, much less make me want to purchase from them. So... my experience with Right Choice was SO different from the other dealerships! I was treated with respect and no high pressure. It took me a couple of days to make a decision, and Aubrey and Steve were willing to negotiate and share their car knowledge with me. I am very happy with my car and my decision! I liked that I received a follow-up call asking me about my purchase and whether I was happy with my car and if I had any complaints or suggestions. They also mailed a very nice thank you photo/card of me and my new car, which was a delightful touch.

Shopping for a car, especially a used car, is a stressful process. Finding a reputable used car dealer, seemed unlikely. However, we found a vehicle that interested us at Right Choice Automotive and the reviews online seemed to indicate this might be a decent place. From the moment we met Aubrey we felt like we had made the right choice. He was knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy. He let us look, then test drive a few vehicles. The one we were interested in had not yet been checked out by the mechanic, so we put down a good faith deposit and started the finance process with Steven. The process went very smoothly. As we had been there late on a Friday, it was not until the beginning of the week that the vehicle was inspected. They performed some work on it and we drove off in a new to us Ford Edge by the end of the week. Both Aubrey and Steven were very professional and easy to work with. They both seemed sincere and determined to treat their customers right. Overall, we feel we made the Right Choice.

This is a very small family business. I was worried when we pulled in to check out a car they had advertised. I’ve kearned to hate dealerships and used car salesman. For me, I’d rather have a root canal than to shop for a car. But Right Choice Automotive greatly surprised me. I took my car for a test drive and discovered it was in really good condition for being used. During the test drive, I stopped at a mechanics shop for a quick look over. The mechanic liked the car but mentioned it needed front wheel bearings. When I returned the car, I told them what the mechanic said. In no way did I expect the dealer to replace the bearings. I didn’t even ask them to do it. I was stunned when they told me to make an appointment when I had time for the repair. Also most dealers try to trick you into paying a higher price by adding junk charges. Not this place. It’s the first time buying a car I walked away not feeling ripped off. I will enthusiastically tell my friends about this business and I will be back

After I spent 9.3k on a sturdy 2010 Subaru Outback I thought it only fair to give it six months before leaving a review. Subaru does retain good value, however, they do have very specific flaws. Mine was great tho! For months she smoothly operated without any issues. Despite there being no check engine lights, I still had it serviced right after I got it and everything checked out. Just after the beginning of the fifth month the car went into a transmission lock down mode. After it was towed and inspected I found that the transmission completely failed, being that it's a Subaru there are few options to replace it. Itll be about 6k to replace it with a used unit. I can't blame the dealership staff, I think they do their best to aquire profitable vehicles in good condition. Unfortunately, the car I purchased was not in the condition that I estimated it to be. caveat emptor

I purchased my car on March 11 and, as expected, got a little temporary tag in the back window. The temporary tag expired May 25. I went back to the dealership on May 25 and was given a second temporary tag. May 25 (a Wednesday)rolled around and I still had not received anything from MVD so I went back to the dealership. I was told they could not issue another temporary tag and would have to drive on expired tags until I received my tags in the mail from MVD. The owner did however let it slip that they had "just received the paperwork from MVD last week." I was more than slightly annoyed that my paperwork sat there for 5 or more days while I was driving around with expired tags. Love the little Honda Civic I bought here and thought they gave me a decent deal on it. I just wish they'd been a little more concerned with keeping me a law abiding citizen!

Tried to ask Steven Strickstein from Right Choice Automotive a couple financial questions for a finance option before buying a $7k car. got the most disrespectful and rude attitude when I didn’t meet his requirements on the finance side. Not Realizing i was about to explain that i had cash in hand and could be on a 1 hour flight and out there wednesday to pick it up, he then starts saying he can’t help me and hung up on me. ive been saving money for a minute so idc whatever >10k car i get myself in, i was just tryna see if i could help my credit before putting the cash in hand option down but Steven decided he wants to run the business into the ground instead of trying to find different option on how to get a car sold. if i wanted this treatment i would’ve just tried to lowball some guy on craigslist or fbmp for a 90k mile car but here we are.

Steven, one of the 2 brothers that own/run this great little gem in this city, is top notch customer service master, my wife purchased this car in a few simple and painless moves. Steven even went one step more than ever anticipated to make my wife feel confident she was making the right decision. I was extremely nervous, being that this was only my second time purchasing a car and I had being doing my research for months and kept feeling like the right one would never come. These brothers are excellent! No pressure put on buyers! I have been wanting this style of Mercedes Benz for years! The car was perfect! Very nice paint and very low mileage! Only 42,000 miles. It looks brand new inside and out. Drives like new also! I can’t believe my luck! Price was a few thousand dollars lower than I could find anywhere else including craigslist and in much better shape! These guys are great! It was a surprisingly transparent process. They were very quick but thorough, polite, and professional. Very refreshing! Even though it's a used car, I felt like I had a new car buying experience. They treated me so well and I really feel like I got my money's worth. The car was clean, mechanically sound, and a very fair deal especially considering they do such a good job with cleaning and inspection. And they even gave me a nice cold kombucha tea! Found a car I absolutely fell in love with. Steve worked very hard on the financing and got it done at a truly great rate. Had a little issue with it nothing serious and Steve had me promptly bring it back in to have the issue corrected. Their mechanic Donovan is awesome, knows his stuff and is quick at doing repairs. They hand pick all of their vehicles so you won't find any junk on this lot. They truly care about getting you into a vehicle that runs good, is safe and something they know you'll be happy with. Working with Aubrey at Right Choice proved to be the right choice for buying a truck recently. We'd been looking for used trucks all over the valley and online, but nothing really stood out or seemed fairly priced until I stumbled upon Right Choice on Google maps. I could view their inventory online and showed up to the shop the next day to check out the truck and get the details. Aubrey is not your classic pushy car salesman. He owns the small dealership, runs it with his brother, and know what he vehicles are worth. It was great doing business with them and I'd happily do so again for future vehicles.

We had one of the best experiences at a car dealer. We had missed out on a similar vehicle on Friday and found a car at Right Choice the last minute after the dealer had closed. We still called and steve got back to me right away and was very responsive and we met as soon as they opened on Saturday. We were there for less than 2 hours and he was very helpful in getting us the right price, the right financing and affordable extended warranty! He even put the car on a lift for us to fully inspect the car. They sure know how to pick the right cars to sell. Super happy with our car and experience.

Pretty good experience all around. Steven worked with us over the course of several days to assist us in getting the best finance deal. We were given the Carfax as well as a detailed list of what mechanical work they (Right Choice) did prior to placing the car on the lot. They also did a load test on the battery and replaced it with a new battery, without prompting from us, after it required a jump from sitting. Overall a very good experience. 400 miles have been put on the car thus far without issue. Any problems at this point it would be fair to say would have been unknown by the dealer.

As a senior the options for selling my car were daunting. I contacted 4 dealers in the Phoenix area. Unpleasant experiences with false statements prevailed until I contacted Right Choice Automotive. Great service! Found them via Carfax website...they were friendly and helpful. Worked out a deal and super financing through a 3rd party credit union, which gave me lower than 5% interest rate! That beat out Chase's financing! WOW! We have been looking for a quality, low miles, and safe vehicle for over a year...been doing my homework and it paid off. Always do research and check the IIHS website for safety ratings as well as KBB before you buy. They were reasonable overall and so far we are quite happy with it all.

The sale was low pressure and organised. The only issue with the car was needing a tire balance and alignment, only a $200 fix. The plates arrived promptly as promised. We're very impressed and will look here again when the time comes.

I don't like to write bad reviews but the salesman was rather rude to my wife on the phone when she called to inquire about a car we saw on their website. They basically said they didn't even want to try to work us a deal because we have other car loans. "Why do you need 4 cars?" Um, because we have 4 drivers. I've never had a dealership try to talk me out of buying a car. Definitely a first.

Honestly the car buying experience here was great. Quick, simple, and easy but I'm docking 2 stars because when I bought my car I was told it needed a steering rack which they replaced and I'm grateful for that. However that rack failed within 3 months, it was replaced under warranty from the manufacturer. So now I'm on steering rack number 2 and now this one is also on its way out.

Buying an automobile can be very stressful, so I did my research before visiting Right Choice Automotive. All of the excellent reviews I had read were correct.
