Right Way Automotive was recommended to me by my employer. I know that a few other people had gone there with good results. When it came time for my oil change, I reached out to Right Way. Scheduling the appointment by phone was seamless. Sean, who took my appointment was kind and helpful. He made it so easy and even offered to shuttle me back to work, if needed. I arrived at Right Way when they opened at 8:00 AM, along with a few other customers. Everyone was processed efficiently and there was no wait time. Nick, the gentleman who checked me in was engaging and kind. I received a phone call at 10:30 that my vehicle was ready. I arrived around noon and was happy to get to interact with Nick again. He is an asset in the way of front-facing customer service. The price was very reasonable, maybe even less than if I had gone to my usual spot. I was in and out in a few minutes. One thing I noticed about Right Way was that they treated me (a female) like a human, not just some chick that doesn't know anything. Nearly every other dealership or auto repair facility I've patronized has not been able to fully accomplish this. I also liked that they just took care of me and what I needed, without beating me up about needing new windshield wipers or to have my indicator light fluid topped up. ;o) Lastly, you just know that you are being treated fairly. They lead with honesty and integrity. Plain and simple. I went home that evening and told my husband that this was our new place to take our vehicles for service. They followed up with an email to create an online account and have a record of my service history. This was an unexpected, yet awesome surprise.

I am very wary of automotive repair shops because so many of them are unscrupulous and try to rip you off. I have learned to work on my own vehicles – not because I enjoy it – but because I don’t trust others to do the work. And its even worse for you if you are a woman. I once stood in line behind a lady who brought her car into a shop because the brakes had just started to make that noise that lets you know its time to replace the brake pads and the guy behind the counter quoted her an unbelievably high price to do it. When she said she needed to check with her husband, he told her that he couldn’t guarantee that she would make it home alive with the car without killing someone! She started crying! I found RightWay Automotive through word of mouth and these guys are truly the best. I approached them very cautiously and gave them some small repairs to “test them out”. But I quickly found that they did outstanding work at very fair prices and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need (something I personally hate). I almost couldn’t believe it. So I brought them some other jobs on my vehicles and got the same consistent personalized service that I have now come to expect! I bring most of my car work to them now and Kyle and Jessica over at RightWay always treat me right. I highly recommend RightWay Automotive. Give them a try for yourself.

My SUV was ready when promised and was well cared for while in Rightways care. For those of you that are protective about their vehicles,Rightway treats them with respect. They treat their customers very well - are honest, have fair prices, are very courteous and stand behind their work with a great guarantee. Their front office and shop are clean & well-kept. They were recommended by a friend - have been going to them for about 3 years now for routine things like oil changes and they've done several big repairs as well for a decent price. They did it right because I've never had to take my car back for problems with any work they've done. They offer discount coupons to their regulars. My favorite thing about them is that as a woman, I can take my car in and they never make you feel awkward or intimidated. Always very polite to you. The transmission in my Silverado needed replaced. After deciding between a rebuilt transmission or a new transmission. The best choice for me was the new one. Of course this was not a cheap fix. But having piece of mind and knowing the reliability of a new transmission vs. A rebuilt one was worth the cost. Rightway automotive was very thorough explaining all my options. Making my choice of repair very easy. Was impressed with the friendly and courteous service I received from their customer service representatives. They were a pleasure to deal with at such a stressful time for me. I was also very impressed with their customer loaner car program. I've never seen or heard of such a program . Definitely was a blessing! I know that rightway automotive has earned my trust and I'm proud to say that they will be my first call when it comes to my automotive mechanical needs. I now have a auto repair facility for life and a place that I would recommend to my friends and family for all of their automotive repair/maintenance needs. Total professionals that know what they're doing, and very helpful! Amazing staff! Took my car to Pep Boys on E Washington and Shortridge first, who said that nothing was wrong with my car other than creaky shocks from it being older. They told me nothing needed fixed and it was safe to drive. A week and a half later, it was a million times worse. When I turned my car would slide. I couldn't back up turning without feeling resistance. It was crazy loud and I couldn't go faster than 40 without it feeling like I could lose control of the vehicle. Took it to Rightway and found out my wheel bearing had broken in half, and the continued driving on it had damaged my rotor and caliper as well. Pep Boys turned a 1k problem into a 2k problem with their negligence. Thankfully, Rightway took care of us and my car drives even smoother now than it did before the problem! Def keeping them as our "home" auto repair shop for the future!

When my car broke down the day before Thanksgiving while driving across the country the people at Rightway were amazingly kind and helpful. I had total engine failure and they got me referred to the right place to have it taken care of, gave me the name of the person who could help me with the extended warranty on my car. Also, I had my beagle with me and even though he’s an anxious mess they let me hang with him in their lobby. Offered to make sure I could get food from somewhere if I hadn’t eaten yet. And when I left later to walk to a coffee shop they called to check and make sure I was alright. (Also, so sorry I forgot to call to let you guys know! I planned on it and kept forgetting). If you are looking for an auto repair shop that is honest and transparent, you need to take your car to Rightway Automotive. I have used them several times over the last year and each time they have been wonderful. They take the time to talk to you about the problems your car is having and then they give you all of the optons you have in regards to the repairs. They do not try to upsell you on any of the repairs. Sean, Mike and Kyle are wonderful people to work with. I am always treated well and they are always willing to take the time to talk to me and answer all the questions I ask them. Again it is so refreshing to find an auto repair shop that treats you with respect.

I had a great experience with them. My GMC goes kaboom a lot and usually it is an arm and a leg to get it worked on and always takes weeks. Riteway got me together at an affordable price and my car was done before the weekend so I wouldn't be without a car. I had a headlight in my front seat and poof, it magically appeared where it should be. I can only assume they did that. They went above and beyond, answered all of my questions and very very friendly. I could sit in there for hours talking it up with them but unfortunately, they had to work! I will always come back here, always.

I will first and foremost thank you for the job well done on my car and I will recommend Rightway Automotive to anyone who has a car problem out there. When I got to the shop and explained the problem I am having with my car immediately one of the guys told me the problem might be transmission issues and I have gotten the same response from other machine shops around without telling them. Rightway Automotive was recommended to my mother by a coworker when the muffler started to loosen on her 2010 Lancer a few years back, and Rightway welded and fixed the muffler at a competitive price. That's why recently we also took her F-150 there to fix the all the brakes including the parking brake. Repairing the brakes on the truck was expensive but Rightway earned our trust after fixing the Lancer. The staff is courteous and we are satisfied with the service we have received. Thank you! :)

After several internet searches I found Rightway and I'm glad I did. I took my car in for a diagnosis of a severe vibration, they found my driveshaft needed rebuilt. Within a day they fixed my problem and I'm back on the road. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and reasonable rates. My 2012 Lincoln MKZ AWD is driving like new again. I will be using them for all my automotive needs in the future. I highly recommend this shop, good honest people.

Rightway Automotive is top notch. They diagnosed and fixed an oil leak for me… It was fast service, but more importantly it was done correctly. They also give you a 30-point inspection. My car had a few other problem. I chose to fix a few myself, and pay them to do the others. They were not pushy at all. Gave me solid information without “selling” to me. Already recommended them to my Dad, and his experience was just a great as mine! Thank you!

Took my Chrysler 200 in after the service engine light came on. Code showed an error that involved the camshaft possibly. Rightway did their diagnostics and I learned it was not a camshaft issue but something completely different as the code changed after resetting it. Rightway saved me a ton of money by fixing the right parts by not having to invest into a new engine. They had my vehicle fixed the very next day.
