Certainly not friendly staff. As a middle aged person and get asked to leave my bag behind the counter, was not only embarrassing but rude, esp when others are walking in with bags. Then to told that I can pick up my bag from outside the shop as it beeped when I walked in. Had to laugh when I check my bags content to see if staff had taken anything and I get grief for that. I used to spend a lot of money in this shop, not anymore.

We received fabulous service this afternoon, the store was quite busy but the staff member was making sure everyone was happy while she served others. She was helpful and informative with the shoes and gave us a VIP card so we could get 10% back because there was no sale on. Great purchase, great service!

Amazing Customer Service‼ The sales assistant (Deanna) flying solo due to a no-show colleague, did the job of two staff. Not complaing, she got on with the job. Polite, friendly and professional. Well done.

Great and nice staff at Rivalry Plz avoid footlocker which is next to it as they are rude and unfamiliar with smile.

They do not have change of mind policy so you’re forced to keep what you bought in the first place
