"Incredibly kind and helpful! From reception who do their very best to get you in as soon as possible, especially when there is an acute issue"
I would drive across the city to get care here! The staff I have encountered are all wonderful, caring and knowledgeable people who have helped me manage a few different issues. I am amazed every time how well informed my physiotherapist is about anything you throw her way. Her treatment plans are easy to follow and have always led to the issue that I thought would be chronic disappearing after following her stretching and strengthening regimens. The office staff are always pleasant and friendly. I have found it very easy to find times for appointments that fit my schedule. The new clinic is clean, tidy and modern. I am so grateful to have this clinic close by but I really would drive across town to see them.
I couldn't recommend River Heights Physio enough, specifically Jessica Ness. As a self proclaimed gym ratt, I tend to have minor injuries now and then. Each time that I have come to the clinic, she has not only diagnosed my injury/issue but has also provided excercises/stretches to heal and prevent further pain. Most recently I had pain in my back, which I diagnosed as glute inflammation. Through her careful diagnosis she determined it was a spraied SI joint. I couldn't squat, it hurt to sneeze, tie my shoes, you name it. But after doing the excercises provided, it feels great! Thank you!
Mandy helped me go from not being able to bite into an apple or eating a sandwich easily to finally being able to eat more foods comfortably and feel for the first time since my jaw surgeries that I would be able to eat normally again. She didn’t rush me, explained the science behind each exercise and gave me realistic expectations. It’s hard to communicate how much this means to me for my physical recovery as well as my self confidence and mental well being. It’s a beautiful office, with caring staff that have helped me regain a little bit more of my old self back. :-)
"Unreliable staff" I phoned and booked appointment for my husband a week ago but when we arrived the receptionist told us I didn't confirmed and so there's no appointment scheduled that day. She actually gave me the name of the Therapist we'll be seeing on that scheduled appointment. The receptionist is rude that instead of admitting she forgot to logged the date when I called her, she keep insisting I never confirmed. It's really a waste of time going there.
Incredibly kind and helpful! From reception who do their very best to get you in as soon as possible, especially when there is an acute issue...to the amazing help of Amanda (and Meagan too!). Treatment for inner ear challenges (including vertigo) that has plagued me for 6 weeks has pretty much TOTALLY relieved the symptoms thanks to Amanda. More importantly, Amanda showed me what to do when symptoms arise. Saviours!
They do a fantastic job. My wife was treated for a rotator cuff strain and I was treated for tennis elbow. The personal service, level of involvement and patience provided at River Heights Physiotherapy was nothing short of excellent. The therapists are knowledgeable and their enthusiasm provides the patient with inspiration and confidence to succeed. We both highly recommend this clinic.
My experiences with River Heights Physiotherapy and my physiotherapist have been very positive and ecouraging. My physiotherapist takes time to answer well whatever concerns or questions I have. She has given me a good range of exercises which help me to improve balance, gain strength, increase flexibility, and have higher all around physical fitness.
Appointments are always started late. I was left in a room for 32 minutes with "heat" that had since gone cold, therapist arrived to say she'd be in then left and returned 10 minutes later. In the end I saw the therapist for 13 minutes of a 1 hour appointment. They have too many rooms on the go at once and it's extremely loud. Will not be returning.
Jessica Ness was great! Professional and thoughtful, didn't make assumptions, asked about what has worked for my body, explained everything she was doing/assessing, and gave me all kinds of options for pain management, excercises and aftercare for my sciatic/lower back/hip/periformis/leg pain. 100% recommend her.
Excellent experience from start to finish. I love that they provide slippers so you don't have to go barefoot. And honestly it was so refreshing to feel heard about my health concerns. Amanda worked on my neck and I actually feel like a new person.
Went to RHP for a back issue. My PT was Jess and she was exceptional. She was able to diagnose the issue, relive some of the pain, and create an easy to follow at-home plan. She was also very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I was always scheptical about physiotherapy, however, Megan Silcox was absolutely fantastic and put my both knees in a right path in a few sections!!! I strongly recommend physiotherapy and also strongly recommend this fantastic team!!!!
I found the exercises and therapy provided were excellent. I have seen many physiotherapists and chiropractors for long term lower back issues, and it wasn't until I found River Heights Physio that I finally found a long term solution.
Administration charged me $36 service fee because I didn't attend the appointment. This was simply solved if they texted me before the appointment instead of after the appointment. Other clinics are more organized. I don't recommend.
Terrible appointment system. My appointment was at 1pm and I went there, they said it was at 11. Great at communicating with your clients. Too bad. Looking to go elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time. …
I’ve come here over the years for various injuries and always received quality care. The new office space is pleasant and a lot brighter than the old one. I also enjoy the convenience of their location.
Daughter was very happy with her hour long appointment with Jessica. She did not cut any corners. She gave my daughter information on how to work on her issue at home. Which is a $ saver.
I have been seeing the same physiotherapist for years, who is now at River Heights. She is one of the best out there, and I will follow her wherever she goes!
The two physiotherapists I have had (Mandy and Amanda) are very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Both have greatly helped relieve pain and foster healing.
My therapist Jessica is wonderful. She goes with the issue of my body discomfort and help with the good recommandations to help me feels better.
Amanda is fantastic. She is thorough in her exams and listens to patient concerns. Highly recommend her and staff at River Heights physio.
Has helped me a lot with health and getting back from injury. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly.
I always go see Mandy whenever I have low back issues. She gets me mobile in no time. Love it!
I love this place. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone who works there.
