Ball fields and picnic areas are very nice. Be aware that there three sections of the park and the one section of parking is not connected to the others. Also, it can be rather crowded when league play is in progress at the ballgames. But, the spectators seem willing to allow spectators not affiliated with the teams.

Great park for the work party that I attended there. Nice that we were able to reserve the pavilion and big enough for the hundred or so people we had. Unfortunately there were no horse shoe pits that they said were supposed to be there but other than that it was a great location.

Riverside park is awesome! Went here for a picnic and sat under and interestingly designed grove of trees. Loved seeing the soccer practice, people playing tennis, and big family picnics. And the riverside access is as much as you can ask for in Salt Lake. Wonderful.

It’s all about Rugby this weekend as several teams get in their final practices before the NAI7’s tournament that starts tomorrow. P.S.- Big space for all kinds of activities. Restrooms were pretty good for public restrooms in a park. Overall it was very nice.

This park is our family favorite! My wife takes our son and dog there most every weekday. There is a great playground with multiple slides, climbing structures, swings and spinning features. The park also has direct access to a creek which is fun to explore.

We play ultimate here every day, all year from Mon - Thursday at lunchtime. It's clean, well cared for, the grass is the flattest out of almost any park and the dog pool is minimal. Great park for sports. Not terribly exciting for the kids though.

This has been a park I've spent time at since I was about 20. Always been great for me. Never actually seen any bad things. But I don't go looking for it either. I go to parks to enjoy with those I go with I had a great day there the last time.

This park is awesome! There's plenty of room for a party in the pavilion--in fact there were two happening while we were there! The bathrooms seemed to be welded shut--I'm sure it was because of Covid. Hopefully those will open again soon.

One of Salt Lake City's largest parks and the jewel of northwest SLC. Lots of fields here - depending on the time of year you may see soccer, football, rugby, softball, tennis and the famous Rose Park Baseball League. Historic pavilion, as

I am not from Utah, but my husband is. And I have fell in love with Rose Park. I love that the community comes together. Whether it's baseball, football, softball, soccer or the yearly BBQ. It all happens at Riverside Park. Where I am from

I grew up in this park now my kids are having the same experience I got to have by playing little league football, like I once did. Now they will run, jump, play, roll and lay in the same park that made many memories from my child hood.

Nice private Pavilion. This is one of my favorite Pavilions to rent. The restrooms are right next to the Pavilion, the playground is right there, there's 2 big grills (we brought our own tho) & it's private. It stays pretty shady too.

My kids love the big playground. There are a couple of large slides, a modern teeter-totter, swings and monkey bars. There are also large grassy areas. In the summer the surrounding big trees provide good shade. The free standing

Ok for the location, not over run by the cities homeless problem yet considering it's location. Bathrooms never really open but the kids love it. It's also got a great sporting area for the kids softball or soccer games. More

Nice place for a pit stop on the Jordan River Trail while bike riding. Shady Bowery, trash can available, and restrooms. But I did not check to see if the restrooms were open during the Covid19 shutdown.

This is an amazing park! So beautiful in late May. Not to sucluded where it never gets used, but not on a main road where it is noisy. Thank you Rose Park for making such a beautiful oasis in the city!

  • Trenton Hills

It's a fairly big park with multiple different athletic and sport accommodations as well as multiple covered gathering areas with BBQ if needed each of them with restrooms and playgrounds near by. More

  • Jean Robinson

Nice large Pavillion and baseball diamonds. However, the restrooms are locked, which is inconvenient if you want to book the Pavillion for an event that might last awhile.

Large local park with benches and picnic tables. Restrooms were open, and there were lots of people in various parts of the park celebrating and hanging out!

  • Gerardo Gabriel

Beautiful views of the mountains. Big open field and a walking trail makes this a good spot to exercise. There's also a playground for the kids.
