Lost my ticket and was liable for a £30 fine plus the £9 charge of my parking. The attendant who was on a phone call which remained live on his phone throughout the transaction, seemed drunk. He tried to charge me £78. I noticed it on the card machine so managed to avoid being double charged. The next time he set up the card machine he tried to charge £39 plus a tip. Third time ‘lucky’ the extortionate £39 fee was processed. When I said about the charges being unfair he said ‘he didn’t care’ and ‘speak to the manager’. The director of this company said it was only an easily made admin error on the attendant’s behalf. I responded that my losing my ticket was only a minor admin error but I’m getting fined £30 and no redress is deemed suitable for Riverside West Parking. With all the cameras and technology they could have easily checked to see when I arrived on their system and charged me fairly. She refused vehemently to recompense me and seemed happy for me to share my thoughts on social media so here we are. She says these fines are common in the industry and that in her mind makes it right. I disagree, as it is not reasonable and this ought to be legislated against.
Be careful of this car park, stay away from the bike cages. They are thieves and they try to charge people as much as possible. They will not refund if you give them the space bike early. They will tie you into a 12 month contract for which they will charge you until the end of it and if you give the space back early, they will charge the next person until the end of the billing year too, so basically they get PAID TWICE!!! Aren't they clever?? BE AWARE!! BE CAREFUL!!! And on top of everything, I have received threatening emails from the car park managers... APPALLING!!
I parked my Porsche in this car park for close to 2 years. I have to say that their professional management with operations and maintenance, car park management of entry, exit and security and overall quality and facilities were 2nd to none. I looked around many places in Hammersmith and Fulham Council area and couldn't find anything better. Highly recommend this car park for your priced procession..... Hurry as there is a great spot in the secure area now as I have left. I left as I am going back home to Australia after my 2 year work contract in London.
Parked my car here permanently and you won't find a better location for a storage facility inside London which also has the 24/7 access and security. It does come with a price but if you are looking to store a vehicle in a central location then its 100% the best one. The team are very personable and they have started to run events for members which are great fun and a good chance to meet other car owners.
Parked here for 2 nights during Wimbledon. Well signposted, bright and clean with plenty of spaces. Of particular note was the really helpful staff member in the parking office. Really friendly, polite and even held the door open as we were carrying lots of bags. You rarely get that at a 5* hotel these days.
I used Riverside as a permanent garage for my car as I didn't want to leave it on the street. It was great. The security people kept an eye on it and the car was safe. The car got a bit dusty from time to time - probably because the location is next to the dump but that that wasn't a big issue!
Popular Car park can be tricky to get a stop especially if you have a larger car as spaces are divided in 2s by pillars and sometimes hard to maneuver. Had a couple marks from cars on my vehicle and had run ins with residents about parking
Good car park at a competitive price for the area. Always seems to be spaces available and staff are visible and attentive. Very handy location for parking before Chelsea games, only a 25 minute walk or short bus ride to the stadium.
I parked here whilst Wandsworth Bridge was closed. Always plenty of spaces. The fact that there is a 24 hour attendant helps to make it feel safe. Communication with Riverside West was always efficient, helpful and friendly.
Was busy, maybe because marathon was happening. Park next door very nice beside river. Lack of entertainment facilities, scarce parking and sterile corporate feel buildings does not however endear for potential residents
I needed car park for 2 cars and with a very short notice. It was organised on the same day thanks to Katie and Rosa. Short/long term, I can only recommend. Friendly and safe. 5* customer service
This car park is fully secured and it is 24hrs/7days a week, Holiday Inn Express, petrol station and Mcdonalds including Wandsworth Town train station, also good for park n ride commuting …
Surprisingly easy to access and park, and had plenty of spaces free. Not bad prices for how close it is to central London. I think I paid about £17 for almost a full days parking
Needed a car park for a month while Wandsworth Bridge was being repaired. Service was excellent and easy to get in and out of. Perfect solution to a frustrating problem. Thanks
Parking is great though had a rude parking attendant today. Rudest on the phone of any one i have ever met. No help whatsoever.
If you go to Gym. Be aware that the 2 hours of parking are NOT FREE. If you stay 2h and 1 minute they will charge you 3h. BOOM
Flawless experience. Lot's of spaces and very good communication. Good value for money. Rosa was very helpful.
Great parking for Chelsea games. Secure and reasonably priced. Half hour steady walk to the ground.
Be careful as they hit you with 24hr charge after being parked for more than 7hrs
As parking goes its good. Anything else you will be disappointed.
