I went in for my first appointment with Roach Family dentistry and explained to them that I had an extensive medical history of oral surgeries and bone grafting and they proceeded to tell me that I had 4 cavities and that I should redo the veneers I only got done 3 years ago. As soon as I left the office they had their “financial advisor” bulldoze me with a bill of how much it would cost to redo my veneers with them as well as fill the 4 cavities, and I had never even made an appointment to get the cavities filled nor did I consent to discussing the possibility of redoing my veneers with them. The financial advisor was also extremely rude and condescending and told me I should hurry to fill the cavities before it needs a root canal, this is extremely inappropriate coming from someone who is not a medical professional. I called my oral surgeon and dentist that I had seen previously and made an appointment with them and as soon as I came in they took x rays and showed me that I didn’t have a single cavity, and that if I had cavities underneath my veneers then my veneers simply would not be able to stay on due to the consistency of decay. I am so disappointed with this corporate dental office because they do not take their patient care seriously. They are trying to get money out of their patients and meet a quota. When I called to cancel my next cleaning with Roach Dentistry their receptionist was extremely rude. I will not be coming back to this office and I am so thankful to my old dentist out of state who last minute squeezed me in on my trip.

I needed to have some emergency work done on my teeth so I found this place online and I liked the fact that I could get in right away. Also I like the fact that they can see you on the weekend as well. I have been to several dentist throughout my life and have had some bad experiences. However from the moment I walked into this office I felt at ease. The entire staff was kind. The dental assistant was very calm and her attitude really made me feel she genuinely cared and I could tell she really wanted to make sure that all my concerns and even other things that I didn't mention right away were taken care of. Jason Cabler DDS also put me at ease. I was thinking of having some implants done and he talked to me about more affordable options to me that would give me the same if not better results. This made me feel like it wasn't all about the money and that he genuinely cared about what treatment was best for me. He was gentle with me and made sure that I was comfortable. I will be having some extensive dental work done and it is expensive however the office is working with me by setting a payment plan for me that will allow me to get the work I need done and pay over time. I am for the first time excited about getting this work done. It sounds crazy I know but I am. I would definitely recommend this office!!

I was blown away by the experience here. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a caring attitude. Since it was my first time with this office, they looked at my teeth and were able to layout a comprehensive plan for my smile to look it's best. They recommended some fillings, and we looked for an appointment to get them done. It was a little bit further out than they would recommend, but they were so accommodating that they were able to find a time slot just an hour from the ending of my original appointment. So they asked if I would like a gift card to one of the restaurants in their area and if I could be back in an hour. I've never had any other service offer that to me! I gladly accepted and came back. When I came back, they got me right in and prepped for the fillings. I did have to wait about an hour for the doctor to see me, but I did not mind because they were checking in periodically, and Doctor Ahmad had a few emergencies come in that morning. The procedure went swimmingly with little to no pain whatsoever. I am looking forward to me next appointments with them because of my initial experience. I would recommend everyone in Nashville to use them!

I came to Roach Dentistry after receiving dental insurance from my job. It had been 8 years since I saw a dentist and I admit that, I cried during the X-ray because my anxiety was high. I kept thinking of the worst case scenario on the state of my teeth. I expected lectures and to be accosted for waiting so long to get dental care but instead I was treated with kindness and respect by every staff member I interacted with. The staff was kind and polite. They were understanding of my situation and helped create a treatment plan that worked with my budget and schedule. The office has a spa like vibe which I believe adds to the experience. No bright lights or clinical attitude here. I felt at ease with the energy. I think it’s the warm light or maybe the televisions in the treatment rooms. The person doing my X-rays was gently attentive and picked up on my “I’m anxious and don’t want to talk” energy Leah treated me well and I’m happy to have this safe comfortable practice where I can get my oral health back on track without feeling more guilty about my early 20’s dental health history

I don’t normally do reviews but I really wanted to with this place. I did not have dental insurance for awhile and because of a surgery I had, I developed calcium deficiencies which came hand in hand with tooth problems. I took OBSESSIVE care of my teeth, but still had cavities, broken teeth and a receding gum line. I went to one “dentist” that did nothing but shame me and send me home with an antibiotic. My mom found this place on google and I am so thankful she did. I was so nervous and embarrassed and the Dental Assistant Cole was an Angel. He was patient with me, calming, caring and so kind. Most of all, so understanding that my problems weren’t from lack of dental hygiene, and made it known to me that everything was okay. I can’t thank him enough for how at ease he made me feel. Dr. Riggs was also so caring and concerned. Honest and very gentle too. Overall, I have found my dentist. I would recommend this place to anyone, even one’s with fears and anxieties just like mine. Thank you so much Cole and Dr. Riggs. You’re how all the dental professionals are supposed to be.

I had a really great experience at this office! They are centrally located in Green Hills which is convenient for a quick stop after lunch, school, work etc. They also had a charging station in the waiting area and a freshly lit candle in the bathroom? 10/10 for the vibes. My hygienist was Alex who was fantastic. She was so sweet and walked me through each step as she went and was kind enough to answer all of my questions. She did an excellent job at actually cleaning my teeth as well because I still had glue stuck on the surface of one tooth [from the braces I had in high school] that my other hygienists at different offices did not care to tend to. I felt this was important to mention because it just demonstrates how much the Roach group genuinely cares about the services they are providing. I highly recommend Alex if you're considering this office! The dentist who examined me was Dr. Cabler. He was thorough, efficient, and also very friendly. I will absolutely be returning for my next visit. Can't say enough good things!

This place and the team there are top notch. I have had a couple dental emergencies and every time they have saved the day. Dr. Riggs is awesome and you will not meet a nicer or more competent set of dental assitants and front desk folks. I have to say i am a bit biased towards breely and darren who have just made me feel so at ease during some not so awesome moments of dental duress. They have had my back in terms of emergent and long term treatment plans and working with me so the financial piece doesnt feel so mysterious and overwhelming. Theyre seriously the best and actually make me enjoy my time there...as much as thats humanly possible for someone who typically hates going to the dentist. I hadnt found my long term relationship dentist to settle down with after moving to nash. Safe to say ill probs be going steady with these guys as long as theyll have me! Ten out of ten!

There is no amount of words I can share to fully boast about this place in a way that would match my experience. I needed an emergency visit when I was in town and they made it happen with very little notice. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with genuine kindness. The office is immaculate, but the staff really set the bar high. Kashma was amazing. She was so professional and kind, she made sure I was comfortable and aware of all that was being done. Doctor Ahmad saved me from what I expected to be a tooth extraction. His demeanor and assertiveness was very comforting. The service provided here was so incredible I would be willing to drive from Atlanta just to call this my dental home. If you’re looking for a dentist…there are no other options. I have really extreme medical anxiety, so much that I avoided going to the dentist for any reason for 12 years. I could not be happier with my experience with this office. This was the best dentist experience I think I have ever had. I was definitely scared at first, but as soon as I arrived everyone was extremely kind and welcoming and very gentle with me. Carly cleaned my teeth for me and did everything she could to help me feel safe and comfortable. The folks here are honest and didn't try to make me get any expensive treatments that I didn't need. I have a whole new outlook on dental work now and I feel much more empowered to take care of my health in general. If you're like me and are extremely scared of the dentist or medical settings/procedures in general, please reach out to Roach. They will take care of you. :)

As a travel nurse I have been to many dentist for cleaning, toothaches and this time it was an emergent situation. From the time the phone was answered, Anna Lee was so pleasant, helpful and compassionate about my situation. She right away booked an appointment for me. When I got there she was as I expected, cheerful, polite and very attentive. I then had Annette and Dr Riggs take care of me. They were both Outstanding. Made me feel welcomed and most importantly at ease. Dr. Riggs has excellent bedside manners and they are both compassionate about their job. Their goal real is for you to have the best experience possible. There was no attitude or rudeness from any of the other staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roach Family Dentistry to anyone. Do not go here. I am only writing this because I feel it is important to relay the message. I had my my 6-month routine cleaning yesterday and I definitely will not be going back. This practice is more about a cash grab and less about dentistry. They are constantly pushing un-needed products (Botox, Invisilign, etc.), and their insurance practices are sketchy at best. They are constantly reminding you about utilizing unused dental insurance “funds”. “If you don’t use it, you lose it.” I get it, we are all trying to make a buck, but I am not sure this is how insurance was intended to be used. It’s not free money given to the dentist who best positions themselves. Go to a dentist where they care about your teeth and less about their bottom line. I envision an episode of American Greed in their future.

Very pleasant experience with the general staff and hygienists. The first dentist I saw apparently missed multiple cavities and misdiagnosed one of my teeth, which was made clear by the next dentist I saw at this practice six months later. They then told me an infection I had could only be fixed with an extraction and a bridge and that an implant wasn’t possible. I got a second opinion at East Side Smiles who said not only was I a perfect candidate for an implant, but that it would be the same cost as a bridge at Roach, and would be a much more stable and long-term fix without affecting my other teeth. I dont like to leave bad reviews but just want to make it known people should seek a second opinion after going here because there might be better alternatives for your dental procedures elsewhere.

Be careful here. I had a crown done in February - still painful and not well fit or aligned, I am unfortunately having another clinic help me with it now. Process itself was pretty miserable - had to go in twice because the staff member who did it the first time made several mistakes. They also got the crown pre-approved with my insurance, charged my portion to me in full before the procedure, and now are apparently unable to collect from insurance and have sent that portion to collections on my behalf. Have several statements from them that acknowledge it isn't my portion they're waiting for, and also have not returned any of my phone calls. I would steer clear and find somewhere that will treat you above board, especially if you have a more involved procedure needed.

Dentist opened my mouth for two seconds said “yep that’s infected” dental assistant popped a piece of plastic in my mouth to take an X-ray THAT MADE ME BLEED and HURT despite me arguing and asking not to be touched I told them I didn’t need it and wanted to see if extraction was even a possibility before any services were rendered staff ignored my refusal to this and did it without my consent then I received a bill for this for $147 that I will NOT be paying. DO BETTER!!! I left this office crying my eyes out in so much pain while the lady who could not guarantee extraction tried to rush me cause she was “about to go on lunch” this place is a joke. Take your business to ideal dental instead they actually listen and treat their potential patients with care and respect

This was my first visit to Roach Family Dentistry. I was very impressed by the place, cleanliness, and friendly staff. I was recommended to Dr. Waqas Ahmad and he has to be one of the best dentist around. He is absolutely phenomenal! I went in for replacement of old fillings and Dr. Ahmad did all 4 of them with precision and superb skills. Once my bite was adjusted right there and then, I was good to go. Did not need to come back for more adjustment. Thanks Dr. Ahmad for a job well done! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled and gentle dentist. Keep up the good work Doc! I’ll be back to see you whenever I need a dentist. By the way I was also served by Hannah, a great hygienist. Did a wonderful job as well!

Lets see, I loved them, however,, did auto bill payments,, then Put me in collections? Also,, not happy with the work they did,, as I went back to them, stated they will fix for free? Then put me in collections, when they charged me every month? I hope they fix this, I honestly liked them, until this,, and if anything,, they should fix my front teeth as its not what they,, showed me,, and my temporaries, loved!! Perfect! Then put in well,, lets just say,, everyone said,, where did you go, they look horrible. I hope they fix both issues and I will totally give them 5 stars. If not,, Stay away,, Payment provided, went through every month? The collections?? Cards active? Promised to fix their work? Then

I’ve been going to this clinic just shy of a year now and have never left unhappy with my experience. I have Invisalign, which means I come in quite regularly, and in this time i’ve learned that Roach Family Dentistry’s goal is to ensure their patients are not only satisfied but comfortable. The hygienists and dental assistants that work with Dr. Riggs are incredibly thorough with their work and super kind—some who come to mind are Kashma, Alan, and Alex. The wait time is minimal and the front desk staff is pleasant. Some may find it daunting to seek dental care, but through my experiences with the wonderful staff, I can guarantee that you will be well taken care of at Roach’s. They know their stuff.

Dr. Cabler and Christine were absolutely fantastic. I went to another dentist and had an absolute nightmare of a time and tried this office based on recommendations alone for their care. Christine not only was gentle and caring, but truly seemed genuine in her care and decisions. Dr. Cabler took his time and did not make me feel like an inconvenience (I have a hard time being numbed). Their efforts and expertise restored my faith in the dentist again after several other scarring places. Only thing I have to note for new patients - CHECK YOUR INSURANCE. Typical offices will tell you if they are in network or out of network. This office does NOT tell you unless you ask.

Dr. Ahmed did an amazing job for me at the roach family dentistry. I came for a crown and while doing my X-rays Dr. Ahmed discovered that I had a tooth that needs immediate filling to avoid another root canal which could be costly. Not only did Dr. Ahmed take care of what I came for (the crown) but he also went above and beyond to provide a full dental service. Now I have a full plan for my teeth. I will be back early next year for the rest of the treatment. The entire staff (dental assistants, hygienists and receptionists) are also great. Went to Dr roach after terrible experience with a nother dental office Mr roach did full exam with less pain and discomfort then I've ever experienced at a dental office he then told me that I did not need the 3000 plus dollar treatment the previous dentist tried to tell me I needed and that was such a relief to know I could trust him and his staff to be honest I'm most thankfull for dr roach and his office not trying to take advantage of me and my money his staff was as nice as one could be took time to walk me through each procedure cost and time it would take ..if you want gental honest work this is the place for you thank you Dr roach and staff

My first appointment was today. The week before I had the most horrifying experience ever at a dentist and I had been totally shaken. My friend had told me about Roach Family Dentistry after I relayed my horror story to her. I called and they fit me in within the hour! When I got there they blew my expectations out of the water. Everything was so quick and painless. They cared about me as a person and my wants and needs and it showed. I left smiling ear to ear. I will refer them to everyone in the city. They are incredible. The office was extremely clean as well and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Thank you!!!!

I had a dental emergency and my normal dentist couldn't see me for 2 days. I did my research and found Roach Family Dentistry. They immediately got me in. The office is state of the art, office staff is very friendly and this office certainly spends the time and money to hire the proper staff for every process. No waiting times. A couple weeks ago I had some wisdom teeth come in and was incredibly anxious about finding a new dentist here in Nashville. I’ve always had anxiety when it comes to anything medical but everyone I have met has been beyond understanding, patient and willing to make me as comfortable as possible. In the time leading up to getting my wisdom teeth taken out, I felt way more at ease than I ever expected thanks to this wonderful team. I had a dental emergency late in the evening on a Monday and the RFD support team worked me into their schedule for a 7:00 am appointment Tuesday morning. I arrived anxious and in pain, underwent an emergency tooth extraction and left knowing I had received the highest quality dental care by Dr. Roach and Dr. Riggs. They have outstanding patient comfort options and a team of dental staff that deliver excellence. Shout out to patient coordinator, Darren for welcoming me into the office with a smile and dental assistant, Annette for holding my hand.

I always have such a great experiences at this office! Came in for my second cleaning with Kelly today and she is awesome! She even had a gift card waiting for me when I walked in the room because it was my birthday - you can tell they really care about their patients. I requested to watch the Winter Olympics during my cleaning and Carly popped in immediately to change the channel. Those two interactions meant a lot to me - you can tell the staff really enjoys working together and are always full of energy. If I could give this 6 stars I would, I can't wait to come back again in 6 months!

I came to Roach Family Dentistry for a chiped front tooth. Knowing how important a beautiful smile is to my self esteem, I knew I had to see top of the line Dentists. I saw Dr. Ahmad's 5 star reviews and made an appointment. Dr. Ahmad's skills are commendable. His close attention to detail and immaculate aesthetic sense in restoring my front tooth has made my teeth looking even better than before. I can now smile confidently. His Assistants are skillfull, caring and compassionate. The front office staff are super friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad at Roach Family Dentistry.

Every person in this practice is wonderful. Jackie, Kathleen, and Ryan are all so sweet. I saw Brielea the most and she is an absolute joy every single time. Dr. Riggs is so great. I came to the office very regularly, usually around 1x per month, while doing Invisalign. I have had cleanings and a wisdom tooth removal here as well. Never once did I feel rushed, had questions ignored, felt overcharged/misled, or had a bad experience. Sad to be moving away but I’m SO happy with my Invisalign & overall experience here!

I put off going to the dentist for a very long time because of bad experiences. I looked up Roach Family Dentistry and looked at the reviews and were super satisfied so I gave it a shot. I had to get 15 teeth pulled and an immediate upper denture. Dr. Ahmad did amazing and his dental assistant Kristen was awesome in keeping me relaxed. Kathleen also was great with doing my impressions as well! I love the front desk people too. They really care about you and your well being. I highly recommend them!

I've been a patient about a year here and I must say I am very pleased. Dr. Riggs and his staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed a tooth that I have been hiding for many of my adult years to make it look like its been perfect all my life. There are no long waits, I typically can get in within a week, and the technology is up to date and cutting edge. I never give 5 cause I believe there is always room for improvement, but I honestly can't find a reason why I would complain.

The best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I had an infection and cracked tooth I needed to get pulled and they were able to get me in just a few days after I called. I saw Dr. Ahmad and he was very nice! Kathleen the Dental Assistant was so nice and personable! She made me feel super comfortable. I get very anxious at the dentist but they all made me feel very calm and comfortable. Kim and Darren at the front desk are so nice too! You can tell they really care about their patients. I think this is the worst clinic that I have ever been to. I paid them everything, they always told me a price and when it was time to do work they went out with another I stopped going with them like a year ago but my husband continued his cleanings, etc. but it turns out that my husband was I gave you a payment and they ruined my credit knowing that I spent a year with them, don't go to this clinic, it's just getting money and cleaning that don't do you any goodmy credit

I give them a 2 star for felling to check my insurance before I came all the way from Murfreesboro! The Kim lady on the phone had me believe that they had accepted it. Even though the original appointments was set for Thursday. But that’s no excuse. They sent me there phone application Wednesday and I filled it out that day. But in all the dentist offices I have been too. The environment felt warming . And I would have love to meet Dr. Roach. From his photos by he seems blissful

Is it possible to have a pleasant, positive, and comfortable experience at a dentist's office? I never thought it was until visiting Roach Family Dentistry. The front office team, dental assistants, and Dr. Riggs are all so very kind, accommodating, and caring. Add that to the truly excellent work, true care, and dedication - Amazing. Yes, I typed it. The dentists' office was amazing. By far, the best dental experience I've ever had and the best dental office I'm ever visited.

Excellent experience at Roach Family Dentistry. I don’t love going to the dentist and hadn’t been in a while, so I was feeling very nervous. Christine and Darren made me feel safe and comfortable. All of my questions were answered without judgement and in plain terms. Dr. Cabler was kind, patient, and gentle. I thought getting my wisdom teeth out was going to be traumatizing, but it was a piece of cake. I am so grateful I chose Roach Family Dentistry. I highly recommend.

It's a very welcoming place with a great staff! They are very nice and soft spoken which made me so comfortable! I always have fears of going to the dentist because a have a very sensitive teeth, but they are very gentle on my teeth. I never been so comfortable with someone doing a deep cleaning on my teeth before but they make me so comfortable that i almost fall asleep! This place is fantastic! I went for my initial appointment last week. Every single person was so kind and professional. My hygienist, Charlotte, patiently and knowledgeable answered my 1 million questions. And, Dr. Roach took ample time to check my mouth thoroughly and explain everything is a friendly and respectful way. Plus, the facilities are very clean and inviting. And, they offer a great membership plan. I’m so thankful to have finally found a dental home!

Great experience! I was having major dental issues and my normal dentist was closed for the weekend. They got me scheduled within the hour, and talking to a dentist within minutes of sitting down. The staff was super nice and responsive, and the dentist took care of me while also giving me some honest advice about my current treatment plan…etc. Overall, I highly recommend them, and if they were in-network for my insurance, I would switch over….

I have a deep hatred for the dentist, but this office males me feel at ease. They go out of their way for their patients. They will work with you on finances, your schedule and and treat any concerns with urgency. Brielle and Dr. Riggs we’re so kind during my visit. I made a huge deal out of something that we all laughed about later. I’ve never felt like I was being upselled or pressured. Clean office, friendly staff and sincere medical team.

While visiting Nashville I found myself in need of a dentist at 7pm! I called the office and left a message and to my surprise they called me back at 8pm! Annaleigh made my appointment for the next morning at 9. I arrived at 8:55 and was immediately put in a room. A note and welcome gift was in my chair. Dr. Cabler and Belinda were excellent. They took care of my needs quickly. Best dental experience ever. Highly recommend !!

My last visit was for cleaning which was done by an excellent young hygienist. Afterward Dr. Roach examined me to determine what should be done next to correct my need for teeth replacement. As usual, as he has done for the 30 years I have been his patient, helped me make the right decision. Dr. Roach always treats an old man with dignity and respect. That is why I keep coming back.

Just changed practices from almost 15 years at a Murfreesboro Dentist and got referred here. Dr Ahmad was great! Very professional and personable - the office is family friendly with lots of smiling faces, a coffee nook and in a nice part of town. Carly the hygienist cleaned my teeth and was thorough and professional - also super personable! Will definitely be coming back.

Came in on a Saturday morning as I have recession abs it was really uncomfortable. Shaunta , and Dr. Cabler , and the Treatment plan coordinator were so kind , helpful. I got in quite quick on a same day appointment.I even got to see the hygienist as she took a look as well .They were SUPER helpful with my budget as that is an issue . As soon as I walk in the door I feel at home. Everyone is so nice and so professional. What more could you ask for? The quality of care is exceptional. My family has been going to Roach Family Dentistry for years. My father who suffers from Alzheimer’s is treated with the special care that it takes to address his issues. I am so thankful for Dr. Roach and his associates.

I generally do not have fun at dentists as an adult but this place has been probably The Top experience I have had. I was greeted with gifts right at the beginning and Dr Ahmad was the doctor that did my fillings and he was fantastic. Made sure I was ok every few seconds and adjustments I needed he was quick to assist with. Definitely recommend this office to all!

I have been scared of the dentist for YEARS. Dr. Jason Cabler and his wonderful assistant made me feel so welcome and comfortable! They were very patient with me and talked me through the entire process of my wisdom teeth. on top of fear and embarrassment of my mouth, I had never felt so secure being there. thank you x1000 for a great experience!!!

I wish I could give this office 10 stars. From the first phone call until after my visit. They treated me like family. Not something I’ve found in a dentist office at all. The front desk, the assistants and the drs themselves are absolutely amazing! I’m looking forward to seeing them again and ecstatic to finally have a dentist that I enjoy!

I cannot put In words how happy I am to have found this dental clinic. I have been going for over a year and for issues more than just a cleaning. The staff is wonderful. Great experience! We came for my husband's dental needs (extensive) to get an evaluation and get a plan for his treatment. The staff was great, the doctor was very thorough and informative. He and his team took their time and made sure he was comfortable. We are very confident that this practice is where he will get a great result.

For those that hate going to the dentist- you need to make an appointment to visit the folks at Roach Dentistry. Everyone takes such great care of you. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. After years of bad dental visits creating severe anxiety, I had to face my fears when one of my back teeth chipped and I needed a crown. Dr. Riggs has relieved my anxiety completely and my appointments have always gone smoothly.
