an older woman employee at robert dyas is very rude when talking to customers and keeps following customers everywhere and looking at us all the time, so customers are even uncomfortable to shopping in that store, I thought it was absurd the way she trated me and my mother who have a problem with leg , detail we are black .

Very good and helpful. Alert and on the ball staff. It's great for someone to say, let me get that for you ( product on a high shelve I was trying to reach) Let me take that to the till and packing things well so it was easy to carry. Well done. I shopped on a busy Saturday afternoon.

Apparently robert dyas does not accept returns if you have taken the product home, opened it and looked at it. I got the hammer drill opened the box and realised it’s not a combi drill that i wanted as it had a screw driver attached to it
