"Such a great park! It has something for everyone - scooter/bikes on the fake road, netball, basketball, tennis courts, playground, bbq, water dispenser, toilets, shelter and table, and a big shelter are with no table (which is a bit odd but useful if you bring a table I suppose!)"
"We live nearby to this beautiful huge park"
"The little track is great for kids on bikes/scooters"
"While the tennis courts were closed, they seemed to be in good condition, and the playground was nicely surrounded by trees and grass"
"So much space but not enough play equipment furthermore there is a huge danger lurking there, the canal isn't fenced off and it will take a split second for a young child to fall in a drownd or hurt themself badly"
Such a great park! It has something for everyone - scooter/bikes on the fake road, netball, basketball, tennis courts, playground, bbq, water dispenser, toilets, shelter and table, and a big shelter are with no table (which is a bit odd but useful if you bring a table I suppose!). It does seem to be a common spot that people walk dogs, often off leash, so be aware if you have little people that are scared of dogs.
We live nearby to this beautiful huge park. Its great how they have done it up, and not converted to housing land. Not many can say they have a huge park nearby with tennis courts, basket ball court, play ground and flying fox, even a kids safety bike track, the perfect place to teach your kid how to ride. It has shelters, bbq and toilets. We love taking the dogs for a walk along the creek its beautiful.
The little track is great for kids on bikes/scooters. The basketball court is good for older kids and then there the play gym stuff at the top. Plenty to keep the kids entertained. There's a public BBQ, sheltered table and public toilets. The play area isn't sheltered but with the facilities there it's a great place to visit.
While the tennis courts were closed, they seemed to be in good condition, and the playground was nicely surrounded by trees and grass. What I love about this place was actually the little kiddie road safety course complete with mini road signs that kids can ride their bikes through and learnt eh road rules. Nifty spot.
So much space but not enough play equipment furthermore there is a huge danger lurking there, the canal isn't fenced off and it will take a split second for a young child to fall in a drownd or hurt themself badly. Play equipment needs to be improved, park and canal should be fenced off.
Plenty of space for all family members and ideal for bikes and scooters. The loo could do with a renovation and the flying fox has become a little slack, but overall it's a great place to keep young ones entertained for a couple of hours. Under cover seating is also available.
Great place to visit. The bike track is nice and flat as it used to be 2 tennis courts. It has recently been repainted. Up the hill is a playground with a good flying fox. There are toilets and a couple of undercover areas and lots of grass for a picnic or run around.
Perfect for kids to enjoy.half Basketball court, half netball court, big size playground and personally those beautiful big trees made it more pleasant. Overall great for a picnic or birthday party gathering with more than enough area for kids to play. …
Need more bins! Pathway is uneven either side of the BBQ, causing me to trip up (not badly, just caught myself and 1 year old off gaurd). Otherwise the kids (10, 8, 7 and 1) all enjoyed themselves and were already asking when we could go back to this park!
Great for teaching your kids the road rules while on their bikes. Would be better if all parents were able to supervise their own offspring. Upside of unsupervised kids is it teaches your children how to do emergency stops and collision avoidance :)
2 Nice painted road layouts for young ones on bikes and scooters. 2 tennis courts, a beaten up basketball court, water fountain and toilets. Also a flying fox and minimal playground for young kids which they will get bored of quite quickly.
This park is a lovely family park. It has lots on offer. Really good for kids to bring their bikes to, and ride around. As there's a bike road safety feature. It's best to look for yourself. I'd recommend it for an outing. Nice park for
A great place to bring the kids for skating, biking, scootering, tennis, picnicking and playground fun. The two road safety tracks are a fantastic place to teach your kids the road rules while they ride their favourite bike/scooter.
Not enough drones turns out they were mostly planes and one time a tennis ball (cooked). Could do without all the kids especially the foul mouthed shadow type. I think the parents actually encourage them but what can you expect.
We have been a couple of times now. It's a really good park. With great facilities. But could definitely do with some more seating and shade options. No where near enough for how busy it gets.
I visited park 17 th July with kid. Kid enjoyed however there was so dirty toilet never believe in australia live that kind of toilet even can’t see it that kind of toilet poor countries.
Great park. Swings, flying fox, tennis courts, basketball and netball hoops, kids bike/scooter track, several sheltered tables and toilets. The only downside is no maintained lawn area
Great place to start road rules education with your little ones from an early age. Bbq facilities, tennis courts, basket ball and netball courts too. As well as a playground.
Great safe place to take the kids. Bikes, scooter, roller skates etc. Also a playground, reasonable toilets. Basketball ball and tennis courts. Excellent facilities for free.
My kids love the bike tracks and the bridge over the creek. What confuses me, is why this is all at the complete opposite end to the playground. Not too well thought out.
Play equipment for a variety of ages. Space to roam. Car parking. Toilets and bbq.. bring the kids bikes and trikes for the children's roadway. Excellent.
Great place for kids to learn how to ride the bike. Vast open space and miniature roads and signs are a novelty for the kids. BBQ and pergolas on site.
Great place for gatherings! Courts and bike riding quadrants. Caters to kids and adults also provides shelter from the elements if needed.
great space for kids to ride bikes. huge flying fox in the playground. its a nice big open space great for kids to run and explore
Simple climbing equipment, slide and settings in a bush setting. Also has a kid friendly flying fox a spinner and 2 animal rockers
Beautiful place, very relaxing and fun. The little street track the kiddies ride on has all been re-done and looks awesome! :D
Great park for all ages. Lots of space for picnics toilets shelter swings slides ect very busy on weekends great during week
Great for picnic. Game of B ball. Children can practise riding on mini 'road'. Plenty of shade. toilets, car parking.
Great to have a park and a playground together. Toilets are very gross and no fencing but overall a great spot
Nice clean, well kept reserve. Small street style bike track for young children to safely learn how to ride.
Great little park, tennis courts, a Basketball ring, also the bike and scooter educationally track is a hit.
Great place. We had our sons 5th bday party here and had a great time riding around with his friends.
Had my grandsons first birthday here. It was perfect the grounds were well kept and plenty of shade.
Great area for kids to ride bikes, playground is pretty decent heaps of room and plenty of parking.
Great park for younger and older kids. Great road track for kids to.ride bicycles and scooters.
Great place for kids to learn how to ride a bike and all signs that are on the road.
Amazing bike track for the kids Not enough seating or tables but a great area.
Good facility for children's parties or just a family picnic
