Update went to idea's at the 2nd mall and prices was just as high as keyfoods Idea basket is still nicer then keyfoods in my opinion I had a cool time shopping in Rochdale Village mall The only sour things that I could look cross-eyed or side-eyed at is the prices at grocery store is extremely high it is getting ridiculous at Key foods & Idea basket, Obi Jamaica restaurant inside of the mall had their small oxtail for $21 dollars way too much for a subpar meal there's a lot of price gorging going on for some of these groceries stores like Strawberry being $8.50 at Key foods but at Walmart same Strawberries are $2.00 same as the tomatoes being $5.00 at Key foods but Walmart have the same 2 dusty tomatoes for $2.00 smh because shopping at Walmart is a total different experience I can go and shop there I would have tons of groceries off $200 to $300 easily and wouldn't have to do another huge groceries run for a while sheesh at Key foods $200 to $300 goes quickly and you don't get much

There are several stores within the mall itself a riteaid drugstore and post office adjacent to the mall. Rochdale village outlet inside sells household goods, office/school supplies, casual clothing, books, cosmetics, etc. It's like Marshall's but less fancy. There's a drugstore, the offer a senior discount. There's a jewelry store, the carry pandora jewelry and more, there's a rainbow clothing shop, there's a pedicure shop, sterling(?) Eyeglass store, a hallmark card store that also does the lottery,and a candy store that does the lottery, a beauty supply shop, t-mobile store, a housegoods store, a bakery, liquor store, sneaker/shoe store, chase bank, keyfood supermarket.

They have everything that you need, although maybe not what u may specifically want. There’s a bank, cloths store (rainbows) for almost all ages, dollar stores, shoe store, bed bath etc store, Chinese food, t-mobile, hair store, jewelry store, grocery store and chase bank. I believe there is also a dentist upstairs that i used to go to, and a bathroom. Everything is cheap for the most part, except maybe the jewelry, shoes, and standard phone store.

Rochdalel is a amazing African American community. That's safe has tons of green space, tennis courts, a basketball court. it is also very close to several elementary schools junior high schools and high schools. It's very close to public transportation, a shopping center and quick and easy access to JFK international airport. Rochdale village is quintessential community for generational living.

Recently revamped indoor mall featuring fast foods, stationery, domestics, hardware, pharmacy, supermarket, variety, footware among others. Two malls serving the Rochdale cooperative and the surrounding communities, these shops always well stocked, constantly busy and serve the communities well. All shops I patronize have attentive and staff making doing business a pleasant affair.

Store is big enough and small enough at the same time. Shelves are stocked produce is better than average. Only complaint is too many boxes in the aisles and I wish I could shop online and have groceries delivered. Wish they had a fresh fish market. Super happy that a $40 or more purchase and they will deliver groceries to my front door. Good cold cuts and fresh salad section.

While meeting with a new client I stopped here as it was just across the road. I was a bit disappointed with the selections. The pizza shop pizza was so oily and the dough was as well I threw it away. I went to the fish store which was slightly better but not fresh. Ended up and dunkin donuts which is fast food but at least consistent.

4 stars are earned here simply because of its residential convenience! This place is precisely one stop shopping; you never have to venture out of its perimeter unless you want a change of scenery. It has all the goods & services needed for life from a bank and beautician to a grocery and a hardware store, and everything in between!

It's the place to get everything you want in a safe clean family place ,I love the jamaican food place called obi's the beef patties are so good all the deferent jamaican cuisine exceptional a little pricey but worth it . It’s so Much better than it was years ago when I was a kid!!! It’s clean and quiet inside. There are a few takeouts with great food offerings. The same Jamaican spot is still there too. I’ll have to try them one day. They could work on organizing that parking lot a bit but otherwise I was pleasantly surprised!

Looking down where you are walking the tiles are missing and loose. Wanted to sit but not enough benches. They need to add on more business in here. It's not enough. Good Security in the Mall. Always walking around. I hope they can make changes here. A lot of people live in Rochdale spend their money here.

Ideal grocery store is ALWAYS FREEZING. I expressed to manager that many elderly shop in there, and the many customers that were presently shopping were complaining that it was too cold in the store. He seemed unbothered, until I revealed to him that customers rush to get out of the store and SPEND LESS.

Ideal supermarket has great deals and during the covid crisis they worked so hard to accommodate shoppers . every employee went above and beyond to make the scariest time in our life a little easier . the prices were reasonable and they always stocked their shelves..Great job IDEAL!!

I stumbled onto Ideal Market and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of produce is exceptional from other groceries I've been to. There were a few items I just couldn't find lately that I found at Ideal Market. The checkout clerk wrapped my meats in plastic.

Very nice; every store is clean and mall and court yard too! Use the marque touch screens because you will waste time looking for the stores if you have never been there; massive! I walked 2 miles around that store looking for a tux shirt! Lesson learned …

If you're looking for parking, good luck. Space is limited. You have a better chance finding parking inside the Pentagon than here usually. It's due to the Doctors office nearby mainly than the shopping center itself. Best to get there before 11am.

I do like the fact that they have people monitoring social media. Some things are priced well others are outrageous. The Commercial Real Estate Committee should solicit and distribute a usage and needs survey and share thr results accordingly.

I can edit my review now. 2 years ago they didn't have a gym so they got 1 star. They now have one so I'll give them 3 stars. They need better food options and a sit down restaurant.
