I just finished up a great experience with the whole team over at Atrium roofing. I had a visit from Juan, who was in the neighborhood inspecting a roof that they had done a few years ago, who let me know that he saw some missing shingles. He asked if he could send up a drone to take a closer look. After showing me the video, he said that it appeared I had wind and some hail damage and that it might be worth calling insurance to have them inspect. He then spent about 30 minutes with me walking me through their process from start to finish. I had done some roofing of my own back in college and was familiar with the process and materials used....but Juan didn't know that. Everything he said and demonstrated was right on par...through all phases of tear down to new installation. I agreed to call the insurance and set up a visit. A few days later the adjuster came out and confirmed the damage. Juan was here during the inspection as well so that I had an advocate on my side if needed. Turns out it was an easy claim with no hassle. In less than a week, the roof was replaced. The team that Atrium sent out was top-notch. They arrived about 7am and didn't leave until that night at 7:30pm...walking every inch of the yard making sure that debris/nails were all picked up and that everything was put back exactly as they had found it. I have some exterior hanging lights on the back patio that had a few bulbs busted during the demo process. No problem. They sent a crew member to go buy the exact replacement bulbs I needed, and took care of replacing and rehanging them! Even left me the spare bulbs that they had bought. I also decided to have them do some gutter work for me and add some insulation to the attic once the roof was done. That process was smooth and painless. I got great looking seamless gutters and now have an added foot or so of blown-in fiberglass insulation in the attic to help cut down on electricity bills. At the end of the project, I had worked closely with Juan and his crew, received timely and polite communication from Christina in the office, learned a.little about insulation from Miguel, and even had a visit from Jose, the owner. Every interaction was professional, courteous, and easy, and when dealing with my wife, they gave her the exact same experience, which I appreciated. Atrium did a great job from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their reviews on BBB and Yelp are stellar and they back them up with exceptional work ethic and quality materials and installation. They have only been in business for 6-year, but I have no doubt that they will be here for years to come given the type of work that they do. Great experience! Great people! Great work!

We had hail damage after an overnight storm. I called Atrium the following day and Andres came out the same day and then again when the insurance adjuster came out later in the week. Andres was very polite, respectful and professional. This is our first house and our first time filing an insurance claim of any sorts. He took the time to explain the process to me a few times with plenty of patience before I gasped the total scope of the process and project. Our roof was replaced roughly 2-3 weeks after the storm occurred and Atrium's office staff dealt directly with the insurance company. However the roofing supplies company, ABC Co., did severely damage our driveway by parking/driving their entire ~25,000 lbs. semi delivery truck onto it. Now they are a completely separate company from Atrium and we had to file a claim through them, which after 2 months after roof being replaced we had still yet to hear back a resolution from ABC's insurance company. I informed Atrium with any updates that we had in regards with contact to ABC or their insurance company. Another month passed and Atrium gave me the good news that they had held discussions directly with ABC and that they were able to work out a resolution of replacing the left half of the driveway without any extra costs from our pockets. So after a quarter of the year had gone by Atrium had a crew out and made it right. Both the new roof and driveway are holding up solid so far and there's zero trace of the damage done by the hail or ABC. Atrium is a superb 5 star local company that is fully accredited and a breeze to deal with both directly and insurance wise. Andres and the entire team at Atrium have nothing but our praise and we will be their customer yet again in the future should any more roofing needs arise.

Where to start?! A week after my parents got their roof fixed I was visiting during a rain storm & noticed there was water leaking in the living room! Above their Bose entertainment system! I immediately rushed upstairs to their attic and there were several spots where water was coming into their attic & making it way down into their home. I immediately grabbed a few buckets & rags & cleaned up the mess. The next morning I told them to get on the phone with the roofers to do these repairs. Mind you they had just roofed the house 2-3 weeks prior to the rain storm. So they quickly responded sending a few guys out to do the repairs. My folks then explained that their Bose surround sound system had been damaged & would need to be replaced. This is where the nightmare began. I want to say it’s been 4 months now of running around with these morons. Obviously they damaged the system as their roof had never leaked prior to the new roof, but these guys are giving my folks the complete & total run around over something that should’ve been taken care of months ago. And the unfortunate truth is it’s not a cheap surround system, my dad bought a top of the line I’m in the movie their THX BOSE surround system. Needless to say I’m extremely disappointed in Atrium Roofing & would never advise anyone to go to them for anything aside from a massive never ending headache.

Atrium did a fantastic job replacing my roof, but it is what they did after the job was done that really stands out. The morning after the roof was completed, I woke up to find my garage floor flooded with water. I inspected the wall behind my water softener and discovered a steady drip coming down the wall from the attic. Unfortunately, the main pipe for the house ran up that wall and into the attic, curving just below the roof line. Atrium workers had no way of knowing the pipe was there, and of course, put a nail right through the pipe. To my pleasant surprise, they took full responsibility and came back out to repair the pipe! This was no easy task as the section of pipe with the nail was extremely close to the eave. No problem. They opened the roof from the outside, repaired the pipe and put the roof back like nothing had happened. Just prior to the roof being done we also replaced our A/C and furnace. The vent pipe for the furnace had been adjusted while the roof work was done, and was now touching the wood underlayment of the roof and would not pass city inspection. I called Atrium and they sent out a guy the next day. He adjusted the vent pipe and ensured the roof was still sealed strong. I appreciate everyone at Atrium and what they did every step of the way.

Juan T and Atrium Roofing were fantastic. Juan is an excellent project manager with strong and responsive communication. Everything was done with professionalism and care. The roofing team was on time, hard working and excellent with clean up. I think they actually left my place cleaner than when they started. Juan was able to get me several upgrades with no additional out of pocket expense and made sure that I received all services approved my insurance. I chose Atrium because of the positive reviews on Google and BBB. You can believe these reviews, this company is top notch and you will get a quality roof that is installed by professionals. I like that Atrium is local and has a long history of positive reviews and quality work. Thank you Juan and team, I appreciate your time and care with my home. Update 5/24/21: I am once again happy I choose Juan T and Atrium roofing. With the recent heavy rains, I noticed a small leak on the outside of my house under an eave that connects to a metal patio cover. I called Juan at Atrium and Vicente came to my house that same afternoon. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Juan, Vicente and Atrium Roofing are easy to work with, knowledgeable and stand behind their work with integrity. Thanks again Atrium Roofing!

Atrium Roofing did a phenomenal job. Mr. Jose Puente and his team were professional and punctual. Mr. Puente helped in the inspection with our insurance company, which determined our roof had several issues (hail and wind damage) had to be replaced. We coordinated with Mr. Puente in selecting the best materials due to severe weather condition in this area. We upgraded our shingles to a Class 4 (water proof & impact resistance). Also, had the gutters replaced too. Mr. Puente was able to add an additional solar fan which we needed at no cost. We coordinated with Mr. Puente on how to pay for the roof (deductible plus insurance cost) which was very reasonable. We set a date for construction and his team completed the new roof in one day and gutters the next day. This included scraping off the old roof & gutter, taking it away, putting on the new roof, and cleaning up all scraps & nails of the old roof before leaving! His team did such an excellent job of removal you would have never known, they worked on the roof. Our new roof and gutters are simply beautiful. My wife and I would highly recommend Atrium Roofing to anybody who needs their roof work done right! 5 stars!!

A roofing company you can count on!!! From the first appointment, Juan T. made a point to get to know me. He explained things to me in detail and made me feel so comfortable in my investment on a new roof! From the appointment all the way to the follow up day, he gave me a personal phone number and answered calls and texts of any questions, concerns or just needing a conformation of delivery and start! He was professional the WHOLE time! The crew, AMAZING as well! They worked so hard all day long and completed our roof in one day!!! It was mesmerizing to watch. They have a system and it works!!! Dealing with the owner, Jose Puente, directly made the service very good. Our new roof was done quickly, and by all appearances, top notch. They installed Malarkey Class 4 rated Architectural shingles. Atrium accomplished other repairs related to the April 2023 hail damage in south Texas. My sole complaint is the window screen frames were bent by the repair person and it took multiple queries and unnecessary delays in order for the replacement to happen. In the end, Jose made it right though. The gutters were replaced, and I have no complaints with the job they did. The privacy fencing was fixed and painted as well and satisfactorily done. For roof replacement, I won't hesitate to recommend Atrium Roofing. I will seek their services again if needed. Hopefully, I won't need a roofers help again though. For other repairs I will hire those who specialize in the area (e.g. privacy fences, window screens, gutters, etc.).

Upon reviewing many companies in San Antonio i decided to call Atrium for their reviews and i am glad i did. Andre was the person in charge and communicated with me during the whole project. He was on top of the job from begging to end and was available every minute of the day. He was one of the most caring and professional people i have ever dealt with. He was happy to meet all my demands and answered every question with a smile. Always respectful and understanding and always listening. During the job his team had caused unintentionally some damage to a section of my gutters and when i called they replaced the whole section at no charge no questions asked. I had great experience with Atrium Roofing. After a phone call the representative visited us at our house the next day. They were very professional, and well prepared. They showed me the pictures of previous houses and samples of my roofing options and they explained the whole process of replacing the roof. Price wise they are very reasonable . They actually offered me better options with lower price compared to other competitors. The crew Finished the work in 1.5 days total. Roof looks great now. I worked with Andres on a very reasonably priced gutter install for a new home in April 2022. After over a year, I started noticing that the downspouts were changing colors. Two of them were also redirecting water in undesirable directions. I reached out to Andres about it, and within a few days he sent over a crew to replace every downspout in a single afternoon; no questions asked. The crew didn't leave any mess at all in the yard, and they even reconfigured all of the downspouts so that they are more efficient. They also look a lot better on the eyes. Atrium is definitely my go-to for any roof-related or gutter needs.

Wow, there’s so much I can say but I will keep it short. I have never had to get a roof replaced on any of my homes before so this was my first time. Experiencing it with Atrium Roofing and working with Andres was great. He was always answering the phone even when I felt like I was bugging him too much. The workers worked really hard from the moment they got on the roof. I was really impressed with how hard they worked. So much respect for the company, Andres, the staff and the workers. Andres walked me through the entire process. He was patient, friendly, and professional with me. I would refer to any and everyone.

Atrium Roofing is the best of the best when it comes to roofing and inspection. Our insurance tried to pull a fast one on us when we called for an inspection. They claimed there was no wind or hail damage and would not cover our roofing repairs. Andres Gomez from atrium arrived like a superhero and found every issue that the insurance inspector failed to identify. Within a couple weeks atrium was already on my roof and in 2-3 days it was all taken care of. Highly recommend. And I’m an extra note, the customer service was unbelievable. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.

The company was on time and on budget. They found some rot under the shingles and repaired it at the agreed rate. And they were neat—they cleaned up the site so the only way we knew they’d been there was the new roof. We’d gladly recommend them to anyone.

Atrium Roofing was great! They helped us with the insurance company and they were patient with us while we figured out how to to pay the deductible! Once we were all set, they completed the new roof in a day and a half! Once again Thank You Atrium!! Your customer Service is Phenominal! Last year they completely redid my roof. This year my wife built herself a small shed and it was going to cost us a lot of money to roof the little thing since no-one sells small amounts of roofing supplies. I called up Atrium and Adres, the owner, came to our rescue. He not only made us an awesome deal on the roofing suplies, but made sure the tiles were the exact match to our house's roof. When Atrium does a roof for you, you are not a customer, you are family.

Jose called to set up an appointment almost as soon as I asked for a quote. He was very polite and professional. The quote was not the most expensive, but not the cheapest we got. The crew had to remove three existing layers of roof, and I was amazed at how quickly they got it done (less than a day). After they finished, the entire crew spent quite a while walking the property to make sure all debris including nails was gone.  I was very pleased with the new roof installed by Atrium for us and would recommend them to anyone.
