Worst customer experience ever! We purchased a $2500 couch and scheduled it to be delivered 9 weeks after the purchasing date. We were told we could change our minds on the purchase up until the week before delivery. We decided 3 weeks after purchasing to go with something else in the store and started the order updating process to swap out couches only to have our order completely canceled without our consent. We were then charged a 20% $440 “cancellation fee” for an order we never actually canceled. Our 80% refund was then mailed via check with a promise of anywhere between 7-28 days to arrive. We were refused a tracking number for the refund check. We were disconnected from no less than 25 calls trying to figure out why our order was canceled and when and where exactly our refund would be arriving. Management refused to reverse their mistake on the cancellation or make up for our almost $500 loss on the purchase. I would not recommend buying from this store.

Daisy was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient with me and showed me lots of beds and mattresses. She looked up pictures/ paintings found the artist I love online because they no longer have them in the store. We looked up Ottomans and mattresses on line as well. We looked up all kinds of stuff as we were talking. She’s very sweet and very detailed and very personable. If I need to do shopping in the future, she is my go to person I trust her. She listens well she’s very smart, not aggressive, honest and works with in your budget and works with what you’re looking for.. I highly recommend Daisy. She works at the location off of San Pedro and 410 on the other side of the highway from Northstar mall . I don’t get my bed and mattress and Wednesday so I have no pictures

Room to Go. What a joke. It should be called Room to Wait For. If you have 4 to 6 months to wait for your furniture then this place isn’t too bad. But if you want to get furniture within 30 days you probably want to shop elsewhere. Bought some furniture in 2021 and they said the reason it’s so long was because of backups due to the 2020 pandemic. It’s Nov 2023. Still have to wait till sometime in February to get a chest of drawers. Crazy business model. You would think they would be cheaper than the competitors as a build at order business. You cannot pick up your furniture because they make you pay delivery/shipping so why aren’t they cheaper? Customer service wasn’t… that’s it. It just wasn’t. I would not recommend this place. I have learned.

We were in need of living room furniture. Went back to rooms to go as I had bought from this location twice before. I love their furniture. Bobbie met us at the door and showed us several reclining sofas. So many options! We settled on a gorgeous teal reclining sofa and actually switched out the love seat for the ivory reclining chair. Beautiful leather. The love seat just didn't work in the living room so we decided to change it for the chair. The manager on duty this morning said no problem. Set everything up and I was quickly on my way to see the eclipse. I'm sorry I didn't get your name but you were so kind. If I need more furniture I will go back to this rooms to go.

I’m going to share this review now about my furniture buying experience. My partner and I had a wonderful, yet not pushy, salesman (J Scott) who was patient with as we were searching for our new living room furniture. My partner and I were indecisive and we had very different tastes and preferences for the furniture we liked, so this was not an easy sell for him. But he was patient, he answered all our question, and he literally moved furniture around the store to help us achieve the aesthetic we were hoping for. That was this past weekend, and today we finally purchased our furniture. I hope that RTG delivers as well as they sell!!

Amazing assortment of furniture! I was there for over an hour just browsing and the staff were very kind and only interacted with me if I came up to them or if they passed by me on their way to another part of the store. Very relaxed environment, I felt comfortable in looking at every piece I wished to visit. I even enjoyed a wonderful conversation about their amazing artwork in this area with the gentleman in the kids furniture. I apologize for not remembering his name, but it started with an A. And Jason, my greeter, was very friendly as well and very helpful.

Both Mr. Alec D. and Ms. Daisy H. we’re so helpful and patient with me on 10/16/23 and 10/17/23. They both provided me helpful suggestions in furniture needed for our new house. They listened to my needs and their suggestions made my selections much easier. Then on purchase day, my delivery was set for next day after I close on my new house—Outstanding individuals! Please give them a chance and they’ll deliver the best experience.

We bought our first official BRAND NEW piece of furniture with Smiley’s help! He’s truly the sweetest and most funny person. He was extremely knowledgeable about what he was selling and very helpful trying to find what we wanted and what fit us! I’ve NEVER had such a great experience with someone in retail, until I met him! Thank you, Smiley! Keep shining and don’t ever let anyone steal your sweet joy — You're the BEST!!!

Christian was awesome! He was extremely helpful figuring out my apartment sizing, rug size that made sense for me, and even showing me a modular dining table that can be made bigger. He even gave me an investing tip in regards to 0% financing instead of selling my investments to pay cash. Im of a personal finance nerd, and I was mad at myself for not thinking of that strategy first. Will definitely be going back!

We had a great experience purchasing a couch set from Rooms To Go. Johnny Pena is the sales associate who helped us. He was genuinely very nice and not over bearing as some salesmen can be. He was attentive, yet gave us our privacy as well, which was really appreciated on our part. He was very informative and helped us make our decision. We will be going back to see Johnny for any future purchases.

Today my husband and I received the best help at Rooms To Go as we shopped for new furniture for our family room and our theater room.. Curtis met us with a friendly smile and gave us so many options to choose from. Curtis helped us step outside the box as we looked at more modern styles. We appreciate all your help Curtis.

We had Mrs. Peggy as our sales associate and she was awesome! So sweet and genuine. The experience was relaxed and enjoyable, no pushiness! Answered all our questions and if she couldn’t she was honest and asked a manager to come help! We are in love with the couch we bought and can’t wait for it to come home!

As soon as we stepped inside the store Smiley greeted us right away, asking how he could help us. He made it a great experience, kept us laughing non stop and made everything stress free. He was extremely helpful and gave us great tips. We’re definitely coming back and asking for Smiley!

Highly recommend this place; either setting up your new home or wanting a nicer layout. And I recommend you ask for “Smiley” he is the super knowledgeable and works well with all budgets. And very good with ensuring you get what you need and finding good deals for you as well.

We are so happy we went to RTG today. We found a beautiful living room set, thanks to Christian. No pressure from him to buy anything but we did! So happy with our choice and our living room will look so different and beautiful!

I can’t say I’ve ever had a great experience purchasing furniture. This was a great experience! J Scott was not pushy let me do my thing and when I was ready he took care of all my needs in a timely manner.
