I can not say how blessed I am to have doctor Patel. She has been my dentist for YEARS now. I followed her from two previous locations in the city. I don't live in the city anymore and I STILL travel into the city to see her! What I love about her is her very upfront approach. She's a proponent of patient education and takes the time to explain EVERYTHING from findings on x Rays, procedures, to brushing/flossing technique! I don't think I took as much ownership of my teeth since starting with her. I mean I do the basics. But she educates you so well that it makes you want to up your dental hygiene game! She NEVER rushes you out the door and is very thorough in her visits with you. Last year I had an issue that she believed needed an evaluation from a colleague and even this colleague was awesome displaying the very same approach as Dr P! Point being is even her referrals are top notch! Now of course she doesn't market herself as a pediatric dentist but she was my kids first dentist! They were 2 and 3 years old when they started seeing her. I fully trust her to see my children. Of course she was very honest saying she doesn't get much children however if their care required is routine and of course they tolerate it, she would be happy to care for their primary teeth! And of course their visits went AWESOME! Her hygienist kept my babies comfortable and engaged. When Dr P entered she was a COMPLETE NATURAL with them! She got them talking, they were comfortable and she was able to get her exam complete! She even provides the cutest little sunglasses that act as eye protection during the visit. They get to keep these little glasses. They were giving her high fives by the end of the appointment! This woman took it a bit further and even made them balloons out of her PPE gloves!!! . It was hilarious! When she did that she sealed the deal! Now my 5 year old asks to see Dr Patel now!!! She looking for that balloon and glasses! Can you imagine asking to see the dentist randomly?She asks me consistently during our drives to the dentist why it's taking so long to get to her Crazy! But that's just how awesome Dr P is! I love her and now my entire family makes appointments with her and she sees us all back to back to back to...now that hubby will be joining...to back!! Try her out. You will be very pleased with her approach, understand what she values and your results.

I was initially a big fan of Dr. Patel, she has a vibe, confidence & a ton of charm while dealing with her clients. However, as a dentist, I would recommend anyone but her. I had a miserable experience with both her and her staff. My treatment plan was all over the place, I felt like an experimental guinea pig. Multiple times she couldn't get a temporary cap to hold and I eventually, mid treatment was compelled to go elsewhere out of fear. I received so many numbing injections from Dr. Patel, my new dentist had to place me on a week of steroids to bring down the swelling. Basic procedures seemed challenging and complex to her. Her office is another nightmare to deal with. They charged me ahead of time and forgot a $400.00+ payment. They continued to still try and claim from my insurance until I had to call my insurance and give them a heads up. Very shifty and for profit practice. It's unfortunate to say this, but she's the dentist who pushes extra procedures albeit adhering to people's vanity, such as myself. I probably have myself to blame for staying with her as long as I did. Post disengaging mid-procedure, her office seemed relieved to be done with me and didn't even bother to check in on a temporary cap. She's great at Instagram & marketing, but those qualities aren't what makes a good dentist. Response to Dr. Patel's response on 09.02.22: - Dear Dr. Patel, my last visit to your office was on November 8th of 2021. Should you truly wished to find a solution and were patient oriented, you would have been more proactive back then. It has taken me 9 months to repair and re-work the damage you caused with my current dental practitioner. However, once again like I said, you're incredible at marketing and social media management and I appreciate the timeliness of your response to this post.

I got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Patel and the Rooted team when I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed because they were bothering me and I was in pain. right off the bat, I was greeted by the wonderful receptionist, Stephanie. She made me feel welcomed and reassured me everything was going to be alright because she could tell I was obviously nervous about the procedure. she assisted me with all the paperwork I had to fill out and it was a great first impression to my experience at Rooted. after admiring the beauty of the recent remodel and decor for a short while, Sayde, the dental assistant, brought me into my room. she explained, in detail exactly what was going to happen during the procedure and helped me get comfortable and set up some Netflix for me to watch while she was finishing her prep. Then Dr. Priyanka Patel introduced herself. she was so professional, informative, and amazingly personable that any worry or scare I had all went out the window. she answered every question I had and told me exactly what to expect during the procedure. and when I was numb and completely comfortable and ready for op, she started. literally 26 MINUTES later she pulled FOUR teeth with no issues. I knew I was going to be sore for the next few days because she explained so. mouth healed properly and everything went exactly how Dr. Patel described. and since then I will always go to Dr. Patel for all my dental needs. I'm booked for a cleaning with kelsea, the dental hygienist, which I am very much looking forward too! All in all, it was a great experience for a not so great reason with such a talented and professional team. I recommend all my friends and family and I look forward to spending more time with the Rooted team for all my dental needs. 5 STARS

I can't say enough good things about Rooted! I came to Rooted after not going to the dentist for 4 years. I was very scared to go to a bad dentist that wasn't going to be able to treat my overall oral health, but also stick with me for my long term goals with my smile due to a prior fall. After much research I landed at Rooted. From day 1, I haven't regretted it in the slightest. They made me feel comfortable going in right from the get-go. They had an action plan for me to get me back up to par with my overall oral health, and were so kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was dreading that first cleaning because I knew it was going to be bad, but they took such good care of me and it was everything but! Since, I've been working with Dr. Patel on my overall smile goals and I cannot emphasis enough how amazing she is. She is incredibly smart, patient, and passionate about what she does, and I trust her fully with my smile. Having 3 compromised teeth of various severities from a prior fall, she's worked with me to get me where I want to be long term and also short term. With veneers, crown, and fillings done all with Dr. Patel, she's helped me navigate this experience with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Truly cannot say enough great things about Dr. Patel and her staff, who all go above and beyond. I had previously seen Dr. Patel for a cleaning, but I moved. I recently saw a different dentist in my new area that recommended a good amount of work. I went back to Dr. Patel to get her opinion, who explained very well why recommendations may vary from provider to provider and gave me her recommendation, along with my options. She does such a great job of answering questions and making sure that as the patient, you're comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr. Patel even reached out to me following my visit to personally apologize for the confusion when I (very embarrassingly) mixed up provider names in the office, even though it was definitely on me. When I came back to the office to get the work done, I mentioned that something has been a little "off" with my bite since getting work done by a previous provider years ago. Dr. Patel fixed it in a matter of 20 seconds. The rest of the work was painless and efficient, and later that day, I couldn't even tell I had gotten dental work done hours earlier. Going back to Dr. Patel is well worth the 30 minute drive, and I will be sticking with her and her staff as long as I live in the Chicagoland area. They make going to the dentist an actual enjoyable experience, which is difficult to do. If you are looking for a great dentist, definitely go here.

These women are a power team! Dr. Patel and her staff are simply wonderful. I came to Rooted Dental Care for the first time, hours before my scheduled appointment with an unbearable amount of pain due to an infection that would later require a more extensive procedure. Even though Dr. Patel already had plenty of work on her plate when I arrived, she didn't hesitate to make room for me in her schedule. She told me that she could sense I was in a significant amount of pain and that she would make sure I was taken care of. Kristen and Stephanie kindly comforted me and assured me that they would take the X-ray without hurting or touching the infected tooth (which was not simple). They eased my anxiety by chatting with me and also telling me that I would feel better soon. As soon as Dr. Patel saw the X-rays and realized I would need to see a specialist, she pulled some strings and got me an appointment first thing the next morning with an exceptional dental surgeon. If you are looking for a skillful and compassionate dentist who will prioritize giving you the absolute best care, I would strongly recommend Rooted Dental Care.

I can not recommend Dr. Patel’s office enough, they are a solid staff! Kelsea has done a stellar job every time she has cleaned my teeth. Dr. Patel makes me feel comfortable when we talk about and take care of my oral health and aesthetic. As someone who will be taking on more student debt... cost matters, and Dr. Patel is up front with any costs outside insurance coverage, and let me tell you, it’s greatly appreciated They are kind, down to earth, and an amazing group of strong women who help keep my smile looking good and healthy! Went here because I was eligible for a gift card from open care app.... Anyways, it was still under construction and whatnot, so very brand new, which I should I have known better. I was told all my silver fillings had to be replaced and I believed them. We started to replace the fillings on my left side, they didn't feel right, I had to return a few times to be "readjusted" (in the process, the doctor insisted I get a filling replaced on my right side, too, which I didn’t appreciate.) After so many times of not getting it right I just told them I had moved, and found a new dentist... it' been almost a year and the left side of my mouth where I got the re-fillings still can't handle crunchy foods at certain times. I’m not sure if they realize the anxiety I now have when eating, and it’s extremely frustrating and upsetting. I have visited other dentists but nothing really has been fixed... the root of these dental problems ironically started here at Rooted Dental Care and I just felt it was right to share my story as it’s almost been a year later and I am still feeling the effects of this dental visit.

I’m so grateful I came across Rooted Dental! If you’re looking for a change or a new local dentist, you found the right place. The office is comfortable and modern and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They walk you through the processes and prices for your appointment making each step of the way easy to understand. My cleaning was terrific. All of the tools and technology are modern which made uncomfortable processes like pictures and x-rays much more comfortable and easy. I even watched a cooking show during the appointment. I also recently had cavities filled and it went great. The staff is so attentive and checks in with you frequently. They explain everything up front so you always know what’s coming next. I’m not one to typically submit reviews, but Rooted Dental and Dr. Nisha truly do everything to make your appointments as simple and as comfortable as possible. I’m even looking forward to my next cleaning!

Dr. Patel is simply the best! When I first went to her, she showed me my x-rays and explained why certain teeth needed to be filled. When I left that day, I received a printout of exactly what I would owe for all the fillings. Scheduling was easy and I received several appointment reminders via text. I was EXTREMELY nervous before the first filling appointment because of pain I experienced during the only filling I previously had. Turns out, my other filling was just a bad experience. Dr. Patel numbed me enough so that I didn’t feel anything and walked me through the entire process as it was happening. Told me to take deep breaths during the numbing shots and I didn’t feel a thing. I had noise cancelling headphones on and watched Friends the whole time too. Her office is new and beautiful and clean. In all seriousness, I absolutely dreaded the dentist before and now I don’t with Dr. Patel.

I originally met Dr. Patel at Ora. I've been a patient for about 3 years. I was continuing to go to Ora because of Dr. Patel. When she decided to set up her own practice, I followed. Dr. Patel is great. She is always pleasant and straightforward. I have no complaints on the work she has done and continue to go back which is perhaps the biggest statement on my opinion. Some dentists propose a ton of seemingly unnecessary and expensive work, she is not one of them and has thus earned my trust. Kelsea, the hygienest, was also great. And she kept me entertained with stories of her transition to the big city during the cleaning. I didn't have as much interaction with the other members of the office but they seemed pleasant enough. The new office is clean and nice. And, unlike the prior office, the TVs are now angled in such a way that you can see them when the dental chair reclines.

I don’t know why, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve become more scared of dental procedures. Luckily I was in good hands with Dr Patel and her staff to have 2 fillings taken care of. I’ve never had a dentist be so attentive to my needs as a patient. She asked me if I preferred to know step by step what she was doing or if I wanted to zone out. I’m type A so the more information the better for me. She also let me switch the TV to any Netflix show and gave me headphones to listen while she worked on me. It made my dental work less stressful and we were done before I knew it. Her front office staff is very transparent with pricing which means no surprises! I’m moving away from the area but because she’s so good I plan to travel to her instead of finding a closer dentist to me. Great job Rooted Dental! Thank you for taking good care of me.

I absolutely love coming to Rooted Dental. I have extremely sensitive teeth to the point that an electric tooth brush and some cold water will make me flinch in pain. The hygienists are extremely sweet and careful with my care and treat me like family each time I am there. Dr. Patel is wonderful. She is honest, caring, and straight forward and will take the best care of you. I had a tooth that she was monitoring that appeared to have a slight crack in and x-ray taken 6 months ago. She checked up on it today and took the time to show and explain the difference between today's image and my last check up and the natural improvement. My husband has seen her for his nighttime teeth grinding and has seen incredible improvement with his jaw pain. Dr. Patel's office is where you want to go if you want the best oral care.

Simply walking into this office cured my clenched jaw. The ambiance is peacefully modern. You are then greeted by kind faces and an iPad for easy form fill out. The staff is professional and kind. I was helped by Stephanie, who was easy going and informative. Prior to meeting with the Dr., Sadie makes you comfortable enough to accept the state of your teeth. With the best show of all time playing (GBBO), I met with the very impressive Dr. Patel. She is patient with the process and makes sure not to leave you in the dark. Kelsey, the Dental Hygienist, was thorough and a delight. Left Rooted Dental with the biggest smile... even though all my teeth have to come out You are all beautiful and make me proud to be a woman. I’ll be back to read that book of trees on your gorgeous table. Thank you!

Great visit. It was my first time there and I’ll definitely be back. The Dr was pleasant. Stephanie was very nice and polite. She even took the time to ask me how to correctly pronounce my name. I appreciate that. Very hospitable and delightful. She even made a little joke. I like that. L Christine (hygienist) was the best part of the visit. She spent the most time with me obviously. She explained everything she was doing and more importantly told me why she was doing it. It really made the experience that much better. She made sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in any pain or discomfort. The office was aesthetically pleasing. It smelled great, the music on point. I heard of Khalid in the background which was relaxing I found my regular office.

I have had a filling fall out multiple times within a year (I eventually had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed by another dentist because I couldn't keep having it fall out!), multiple retainers of noticeably poor quality when I received them (which were supposed to be a replacement of my previous one that was of great quality) that all ended up breaking and I was told to pay for additional replacements, a wire they installed break (though the one I've had for 10+ years before them is still doing fine), among other issues. I have never had issues like this before or since this dental office. And they would always blame these problems on me or tell me I'm imagining it. I have switched to another dentist who is great and I will never look back.

The rooted dental team is great! What a phenomenal experience. Prior to my appointment, I was able to submit all of my patient information through their web portal Sakura didn’t have a bunch of paperwork to fill out in their front office. I was saying probably when I came in, and both the hygienist and Dr. Patel were courteous, professional, and made me feel right at home. They even played Netflix on the TV in a patient room. The rooted dental team took great care of me and was very giving of their time - they answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me demos on how to properly use an electronic toothbrush It’s not every day you have a great experience for a dentist office! I will be going back to Dr. Patel and her great staff. :-)

I visited this place to have an initial consultation, Dr Sara Imtiaz was late on 40 minutes. All this time I was just sitting without understanding how long I need to wait. The consultation by itself was normal, can't say anything good or bad. In several weeks I asked them to send my X Rays to my email. They forgot to do it. After several more weeks I asked them again and finally they sent them. Later my new dentist said that they sent me the wrong X Rays. I wrote to them and they corrected the claim to my insurance company and excluded X Rays from it. And also sent me my X Rays finally. In conclusion: I received mostly negative experience and have feelings that they are more interested in earning money than in everything else.

Rooted Dental care is a premiere dentist office that is by far the best in Chicago. Dr. Patel and the staff operate with professionalism, and are very welcoming. I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. Dr. Patel has calmed all my anxieties and restored my confidence. I am no longer anxious or fearful of the dentist or procedures I may need. Dr. Patel takes her time to explain exactly what services and options are available for your dental needs. There are no surprises. It is apparent that the hygienists care about not just your dental care, but are interested in you as a person. The receptionist and front desk are also very pleasant. I highly recommend Rooted Dental Care. You will not be disappointed.

The BEST dentist I have ever been to. Normally, I absolutely hate the dentist but Dr. Patel has changed that, she is truly amazing. So kind and helpful and really takes the time to explain everything to you. I showed up at her office with a pretty messed up mouth due to my fear of the dentist. She never judged me and fixed me right up! The office itself is cute and clean. Also she plays netflix for you while you get your teeth done? It's honestly genius because instead of just staring at the ceiling you can be entertained and forget you're even at the dentist. Her entire staff is super friendly and I never dread going to the dentist anymore. So happy I found this place! I tell all my friends to go here.

I have been going to the same dental hygienist for almost my whole life, moving to Chicago I had the annoying task of trying to find a new office/dentist that I liked. Originally I only picked this place by chance through a booking service. I am SO glad that I happened to find this office, the entire experience from checking in to the actual checkup is wonderful. My hygienist, Kelsey was so friendly, easy to talk to, and very thorough. Dr. Patel the same, listened to all my concerns and gave several treatment options based on what I was interested in having done. So glad I found this office, I dread going to the dentist but Dr. Patel and the staff make it such an overall better and relaxing experience.

During my covid-19 quarantine, I had a dental emergency (apparently added stress leads to grinding at night which leads to cracked cavities). Not to mention, I was "in between dentists" so I had to find someone new, and fast. To say I was apprehensive is an understatement, but I needed dental care. Every part of my interaction with Rooted Dental + Dr. Patel was very thorough and comforting, helping me feel at ease with the entire situation. Dr. Patel was meticulous in taking additional precautions to protect both of our safety, and was very kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thank you, Dr. Patel, for making an abnormal/scary situation a bit more manageable!

Dr. Patel and her team are incredible!! I have not had great dental experiences in the past, but each visit to Rooted has been as enjoyable as one could ask for from a trip to the dentist. Everything is thoroughly explained by the hygienists, as well as Dr. Patel. Her passion for dentistry is evidenced in the teaching and coaching she takes the time to do with her team, pulling them in to see techniques and procedures that they don’t have much experience in. This really stuck out to me because I realized it’s not something you see very often anymore, at least not being done voluntarily and sincerely. It feels great finally having a dentist that I trust. Dr. Patel and her staff are wonderful! I had a very thorough cleaning and full x-rays with Kelsey, and a totally painless filling at my next appointment. Everything was explained step by step, and they totally eased my anxiety. They displayed my x-rays on a large tv screen for me to see while Dr. Patel described proposed plan of care, and then I met with another staff member who walked me through the cost of my treatment after insurance and helped me schedule future appointments. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this practice. I will be a patient of theirs as long as I’m in Chicago.

Dr. Patel and her assistant (Kelsea) are great! The office is really clean, nicely appointed, and smells amazing (I know that sounds weird but, it’s true). Kelsea took her time cleaning my teeth and was meticulous. My teeth looked and felt amazing when she was done. They use very up to date technology for imagining and photos. Everything is presented and explained and terms you can understand as a patient, including the billing and insurance breakdown. If you feel uneasy about the dentist or just want a better overall experience I would highly suggest Rooted Dental Care and Dr. Patel.

A few months ago I wrote a very positive review but unfortunately now I have to change it. The staff is very nice. However, there is a lot of problems with insurance. It’s really frustrating to be told a dental device will be totally covered by insurance, then have that number change to 50% covered by insurance, then up to 60% covered by insurance, only for them to send you a bill doe 100% of the cost of the device with no explanation. When you pay the 100% and ask for an explanation, none is given. Looking at the other low reviews it seems that this has happened to someone else too.

Dr. Patel and her staff have been amazing! She doesn’t judge people on perhaps bad habits and explains things in a professional, friendly manner. I keep on telling friends that when I went in for a root canal a year ago I could have taken a nap during the procedure (didn’t feel a thing). She looks at the problems and made sure to provide preventative measures before a procedure. I had a concern about an abscess (luckily not) but was able to get in the next day after contacting the office. During this COVID time, the office is respectful and have protocols in place.

I went there once after I moved into the neighborhood for a routine cleaning and check-up, but never came back. Dr Patel got very weird with me and literally interrogated me about my job, where I work, what exactly I do and every time I tried to change the subject she would repeat her questions, and it felt incredibly uncomfortable. Not sure why she was so nosy, borderline intrusive. So, she never explained why she interrogated me, I paid my bill and never came back. The rest of staff was very friendly, great front desk and hygienist - personable and professional

I used to be really reluctant to going to the dentist but I always have a great visit at Rooted and have stuck with the every 6 month schedule for the past year and a half now. The office is beautiful and they’ve clearly thought about the patient experience in depth. I’ve had great experiences with everyone there but am especially pleased with the hygienist, Reagan. She’s very friendly and ensures I’m comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She keeps me informed about my teeth but is never pushy or insensitive. 10/10 would recommend going to Rooted.

When I first came to rooted dental care, my mouth was in disarray. I hadn't been to a dentist regularly in over 15 years ($$$) So naturally I had nerves and reservations about finally going in and getting my teeth fixed. I am pleased to say that I've had fillings, root canal, bone graft and a crown made with Rooted and it was all painless, professional, and done with care. All staff from the front desk, to the dental hygienist and Dr. Patel herself are top notch and will take good care of you, so I recommend you give them a chance! You'll be happy you did.

Dr. Patel and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while having your teeth worked on. I really appreciated the follow ups after my procedures to make sure everything was going alright. I was extremely expressed with the cleaning and the professionalism of the entire staff. The office is also very modern and clean. I'd recommend their services to friends family and coworkers. The TV's with Netflix are a bonus and make a visit to the dentist more enjoyable.

So, I had a dentist at another practice chip one of my fillings. I booked an appointment at Rooted to see if they could help me fix it. They were incredibly helpful with my insurance issues. When I came in on 2/9 to see if they could help, they were helpful in explaining exactly what they were doing, and making sure I was informed for the whole process. They explained what I would be responsible for, and what my plan would pay. The staff is friendly, and I was smiling as I left. I’ve definitely found my new dentists!!

Love this place so much! I have recommended so many people to rooted and everyone I have spoke to has been thrilled. Woman owned practice! Safe place full of kind and welcoming people. The office space is updated and really clean. Excellent front desk staff who are always on top of their work. And the cleanings/overall dental care is excellent. Honestly I don’t write reviews and Ive had many dentists in the past. This is the first dentists office that I actually look forward to going to.

Dr.Patel is an amazing & knowledgable dentist. In addition to her high level of professionalism, she’s amicable and she cares not only about her patients oral health but our personal wellbeing as well. I’ve been under her care for a few years and I will follow her wherever she goes. Her team makes you feel welcomed and comfortable during your visits. Scheduling and billing is always a breeze. Finding a parking spot is definitely challenging but it won’t keep me from my favorite dentist!

I hadn't been to the dentist for several years before going to Rooted. As a result my mouth required several follow up appointments and I appreciated how judgement free the team was about this. Despite being a new patient the entire staff treated me as if I had been going there for years. The team guided me through my treatments always prioritizing my comfort and always with a sense of humor. For the first time in my life I will look forward to going to the dentist again.

This was my first time here due to some newish TMJ pain. Dr. Patel and her staff were fantastic. Efficient and friendly. The dr really took her time to thoroughly explain the different roots of the problem and advise the best course of action. She asked questions about my lifestyle in a gentle non-critical way, which I appreciated. She was really personable, it felt like she really cared about my issues. Relieved I didn't wait longer to go in.

Absolutely comfortable environment. Dr. Patel is a sharp professional who closes your visit with precision and perfection. Just had my first filling ever and was pretty freaked out about it. I’m not a big fan of needles or dental work. Dr. Patel instantly picked up on my anxiety and went to work making me feel at ease. She was so caring and sweet the entire time, it made the experience way less stressful. She’s amazing at what she does. If you need a dentist in Chicago, go to Rooted. They’re hands down the best in Chicagoland.

Dr. Patel and the staff at Rooted Dental are great! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always make me feel comfortable during appointments and are responsive when I have questions or am looking to schedule a visit. Dr. Patel went out of her way to ship me my Invisalign aligners when I wasn’t able to get to the office, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the team is thorough and professional. I had multiple cleanings as well as dental work done. I have pretty bad anxiety about getting dental work because I’ve had horrible experiences in the past. Dr. Patel and her team deserve gold medals for their diligence and transparency. Had my first visit today. Dr. Patel, Sam and team were incredibly welcoming and knowledgable. I LOVED the clean, modern feel of the office and was impressed with the various cameras they used to complement x-rays in taking a baseline measure of my current dental health that we can compare against going forward. Looking forward to returning tomorrow for a cleaning and a laser gum treatment!

The best experience I could’ve asked for during a Root canal. I was scared and hesitant to get it done with a dentist I’ve never met. But Dr. Patel and her team were very personable and great with breaking down the ins and outs of the procedure and making me feel more than comfortable. They exceeded my expectations and I plan to continue with them for any future oral hygiene needs.

I like that everyone here explains exactly what is going on during any procedure, even if it's "ok, now we're gonna rinse." It makes me feel comfortable and cared for. As a physician, I’m completely fanatical about who provides my own health care. Dr. Patel is superb! She has helped me through tough dental issues and has always explained everything in a compassionate and technical (because I love that) manner. Her Covid precautions were spot on and I look forward to having an accomplished and affable dentist for the long haul.

I can’t say enough amazing things about the team at Rooted. They called me the same day I made a request online about my tooth that was causing a lot of pain. They made everything work with my schedule. The team made me feel really comfortable despite being nervous about getting my tooth extracted all by myself. Lucky me that they’re within walking distance!

Dr.Patel and all those in her office are top-notch - they have all the qualities you would hope for and then some -caring, honest, knowledgable, accommodating, genuine…the list goes on and on. An enjoyable experience isn’t always synonymous with the dentist, but regardless of circumstance they are successful in exceeding expectations time and time again!

During Covid, it’s a bit scary to think of having your teeth cleaned but the staff at Rooted have thought each part of the process through. Not only that, but the office is lovely, welcoming and super clean. All the staff were friendly and eager to help make sure the experience was the best. Thorough approach to oral care, full circle- professional and empathetic/friendly staff met me where I was and made reasonable realistic recommendations toward my home dental practices. First time in for a cleaning, had a great experience and Dr Patel + staff was quick to work me in for a cavity filling the same week amid a hectic work schedule.

Came here after a horrible experience with Dentologie in South loop where I was quoted over $5,000 for very invasive treatments I knew I didn’t need. I got a second opinion at Rooted and surprise-surprise, other than deep cleaning I needed nothing else! The Rooted staff was honest, professional, transparent and very friendly. Highly recommended!

I started at this practice before Dr. Patel bought it and rebranded as Rooted Dental Care and didn't have any complaints, but since she's taken over, the place has really changed - in a good way! Dr. Patel & her team are very friendly & explain things well, they've upgraded the equipment and the whole experience feels very modern now.

Dr.Kim is extremely nice but also dedicated to his craft. The staff is wonderful and helpful and Dr. Kim is willing to flex his schedule. I am usually adverse to going to the dentist but here I feel comfortable and unstressed. Prices are reasonable. I finally found a dentist I don't mind going too. You should give him a try. RT

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. Not only is actual dental work top notch, but Dr. Patel and her fantastic staff have found a way to turn all of the annoyances of going to the dentist into a pleasant experience after pleasant experience. We recently moved out of LP, and still drive 40 minutes for Rooted Dental Care.

Excellent care. I’ve never liked the Dentist Office and avoided it for years. Rooted made my experiences super comfortable and pain free. All the Doctors and technicians were incredibly kind and accommodating. I watched some Netflix/Hulu during and it completely distracted me from my root canal. They are truly the best.

After struggling to find a dentist who was consistent and dependable, Dr. Patel was a breath of fresh air and I've visited her several times now.
