I purchased a clock, without testing it with a battery. When l did test it, it does not work with the AA battery. Upon returning it, l explained to one of the cashiers, l would like to make an exchange. I did find a red robe, for which, l had to add a few dollars. At 78 years of age, and pain in my back from spinal stenosis, l let a manager who was staring at his phone, know that l needed, "reasonable accomodations," to sit while l wait to pay. I explained my limitations. He was ALOOF, stating, "if you sit over there, pointing north in the store, you cannot see the register. He would not commit to call me. I stood there with the red robe in one hand, and the "none functioning clock" in the other. It did not take long for me to figure out, this employee had no concern for my purchase, me or MY problem. I left. I have my clock, which does not work, and you have your red robe!

I love this place. You would get great stuff and brand name/ designers stuffs and wears and even great sales for less than half the price or half the price or for just few dollars. Quality with good price is what i call this place. Bags, few cosmetic, plenty clothes from newborn wears to granny wears and affordable/good price, bags, few makeup, lingerie, few men stuffs though, jewelry, perfume, body spray, male and female care product....more female products than male though, they got sneakers and pretty sandals, slippers and shoes..etc..just about everything excluding food and grocery. PS: A chocolate and light biscuit corner though and water bottle corner too

If you don't know about Ross, this store has changing inventory all the time. You can go in today and go in three days from now and find all new inventory. Don't expect to find the same pair of shoes or item of clothing in every size like you do in a department store. Ross carries a small amount of certain items. People complaining about a lack of inventory don't understand the store's concept, it's a treasure hunt sometimes you find the perfect pair of shoes, or clothing in your size other times you don't. ‍♀️ I will agree with others, the lines can get long, they need more help checking people out.

The return policy garbage this is the second time I return something and I haven't received my money back they say that the only way you can get your money back is on the card that would you purchase so I was asking for a refund for some items that I purchased that was the wrong size I got the refund the lady said 5 to 7 days it's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my money yet this ain't the first time that I returned something and haven't received my money this is the second time so no do not shop at Ross and yes I would like somebody to contact me via email

Sloppy, selections and I guess the last time the place was fully stocked was when the place opened. I was looking for bedroom curtains wich they only had bathroom curtains and only about 6 of those to pick from. Waste of my time, gas and the effort it too you walk the place. To be fair...I WAS greeted by s friendly lady when I entered and left. However, she never asked, (unlike the folks at Jewel's Grocery) did I find everything that I was looking for. She just watched me leave with all of my money still in my pocket as she said bye. I won't be back

Okay, for the most part all Ross stores look the same, feel the same, and have service the same. Today I went in looking for some shoes. I have some big feet and needed a size 16 or 17. The young lady got me a 17 and help me try it on as I was struggling with my prosthetic device. The two young ladies who assisted me have changed my idea about this particular Ross store I'll be back and thanks! It's great to see service people see a need and then work their tails off to fill that need great job ladies!!!!

I was going to walmart, but they had closed at 6. Ross was all that was open, they didn't have a lot, but they had enough left to be worth the trip. They had good quality gift sets, things people want, unique and low cost. I was lucky this year, next year, I am heading to Ross. I gave Ross 5 stars for quality of merchandise, variety, low prices, and 2 stars for being open late on xmas eve, and for having the forethought, to order enough merchandise to stay open late.

No stars if possible. On Jan 22 at 8pm I walked in to do some shopping but when I went to check out there was a line of people and only one guy being front end. When the security told him he should call for back up he said out loud “they need to learn to be patient” it was more than obvious that the guy was being extremely slow just to make time pass and get his hours. They should hire better people in customer service

I love this Ross on Doty Road everything i need I get there from clothing to housewares, etc. But what a disappointnent when I searched on line and its stated under the store hours was closed on Sundays. What a disapointment so i decided to call and ask, you know go old school,"and make a call to the customer Service and guess what Ross was not closed. I hope they edited the hous of operation on there website. .

I was looking for cleats for my son and was surprised with the name brand options. I was able to choose from Nike and Adidas. All shoes were betweenb$27-$30, which is at least 50÷ cheaper than if I went to the athletic stores. They were easy to find and I appreciate that. The store was well-lit, clean and organized. There were plenty of workers available should I have needed help. I will definitely return.

Not knowing exactly what I was looking for I just browsed into this Ross store found some nice and interesting savings. It was the day after Halloween and they had cool gadgets for super low prices I was very pleased with the outcome of that visit. Did I mention I found some really nice serving bowls for Thanksgiving that was marked down as well for $3 as I bought 3 yes I left out a happy camper.

This is location is my least favorite it always messy and the selection is minimal. I was extremely disappointed I am a regular Ross shopper. The staff were okay but I have experience better customer service at other locations. I hope the get this one together soon it's the closest location to me. However until then I would say if you can stop by another location for your Ross shopping do so.

I was not greeted when I enter the store, however the girl on the fitting room was very nice and helpful I believe her name was Roslyn she think me and told me to visit soon as I went and made my purchase I still was not thanked, I gave this location 3 stars b cuz of the fitting room customer service be cause I would have gave it 1 star, thank you go a long way.

I just love Ross ! Anything you want you can almost find it at Ross. I've bought Small Electronics Accessories, Housewares, Shoes, name brand Clothes and underwears for the entire family, Luggages, Scented Candles, Purses, Herbal Teas, Small Furniture and Decor, Waters, Cookies and etc. Go check Ross out for yourself.You're love Ross as much as I do.

Nice selection of quality items that are decently pri ed. The store inventory seems to continue to be well rotated with a nice selection of new items. I am never bored to come to Ross and find cool new items from clothing, shoes, jewelry, household items and even gourmet foods, coffee, cookies, candy chips, etc.

This store is clean and the items are well arranged. Most discount stores have items strewn about or have disorganized racks and shelves, but that is not the case with this store. The sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful. I will be back to this store.

This has become one of my favorite stores. Named brand mechandise at a reasonable price! Men and Women fashions, children fashions, shoes for the family, underwear, purses, towels, towels, sheets, kitchen items, jewelry. You want it they got it!!

The prices are good. The selection, styles, and sizes are limited. It looks like a garage sale. The workers are friendly and helpful. You have to pay for your shopping bags. The lines were short and fast and there was plenty of parking outside.

You can get great fines some times one of a kind you know that smart i just pick it up and put it in my cart check out is also a breeze no long wait now that make me say cheeselol happy swing my bag out the door …

Not quite an assortment of men's clothing and shoes to choose from but home goods were nice for anyone looking to enhance a New Home or Apartment. This 4th visit will be my final cause the other locations carry more items

Been to a lot of Ross Stores all over the US. This Store not well stocked and they never ask if you if your in the Tuesday Club Senior Discount if you don't tell them. Only person friendly in there is the Guard!

Not much to choose from. Cashier was short & snappy with me. Not appropriate behavior. Imma paying customer. Manager 2 other employees were nice & professional. Appropriate customer satisfaction behavior. TY

I made a $110 purchase. $40 of which I put on a debit card. The money was taken off the card. The $40 was not applied to the purchase. I was disappointed. Waiting on a credit to my card. Possibly, a week!!.

Great deals for your money. This store has awesome deals on name brand items such as clothing, shoes and various other items if can catch them when they are delivered. This is a discount store.

Very rude customer service. Young lady was to busy on her phone she was taking her sweet time ringing me up she even paused in between scanning my items to finish a text on her phone!

Selection was awful. How can a store not have clothes for a little girl? They literally had nothing but 1 pair of denim overalls in a size 10 /12 and 3 irregular coats. …

Found great outfits for myself, and so did my mother. Also my mom found some nice things for her house such as wall mirrors and a couple of vases and throw rugs.

It's okay. I've scored a few good finds here. And, I'm always greeted upon entry. However, checkout could be improved. There never seems to be enough cashier's.
