"This was my first time shopping at any Ross store and I was not impressed"
Yesterday, I was profiled. It felt horrible. It was such a disheartening experience we spend over $100 of our hard earned money at a place that watched me harder than an Asian corner store employee growing up. I have a big TV interview coming up so I stop by Ross, with my elderly mom, for a fun ladies' shopping day. I found a number of dresses yet only needed 2-3 so tried them all on before deciding which ones to eliminate and keep. After my mini fashion show ,showing my mom each dress, we sat in the furniture section of the store to not block any aisles + my mom has arthritis, I do too so we sat while looking through my options. Well, my mom mentioned a man walking slowly by us multiple times. Honestly, too many times within that time frame She thought he was just a creepy customer. I asked her to let me know when he walked by again. I look up and I see store security. I noticed him looking earlier too. I asked him if he needed or wanted to ask anything as it felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable to be watched...esp on what was supposed to be a fun day. Not to mention there was a store full of people to watch that day. His response was , "I'm if just doing my job. If you aren't doing anything, you have nothing to worry about." Low blow. As I was doing something, I was enjoying the small moments with my aging mom, excited to try dresses for a big opportunity and enjoying the excitement. Yet that was shattered. At checkout, he processed to stand right by the exit doors watching us again. Such a horrible experience.
This place has got to be the worst Ross I’ve ever been to in my life! I know you shouldn’t expect much from a discount store but these folks took stupid to a whole other level. I made two large purchases yesterday, and took an Uber to return a few things as I fly out today. Went in with my receipt and my card used for purchase. All items had original tags, which is what their return policy states. We’re half way through and the woman says “I need your license.” I explained I didn’t drive there so I didn’t bring it, but I know my license number. She says that won’t work I need to see it. I asked why and she said because the computer says so. I asked what she had to input she said just the number. I said I know my license number. She said NOPE! I suggested she get a manager. Manager yells over that’s our policy. I said I’m not leaving with all this stuff after paying $20 to uber over here because y’all can’t think of a way to do this. The security guard walks over and adds because you bought it yesterday it needs a license and any license will do. Why will any license do? And if so why not just take my license number? Tell me how I had to go out and get my Uber drive to come in with her Id, which they didn’t even look at to see if it was her to return my belongings. You can’t be this stupid! Never again will I shop at a Ross!
Do you love to listen to top 40's music from 10 years ago while browsing mostly not good products at a discounted price, mixed with the thrill of possibly running into someone you went to high school with? Then this Ross Dress for Less is definitely the place to go. For me personally, I always like to check out their bedding first, because they have much better deals on comforter sets than the Bed Bath & Beyond next door. I'll still never be able to justify buying myself another comforter set but I do like to fantasize about being a lonely housewife that uses her husband's credit card to buy as many comforter sets as I want! Then I'll see if they have any nice discounted pet stuff like a cat bed or something for my large cat at home (I discovered through this store's pet clothes that she wears a dog's medium). Occasionally I'll find a clothing item that isn't ugly and also a nice price and I'll get that. Basically, before you spend money at Target or Bed Bath & Beyond, check this place to see if the thing you need is here and if it is, it's pretty much guaranteed to be cheaper.
As much as I love Ross, the location on Caroline St. in the Edgewood area lacks customer service etiquette. I went there this morning and immediately heard over the intercom, "Security please walk your areas" repeatedly. During check out, I went through the maze to be waited upon and a customer walked clear across the front by passing the line ans was checked out! Next, the cashier didn't know the price of an item and ran another item twice for the price when I told her the item she didn't know the price of was cheaper. She asked if I was sure and then told me to go get another. The bag my new clothing was placed in was ripped and had black dots all over it. As I was leaving to top it all off, the security alert went off. The cashier called security who went through the bag and found the security device the cashier didn't remove. The WORST shopping experience ever. I will stick to the Ross near downtown Decatur. A better variety of items to choose from and a totally different shopping experience.
This was my first time shopping at any Ross store and I was not impressed. I had come in the store with a drink. After I grabbed a basket, I got a text that I needed to answer, so I sat the drink in the seat of the basket and stayed in one place. I was told shortly that the security guard might tell me something about my drink in passing by the fitting room attendant. No "hello" or "are you finding everything ok", just that as she was walking away. So now I felt weird about shopping in the store with my drink. And as I was leaving with a piece of furniture in my basket, I was told that I couldn't bring my basket out of the building to load said item to my car. So here I am with a drink in hand, 2 bags to carry, and a mirror and no basket. I will never be returning to a Ross again if this is their policy. Their selection is just not worth it if I can't even bring a basket to my car. And they have the nerve to sell large furniture...???
Visited this store on last week to make a return. I purchased a adidas jacket for my daughter from the Lavista Rd store. Apparently, when she tried the jacket on the Ross tag came off. I didn’t know that the tag was off until I tried to return it to get a refund. The young lady that waited on me asked another employee (I guess the front end manager) about my return. This lady walked over and said “I told y’all that y’all need to have the tag on stuff to return it”. I just looked at her and replied “WHO IS YALL”? She was OUT OF ORDER , also she said that I needed to take it back to the store that I got it from. . I did take it back to the store that I bought it from and the young lady at that store said all she had to do was look it up in the system. BAD BUSINESS. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WORK.... GO HOME WITH THAT NASTY ATTITUDE.☹️☹️☹️☹️
Very ghetto story to tell the future customers of this particular Ross lol. I purchased over, $200 worth of the items and one of these items wasn't in the bag when I left. (The very first item that was rang up lol how does that even happen?) So I immediately call "The manager.". He acted unconcerned that they sold me an item that couldnt be accounted . I come back later this evening I find the item in the back with the gobacks for the dressing room. This same item the manager said he couldn't find I found all the way at the other of the store(that was bought and paid for.) They planned on reselling an item I already bought . And didn't even apologize when I had to witch hunt for a shirt I already bought. I don't know what .they consider customer service but that is despicable no matter how you try to spin it. Y'all get three thumbs down.
Ross has a great selection of summer dresses, and I always find something I like, unfortunately, getting the attention of the check out staff (at any Ross, not just this one) seems to be almost impossible. I'm not sure what they are doing instead of helping, or why they are so slow, but the wait is horrific almost every time I"m there. I'd say I abandon my potential purchases in the check out line almost as often as I actually purchase. Surly also seems to be the basic personality trait the check out team demonstrates. (for some reason the fitting room folks are always SUPER NICE, maybe they should be moved up front?) If I were a manager of a Ross, I would be all over my employees with some customer care training ASAP.
Initially I was impressed that the store was open until 10am on a Sunday night. Once i entered, i wandered over to the ladies clothes section and noticed that there was a broad selection of clothes but the styles and sizes were all mixed up. Nothing seemed in order. The jeans were a bit better with sizes but still had styles all randomly placed. I found a few owns i needed to try on but the changing room was closed. So i just skipped them over my clothes to get an idea and figure I'll need to take advantage of their 30-day return (only with tags & receipt) policy. I guess I'll see how that goes at that time. The wait to check out was about 15 min long but the store wasn't at all busy about 1 hour before close.
I love shopping here. However, this time they didn't have enough dresses in my size. I'm a big girl and I guess all the other big girls beat me to it. Unfortunately, I only purchased 2 dresses. I also purchased a suction soap dish holder for the bathroom, only to realize later, that it was cracked along the side of it. I still tried using it and it didn't stay put on the bathroom wall. Well for $1.99 , the joke was on me . The only thing I can say is that the store manager, Karen, is really nice. She had those check out lines moving pretty quickly. I live about a hour away, so hopefully next time I'll have a more variety of dresses, for big girls to choose from. ☺
I had a cart full of items maybe totaling $600 so for my new Airbnb but while waiting in line (17 people 1 cashier!) my phone died so I was no longer able to pay for my items. I step out of line and ask the store manager Mary if she could please help me out And just give me about a two minute charge so I can pay for all my items. There were outlets available in the area where she was at and she refused to help me. I frequent Ross constantly for my job and studying Airbnb‘s for people Ross was my go to the situation completely turn me off and I will take my business to TJ Maxx marshals or whoever is not associated with Ross dress for less
Came in for a return. Only one cashier was responsible for returns and checkout when I arrived. She eventually added 2 additional cashiers. After waiting for the customers who had arrived ahead of me to checkout, the cashier standing at the counter in front of the “returns line” told me she had to take a purchase before she could take a return. However, the customer she claimed she had to check out got in line after me. Seemed like a poor tactic to discourage me from making the return. I left and returned the item at a different store. However, no worries. It was a first and last visit to the Caroline St., Atlanta location.
I normally love this location. Today was different. I attempted to return body splash and was told I couldn't. I wasnt told this when I purchased it, nor was it on my receipt. That's $12. I just gave away. And Malaki the cashier didnt care about any of it. I have done returns before at this location and have been given the option to get cash back or it go back on my card. Today I wasnt given an option. I was just told it had to go back on my bank card. I was going to shop after but think I'm going to take a break from Ross. They dont seem to value those that spend their hard earned money to keep their doors open.
I live near by and shop here often. As a commuter, I ride a commuter bike EVERYWHERE. All other stores in the Edgewood Center do not refuse me service by requiring I leave my commuter bike outside. BIKES ARE NOT SAFE unless they have gps and alarm systems on them. It takes someone less than 30 seconds to break a lock and steal a bike. Extremely disappointed that Target, Lows, Five Guys, USPS, Kroger, and many other stores have NEVER asked me to lock my bike up outside to be stolen but instead commended and stated conversations about how much safer the city would be if ppl who can commute would.
Ross would get at least a 4.5 because I enjoy my shopping there but they have no respect for the customer. 1) their buggies do not go out of the building and the elderly and disabled along with everyone else is forced to carry their packages to the car, no matter the amount of bags or weight. 2) the number of staff to assist in areas or the register is horrid. Yesterday the light was on at registers where there were no staff manning them and one lady appeared to be working her butt off and care about the number in the line that was around the que and down the isle. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Men's, women's, kid's, housewares, luggage... racks on racks of discounts. Some name brands and the occasional I-csnt-believe-it moment. Women's shoes, not men's. Men's pants all seem to favor large waistlines. **NOT hatin' on our plus-sized brothers. Just saying if you're under a 32" waist, you msy walk out with elastic swearpants. A good number of items hung under the wrong size, maybe 1 in 30ish. Checkout can be a wait if you're shopping during lunch or right after work. All said, you can find great bargains if you have the time to search.
Manager Sonya has no idea how to conduct a store. It took her hours to figure out how to give a refund from a voucher which one of her former employees Messed up on. She claimed to not have proper training for doing a voucher. Then she refused to apologize for the inconvenience. Also, they do not greet or smile at you in this store. Everyone here act as if they have a bad attitude and stubborn personality. Towards the end of my transaction I was discriminated and ask what am I . As if I am not a human being. This place needs proper training.
Employees were very rude and impatient. The manager was very nonchalant and careless! She was criticizing me for a broken candle i picked up, waiting for me to clean it up i guess...so she proceeded to talk around me in line. She states to another employee out loud that i “look clueless” and didn’t proceed to inquire what was the problem. I never felt so embarrassed and unappreciated until this experience. I did not get her name but if anyone of authority reads this please speak with your employees about decorum.
This location profiled me...If you are BLACK.They will treat you like a theif. When you enter they only look at you in discuss. BUT. When WHITE customer enter. The say Welcome to ROSS. They watch you and when it's time to PAY. That's when they will leave the counter. This store sales will decrease because of Discrimination and Unequal Distinction between the Races. If you don't want to do your job. Find another one. Customers will stop going to this location. Just a matter of time. What a shame.
" I love shopping at Ross!" Their logan dress for less, sure nuff speak for its self. I always fine something to fit me in their store, nice apparel you can buy to make you look good and feel good at any age!" When you in the area where one of their store's are, stop in there and shop for less and look beautiful and fabulous at the same time. Your pocket book will thank you!" Amen!" You don't have to spend a lot of dollars to look like a" Millions dollars!Ross Got it!
If you are a size 2x or more dont waste your time in this store sliding picnic blanket looking outfits across the rack just go somewhere else. If you want a cute little table or stand go somewhere else, theirs is cheaply made and extremely overpriced. Childrens/baby clothes basically clean the floor- i blame the patrons for that. However if youre a slim male or teen boy or girl this place has you covered Nice graphic tees and shirts and outfits. The picture frames are alo nice.
Tried returning a womens health stair stepper and the “manager” Rose Marie said In front of all customers “you didn’t get that item here” in which I responded my bank receipt says this is store #777 correct? She continued to belittle me in front of customers and wouldn’t give me the name of her boss until after much persistence. Shan was the name given to me and I will follow up with her with a hopefully better interaction. Rose Marie needs customer service training ASAP!
Two stars for convience of location and goods found. However, this ROSS gives customers a hard time when returning merchandise, I mean I had the receipt and everything. NOT OKAY! Manager on duty Rosemary stated, "YOU MUST HAVE THE TAGS FOR MERCHANDISE OR IT CANNOT BE RETURNED" MA'AM THE TAG IS IN THE SHOE THAT I PROVIDED THE CASHIER WHO SAID FOR SOME REASON SHE COULDN'T PROCESS MY RETURN.
This is the perfect spot for home essentials, good affordable handbags and casual work dresses. That's mainly why I shop there. The store is a decent size...never overcrowded. The floors are kept clean and the items are stocked neatly. They have a good selection of bathroom and bedding items. They also have a decent amount of cashiers at the front of the store.
Ross,..........come on, you gotta be kidding. Place looks more like an upscale thrift store and the prices have gone up so much I no longer shop there. TJ Maxx has some of the same items at a cheaper cost, and they also sell name brand clothing, accessories, perfumes and colognes. TJ Maxx is better merchandised, and cleaner. Thanks but no-thanks.
Ross is the bargain hunt for those who like a deal and don't mind looking through a bunch of previous season styles and leftovers from over buys. This Ross has more of a hip selection although as I visit other Ross stores I am noticing they have more and more of the same times. Name brands, great bags, luggage, and housewares.
I didn't find everything I needed. I was looking for a bowtie and if you're looking to find this store easily, please think again. The prices didn't seem as low as I remember them being at ROSS but I guess times do change. Most items were $14.99. I remember when $12.99 was the number. Still an overall a good experience.
Ross department is Always worth a Visit..The store has a lot of Fashionable items..Name brand items at discount prices.. If you are over 55 years old on Tuesday your 10% discount applies to the total price..Wow..Customers are able to pay for their merchandise with Cash Credit Cards. We Love any Ross Department Store..
Worst store ever staff is really low and they have no respect. My daughter was sitting down by the door and suddenly the alarm started beeping they all blamed it on my daughter and started pointing fingers as her. I don’t like the way how staff treated that situation in my opinion they could have handled it better.
Went in just to browse and found 3 pairs of shoes that I needed, but as I went to check out I realized that they only had 1 cashier and the line was to the back of the store. As I was under time constraints I decided to come back at a later date, but the shoes I liked were gone. Will try again when I'm in the area.
We shop at all the Ross stores in the metro area ,I am a 65 year old female never had a problem anywhere we been TODAY we went to the Ross on Moreland Ave an they refused to let us used the restroom.I am mad because we live in the area an they refused us. Am we shop Ross all the time I was very disappointed. …
Maybe I just wasn't in the mood, But the store is re-arranged since Covid-19 (like most stores) & most of the shopping public has been finally released to get back to spending their money, but it seemed a bit drab and cluttery as you walk in. The arrangement just didn't entice me to spending time looking around.
I always find parking in front of the store. I'm amazed since this is in Edgewood Retail District. This is a typical Ross store. You either find that great pair of pants at fantastic low prices or you don't. The checkout moves at a good pace also. The cashier was able to resolve a pricing problem for me quickly.
Great prices!! Bought 3 shirts, 1 dress and a pair of boots ...ALL for 100 bucks! Slightly irritated that plastic clothes hangers aren't left in the clothes upon purchase, so therefore, only 4 stars. If a customer request a hanger, after spending money...you really should just give it to them. Period.
I love this Ross because they have a great selection of EVERYTHING! However, the bathrooms are sometimes extremely filthy and items can be very unorganized (I also understand that customers are the ones whoake it that way). I feel they should have an extra employee or two to help keep things in order.
The elderly ladies that work here need a nap. They move so slow and are very lethargic like. They are randomly and sporadically stocked and no one knows any answer to the questions you ask them about the store they work in. Save yourself the worry and try and find another Ross, anyone but this one.
You need to go often so you can find some deals. The bad parts are that quite often the store looks like it is low on merchandise and on my last visit 3 employees were rude (not just to me) and couldn't be bothered helping the customers. Remember ladies, ultimately the customers are paying you.
Hi Ross was Good but they are changing the store. And kids shoes ladies shoes was out of stock or maybe nobody was working that Area. but size 10 ladies and size 1 for little Girls was out. They put Merchandise out to slow.been going for Three years and things or not getting any better.
I was met with such a rude demeanor by the lady assisting me with a return at the Atlanta Edgewood store. I don't frequent Ross often and this incident served to further sour my opinion. & The probability that I will be a patron of this store in the future is not favorable for Ross.
Ross always has some of the best selections. this particular Ross has a lot more than most.I like shopping here because I can always find something before some type of event I go to. the management team is always helpful and the associates are very nice and gets the line down fast
I like Ross a lot! This store, like all of them, is hit or miss. Sometimes, I find great dresses and shoes and other household items. Other times, I find nothing. It's pretty clean usually though you'd be hard-pressed to find an employee to help you if you need it. I'd recommend.
They had it! Been shopping all day long for specific items and they had it....walked to the home decor area and BIM there they were! 1 service person didn't have great service but Shaq and miss grandma (cashier) were excellent! 1 rotten is not spoiling my bunch o joy! …
Found the men's section easily, but not the pants. None were on the correct size hangar, so I had to look at each individual tag to see if it was my size. When I did put on those pants they turned out to not be the size on the tag! They would have been reasonably priced though
It's a cool place. Just don't expect the food items there to be safe for those who have nut or seafood allergies because most of their cookies and sweets are processed with nuts, tree nuts you name it. And I'm not quite sure about there tea's if they're good or not. Thank you
Ross is one of my favorite places to shop for trendy, inexpensive clothing. This Ross is centrally located and has lots of merchandise. This location also has a good selection of costume jewelry. I try to stop by whenever I'm in the area because there's always something new.
that's how my family to this Retail store. They had an awesome time but a lot of items for their new home here in Atlanta. I would say everyone that was there was very helpful and friendly and new or items were once asked. Thanks to everyone pleasant experiences your store
We are located right behind Ross. I shop here on a weekly basis. Recently, the general manager helped me load my large items into an Uber. This type of customer service is well beyond five stars! She didn’t have to do anything and her generosity will not go on noticed.
Ross is my favorite shopping spot for finding a "diamond". What I mean By this is "That outfit that you need but you must hunt for it." That one of a kind outfit that fits you perfect. You must put the time in to find it. Great clothes, products, shoes & House goods.
Is a good store for fashion. I like the store because it's very seldom that they have more than one item alike. Which is a very good thing! You can purchase items for the home as well. The cashiers and the security greet you with a hardy "Welcome To Ross greeting".
This location is clean and we'll organized. The staff is cordial but the check out situation is ALWAYS a long wait. Be prepared to wait. Prep your cart (remove hangers, locate security tags and barcodes, etc.) to occupy your time and your check out will be quick.
It was a in and out thing but I picked up a nice outfit for Mother’s Day and a few other things. And It didn’t brake the bank. This one is a hit or miss if you don’t catch them when they have stocked merchandise. But I like the location and the service on point.
We found some good deals. Mens cologne and book bag. I found a dress that fit me while waiting in line. Only complaint would be, not enough cashiers for the amount of people checking out. But I found the cute dress, because of the long line, so it equaled out.
I always find great things here: including clothing, socks, cosmetics, skin care, barrettes, hair scrunchies, phone accessories, electronics, art supplies, stationery, non-perishable gourmet foods, housewares, and more. There really is something for everyone.
I love Ross! If you haven't been you should go. They have pretty good merchandise for a great price. And for my full figured sisters they actually have nice/CUTE clothes for us so make sure to go check out the pieces. You never know what you will come across
I always seem to find something useful and practical to buy at this store. The associates are friendly. I particularly have a good customer service experience with Shelby, who usually works in the checkout area. She seems to keep that store running smoothly.
I can find every and anything i want there for the price that fits my budget , While still being in style . Example: i bought a pair of Ugg Boots that i would have paid $200 for $40 ...yes $40 in the fall not summer. After that i was hooked to Ross.
Other associates and customers not wearing masks and not wearing correctly. Employee stated I need to wear one to shop at the store. I just left a Ross in Alabama they don’t require masks. The petco and target next to you don’t require masks.
My go to for any reason and so far so great. I've gone in 20mins before closing and find exactly what I wanted and need in 10mins. Nope, the purse and the shoes aren't made the same maker but they went together perfectly for me …
As a budget conscious fashionista, I love to shop in stores that allow me to purchase clothing without spending my life savings. Ross is one of those stores that I can buy cute dresses, shoes, and home furnishings without breaking the bank.
I love Ross, but for me it's like going to the grocery store on an empty stomach! Today I went for a pair of shorts and left with way more than that! Smdh! Prices can't be complained about at all and they have way more than just clothes.
Very courteous and efficient at this store. Plenty of stock to choose from. We found some great buys. This was in the Edgewood shopping center on Caroline street. Parking is a little tight but we managed just don't do and get in a hurry.
I went Christmas shopping about a little dog that's supposed to repeat what you said but the dog basically is not even working. I can't find my receipt I was in the area so basically I'm wasting my money on something that don't even work
The cleanest and best Ross I’ve seen. Let’s be honest, plenty of Ross stores look like picked over flea market booths but they keep this spot bright and neat. I don’t really look at clothes but I’ve often scored Name brand vitamins and
The store manager, Karen, is a superhero. She was multitasking like a pro, handling the huge rush a couple days before Christmas, and offered me 10% off my purchase because of the longer-than-normal wait. Karen deserves a large raise :)
Not bad if you don't mind doing a little digging through the racks. Store's organization has a bit of a "catchall" feel, despite being divided into departments. Though that's kind of what you come to expect from a store of this nature.
Selection of clothes range from what seems to be thrift store quality to a few high end brands with limited selection. Random good deals of random home furnishings/linens. Accessory and shoe selection is decent for a discount store.
Been there a few times and found good quality brands at low prices. Eagle eyed security guy accused me of queue jumping when I put my trolley with the other empty ones then went back to the checkout - won't fall for that again!
If you are looking for customsr service this definitely isn't the place to go. It's like a thrift store to me and there is always long lines no matter when you go. The amount of energy you waste in here isn't worth the pricing.
Honestly my lack of a 5th star has nothing to do with Ross itself but more to do with the fact that my close horse of a man shops forever which ends me on the bench out side with the husband's but im holding my own purse...
Good collection of clothing at bargain price. They have good collection of furniture. The collection of footwear is Not that great. They have good collection of luggage and ladies Hand bags. This store is very spacious.
You can only bring 8 items into the changing room, what happends if i need to try on 10 items. This makes no sense. Also I'm not allowed to help my child try on clothes. Thats very interesting wont shop here any more.
Attempted to make a return. Three cashiers and the line was L O N G. .. Decided to keep item and enjoy the rest of the beautiful daylight before it expired. Life is too short for slow, riding the clock employees.
I like shopping at Ross..but this one didnt have much on the shelves..disappointing to say the least. And the wait to get checked out is atrocious! Long line and 20 min minimums to check out..kind of a turn off.
Karen seems to forgot she was black and all colored people does not fit the clique of being a product of our environment. I really believe I was racially profiled. I will not be back and this is my neighborhood
Best priced around, but often picked over and the clothing looks a bit shop worn. They do offer a senior discount on Tuesdays. I do like to give a quick browse every so often. Never know what you may find.
Good selection of clothes and other items. Friendly staff. There's a bus stop for the 102 Marta bus pretty close by so that helps if you want to get there from North Ave/Ponce City/Candler Park.
The store is always clean and I managed to find something every time I go there. The cashier was very pleasant and the line was very short. I got a pair of tennis shoes I hope they work out.
This Store has amazing items at unbeatable prices. I did find it to be a little unorganized and at times the line gets a little long and takes time but other than that I am a happy customer
It's ok. Customer servise isn't that friendly. Lady at fitting room treated me like I was going to steal or something. Maybe she was having a bad day. Good deals not to much of a variety.
This place is decent. Pretty much has the same prices as the Ross I go to occasionally in Fort Myers. It was cleaner than expected too and the staff had a nice attitude about them.
Pickings are slim. They haven't restocked their home furnishings section yet. It's so skimpy, it looks like they are closing down for good. Several bare shelves throughout.
Clothes fall apart the first time you wear them and return policy says all tags still have to be attached to whatever your bringing back. The target next door is way better
Went right in and found me some black pants and a white button down . Took all of 10 minutes store is kind if empty. Only two register opened. Store wasn't crowded. …
Not enough cashiers opens for the amount of business they had in the store people were leaving their items because they could not get checked out very good prices though
I freaking love this place so much! I try to go to a Ross whenever I come to the US because I'm from Canada. Everything is so cheap! I got a sweet pair of crab shoes!
I was on vacation and stop in the cashier can't remember her name but she was so polite and thanked us for stopping since I was vacation told hope I enjoyed Atlanta
Found a pair of shoes each for my boyfriend and I. Super easy finds, super great deals. Line to pay was a little lengthy, but well worth the new soles on our feet!
I absolutely loved the sale prices that they set on items, because they had sat in the store for over 30 days due to quarantine. Those 75% markdowns was the best.

The store is always wonderful to go to. Very unique to products. Staff are nice. Clean environment. Aisle where dresses are need to be spread out a little bit.
It is an okay store. Only draw back not enough employees working the register. The employees that's there is doing the best. With what they have on staff.
My daughter returned some items and it was hassle free. Then we shopped around and found perfect items that she liked even better! Very good experience.
