"I gave up"
On Monday April 10, 2023 between, 1:00pm - 3:00pm. I shopped at the Target located at 1275 Caroline Street, Atlanta, GA 30307 location. I was racially profiled, harassed, humiliated and accused of something I did not do, steal. I am a new mother and my newborn was only 1 month and 1 week old at the time. I also had my two bonus children with me at the time. I frequent shop at Target so it was a no brainer when I chose Target as my families very first public outing since my daughters birth. Little did I know I would regret my decision. I purchased a Graco Modes Pramette Travel System for $329. Upon attempting to exit with my purchase, I was stopped by a lost prevention team member and she asked to see my receipt for my purchase and I showed it to her, she said thank you and I proceeded to exit the first set of double glass doors. Upon doing so another Target employee named Johnelle with lost prevention was blocking my 14 year old daughter from exiting. Johnelle said you need to back up your not going anywhere then pushed the shopping cart, (which contained a huge box with a stroller and car seat in it) with her hands and forced my daughter back into the store. causing her to back up into me, my newborn and 8 year old son. I asked what was going on, Johnelle said you need to give back the carseat you stole and pointed at the huge box. I was extremely confused as to what was she even talking about. I said, I just presented my receipt for my purchase to the employee inside. Johnelle again stated, I need to give back the stroller she said I stole then asked me to show her my receipt (second request). Again, I said, I already showed my receipt to the first employee that requested to see my receipt. All I remember from there is requesting her to get a manager on duty or whoever was in charge to come get involved. Brandon, Executive Team Lead AP came out of no where and got involved, he then requested my receipt (third request) and treated me as if I did steal the item I in fact am on camera purchasing. Brandon was very cold and rude to me. As if I wasn’t already dealing with enough trying to make it through my postpartum period. That’s when I called the police and I called my husband to come to Target. Then I called Target’s Corporate Office. At this point, I was being held against my will and being falsely accused of stealing and I had my two kids and my newborn with me.
I had the worst Target experience when I went to this location. The “security” at the front door, Ebony, is the most rude and disrespectful customer service employee I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I drove from Conyers to this Target because they had a specific air fryer brand that I wanted. However I was accosted by Ebony while I was attempting to make a separate purchase for the AirFryer. She said I couldn’t just be “chilling” with the items when I was actually purchasing the item. As I was explaining that to her, she forced me to take my purchased items out of the buggy and snatched the cart with the AirFryer. When I asked her name, she kept walking and yelled “Ebony and my manager ain’t here”, like she had it rehearsed as if she does this often. I immediately walked to the return area to refunded all of the items I purchased and made a complaint. Ms. Ebony was extremely disrespectful and i will not be going back to that Target location. If I wanted to deal with mistreatment from a customer service employee, I’d go to Walmart.
Here we go! Bought a TV to be picked up at the store got it home the screen was cracked No one would answer the phone when I called Once back at the store I had to wait over 20 mins for an associate to come to the truck to remove the TV. Only to have to get back in line to handle the return. Once at the return desk I advise I would rather do an exchange for another TV. Was told she couldn't check I would have to go back to the department to see. The associate didn't know how to process the return two associate later I finally made my way to the tech department only to run into another associate who advised she was only there while someone else was on break. I went and bought a TV elsewhere overall experience 0 and I kept a smile with each of these associates but I'm confused at the lack of customer service given at this location and upset to receive a damaged item 70 inch TV is not easy to travel with oh did I mention delivery was not available Be Blessed but a hot mess
This target is getting progressively worse. They make it hard to do returns. Even for red card members. They have refused me a merchandise credit twice for items I did not want returned to the original card since it was A GIFT! They don’t allow checkouts at customer service anymore. So if all lines are busy and they are not they won’t check you out. I had to go stand in the check out lane AFTER making a return. Ridiculous! Also their stock is consistently low/out so you almost always have to go to another location anyway. I have noticed that I’ve started spending TWICE as much time to get half as many items. This is the lowest performing target I’ve ever shopped at. I actually get sad when I have to spend money here. This particular location operates like a WALMART. The employee morale and service has gone down significantly. Quite a few have attitudes like Walmart employees. This is the only target location that would be doing the community a service by shutting down.
I gave up. Store closes at 10. It was 9:40. About 10 customers are coming up to the registers to check out. I watch as 5 human cashiers shut down their registers, making all of the customers get in one long awful line waiting for self-checkout. 2 or 3 the self-checkout machines were broken. The cashiers could have each worked 10 more minutes and there would have been no line. Keep in mind, three different cashiers closed as I walked up to them. After waiting 10 minutes in this unnecessary nightmare line, I just abandoned all the stuff I was going to buy and left the store. The selection in this store isn't that special. I went to the Walmart off Howell Mill, and bought the same stuff for a few bucks cheaper and had a faster checkout experience with better customer service. But thank goodness the Target managers are saving payroll hours by making sure everyone's register is closed and turned in promptly, so the cashiers can all be clocked out by store close!
I have been going to this store since the week it opened in 2005. It has seriously taken a trip downhill over the past few years. What is going on? You have half your parking lot blocked with storage units, your Christmas section is in complete disarray and it takes 25 minutes to check out. You had 2 fitting rooms unlocked with 5 people waiting in line, no carts for customers (we had to go back after shopping to get one, along with several other folks we encountered carrying more then they could handle). This was just part of our experience. I'll be writing corporate about the rest which involved waiting in one line for 10 minutes only to be told to go to a different line when we were 2nd in line because there was an issue with a customer buying 25 gift cards and her app not working. After that, no one helped us get into a shorter line or offered to help - just go to the back of another line that took another 15 minutes. I'll be sticking to amazon, thanks!
I ordered from this location yesterday. Bought a Nespresso machine and pods for $200 and change. Went to go pick up. Yes, it was raining - so they had people go to the door. Got to the door. guy puts “my stuff” inside. didn’t ask for my target pick up code. Probably should have checked it. It was a little fishy. I didn’t check… Drove all the way to my hotel and got someone else’s bag….. Instead of a nespresso machine and pods, I got pringle’s, paper plates, plastic utensils, and a puffer jacket…. Called customer service (ONLINE) because no one at the store answers the phone and they were able to reorder my stuff. Inconvenienced and got it at a DIFFERENT location to avoid incompetence. Thanks to target phone support and NO THANKS to this store!! I really want to report this store to corporate because well, I doubt this was done by mistake.. whomever A. Gates is with order #9180742076325 - I have your order and wonder who has a mine
I ordered for pickup a specific Barbie Doll set for my Granddaughter. This was the closest store with it in stock. After driving about 45 miles, going through the line, the young lady brought a totally different item. She stated it may be a substitute item as they were probably out of what I ordered. As I was about to leave I decided to check if I could find the item I ordered. The website showed 6 in stock when I submitted the order. I found the toy section and within 30 seconds found the exact item. In fairness there was a display slightly covering one edge. I purchased the item and went on my way. The reason I ordered it was so I wouldn’t have to shop during Christmas rush. The store itself is clean and very large. The young lady at customer pickup was very nice and very apologetic. They need to do a much better job getting the correct items off the shelf.
Ordered an item for pickup. Received an email stating, “Item is ready for pickup.” Moments later I received an email stating I canceled the order. (Keep in mind, I didn’t cancel this order). I call 7 times, no one answers. It’s an hour away, I simply want to verify the status. I just head there having the mindset if it’s canceled, I’ll just pay for it once again. Drive an hour to this Target and count 6 workers in this area. SIX! Why couldn’t 1 pick up the phone? No clue! But whatever, I get to the counter and ask for the status. The worker tells me, “The item is not in stock and there’s a glitch in the system. Sometimes it doesn’t even cancel people’s orders so they drive up here and find out we don’t have it.” Seriously, so why not have SOMEONE, ANYONE answer the phone. I live an hour away. I’m so agitated, I’m in the parking lot leaving a review.
Time and time again this store makes me never want to return. I’ve placed 13 drive up orders dating back to January of 2022. Every single order has been incorrect or flat out canceled. I get it, things sell out and inventory can be hard to locate but today of all days was my breaking point. I’d received a notification saying my drive up order was ready around 4pm. 5:45 I tap “I’m here” and less than 5 minutes later I get a notification that my ENTIRE order is cancelled due to a “technical issue” as Im ALREADY waiting. I could understand if it were once or twice but 13 times in 10 months? Something needs to change. If it weren’t for two amazing employees - erick & a lovely woman whose name I didn’t catch- I would never come back to this target. So frustrated to the point of tears these two went above and beyond to assist me when no one else would.
this location is so bad and I hate that it’s walking distance from my house. they always make errors with the drive up or cancel your order stating they don’t have something only for it to be in stock when you go inside. today they had a return line that took 20 mins for me to get to the associate and they only had 1. supervisors stood by talking and didn’t try to assist. one came over and said they were going to send someone but that person never came. then I wait in line only to realize I didn’t have my wallet but I figured that’s fine because i was returning a $16 item for a $10 dollar item and then they could just refund the difference automatically. well I was told they no longer do “exchanges” I could get refunded and then go get in line and purchase the other item. that is ridiculous. target do better
This has always been one of my least favorite Targets. They make up their own policies about pick up orders. Then their order system now in general is a mess. Sometimes people make a Drive up order and may switch it since they’ll be going into the store to shop. Now they have seemingly separated the entire drive up area to the other end of the store, so if you decide to switch prepare for a 10 minute wait for them to go find the order and bring it to you at guest service. Then they leave obviously new trainees by themselves to run the entire guest service by themselves to have the line extremely long. Smh year after year, this location seems to find a new way to bother me. I rarely come here unless they are the closest one near me after the others that have something specific I need
So I came to this store location after escaping hurricane Ian in Florida. What did I encounter when I went into the store to pick up an order? Ally, the customer service manager. I walked in with a great mood and she quickly changed that. Starting with a look of attitude towards myself and my friend and then continuing verbally berating us during our pick up order. Her employees said that’s just her and that’s it’s worse for them. That’s disgusting. Come on Target, if all Targets were like this you would never be in business. Do better for your employees and customers. I shop at Targets all over the country and never had an experience like this. I’ve also never had employees apologize for a manager that they know is horrible. Do better. Target should be better.
This is the worst target Consistently. They seriously need some help and revamping. Always Always an issue with curbside Picked up a curbside order with bleach products that leaked all over my hands and shirt. I asked if they could replace the items and was told that if I wanted the items replace I would have to go in the store and get it myself. If I wanted to shop in-store , I wouldn't have choose curbside. Not to mention items were missing from my order as well. In addition, the curbside associates need some serious customer service training... Very Rude!!! I keep on trying to give them a chance because this location near my home. But I'm done I will just travel to the North Druid Hills location. Just unbelievable
I've been in a lot of Target stores, and this one is pretty bad. There are clearly some staffing and management issues they need to work on. The men's underwear/undershirt section looks like it was stocked by a 6 year old. It is seriously like a game of where's waldo to find the brand, size, style your are looking for. Customer service and order pick up is a mess, the employees are overwhelmed and have no idea what they are doing. Workers from other sections walk by a hawk like like it is a car wreck, instead of helping out. Electronics section is filled with broken display units. They need to shut this place down, for a month and start over. Clearly the manager never leaves his office to walk the floor.
Got in and out quickly (which was due to time of day really). The lady at the self checkout lane was super nice and helpful! But BRING BACK THE CHECKERS!! This is to every / ALL stores across the country out there! Prices are up, we get a lot less ounces than before yet we are doing ALL the work OURSELVES. What am I paying for? YOU should be paying US! There’s no more customer service. It’s the customer providing the service FOR FREE. People need jobs, and the paying public shouldn’t have to wait in endless lines because you only have one (or two if we’re lucky) checkout lanes with human beings at them. And even those self checkouts have big ol’ lines, too!
Great customer service from CASEY at guest services. I ran in right at closing the night before a flight (drive up service was closed) on the slim chance they’d be willing to retrieve my drive up order. CASEY went out of his way to find my items in a department he doesn’t usually work. He made my kids spring break!!! Now we have coloring books, kites and bubbles if there’s a rainy days on our trip. This Target is hit or miss for me - they’re often out of many items or sizes, but CASEY knows what customer service is about!! I’ll always ask for him when I need to pick up an order or make a return. THANK YOU!!!
The young lady who brought my order to my car spilled chemicals in my front passenger seat, the chemicals were not even part of my order. My seat is now damaged and to get it cleaned up will cost me money that I FULLY expect target to compensate me for. I did not order anything that could even possibly spill. She came back with some paper towels and a $20 gift card and said the manager apologized about everything and refunded my order and sent the gift card. The manager knew what happened and couldn’t even come out to make the apology in person. Just terrible and unacceptable service at this location.
Every Target staffer I encountered was amazingly professional and courteous. I had questions concerning items my wife desired to purchase. They were answered by the associates, flawlessly. One thing in particular I would like to highlight. My wife and I noticed the check out lines in he front were very long. Obviously, this was the day before Christmas Eve and the store was packed. I asked the associate in electronics could we check out there. He granted our request without resistance. The associate even commented on a few items in our buggy which really impressed my wife. Thanks Target.
First time inside. I normally do a curbside order. I was disappointed the store had no Christmas joy. There were items bur not eyesight catching really dull. I picked a few things because my grand boy had to have but I don't think I'll come back. It was oddly arranged. Oh and the trees werent even lit wowww. Not my typical Target. Not dirty but not clean either and lacked alot. Kenneth the cashier was amazing very customer service friendly. Ronecka Starbucks attendant working by herself literally was great. My hats off to her because I would quit. Tighten up store.
This Store needs a corporate visit, absolutely out of control. There are no managers on duty here just a bunch of employees running the store that don’t have any knowledge about anything. There is no one working in self checkout, the store security had to help me an a few others out. This store is out of control, some guy pulled a gun an everyone was running and dropping their bags. Outrageous! This store is DANGEROUS DO NOT GO! There are bums outside asking for money, nothing on the app is updated. I will never in my life step foot in this Target again ! Horrible
Placed an order for in-store pickup. I contacted the store about 15 times via phone and no one answered in the guest services/pick-up department. The only department that answered was optical who are not directly associated with Target. The young lady told me that someone is there because she just walked past them, so the nerve of them not to answer the phone. Can you all please hire employees who want to do their job?! Additionally, HR didn’t answer the phone. This place is an example of poor customer service! I definitely won’t be shopping here in the future.
Talk about service! - I had a couple store members make sure that I was okay when I was looking for something and when I came close to the checkout, they went out of their way to turn on the light and the register to help me check out. The best part was the manager- when one of the signs about the gift cards didn't ring up proper in the checkout, instead of going back and forth, she asked me to check out and meet her at the next counter, where she rang up a gift card and handed it to me. That is exceptional service - will definitely be shopping here more.
It's very simple - don't shop here. Spare yourself and drive the extra 15 minutes to midtown, or literally any other Target in town. They are criminally understaffed - the last time I visited roughly 20 people were milling around the entrance waiting for returns or online order pickup for over 20 minutes without seeing a single store employee. Target, if you read these, hire more people. Until that happens though, I will quite happily add a half hour to my round trip to avoid this massive waste of time. If I could give the experience zero stars, I would.
This target is horrible . I went in to get a a few things went to the register to check out and the cashier tells half of the line she’s closing the register abruptly. Then get an attitude when she got called out for closing the cashier lane without telling an entire line she was closing no apologies nothing just rude. I ended up having to leave the line and check out in the pick up line near guest service. They are always out of stock I don’t see how anyone patronize this store it’s awful to shop there. I will not be back at this location
My family and I were traveling through Atlanta and we stopped in this target to get some supplies for our hotel room. We had the fortune of meeting Miss Sandra at our checkout. She was the most kind, courteous, and wonderful cashier I've met in recent time. We were all tired from travel and Miss Sandra brought our spirits up with her great sense of humor and her incredible customer service. Miss Sandra made a huge difference in our day and our family talks about her every time we mention our trip to Atlanta. Thank you Miss Sandra!
Terrible location. Trash customer service. Nonexistent communication. Homeless people guard the entrance day and night. Even the Starbucks girls are mean for no reason! I try not to go inside so I use the drive up option bc it’s close to my house. One time I came and it took me 43 minutes to get my order. If you call, no one answers. My last straw with this location is the fact that a girl left my trunk wide open last night and LEFT to go back into the store. She didn’t even come back lmaoo. Pls do not come to this location.
This location is ALWAYS a mess. It's near impossible to find what you're looking for, and the employees don't even know where the items are most of the time. And if you place an order online to pick-up, be prepared to arrive and find that half of the items in the order are missing. It's happened EVERY time I've placed a pick-up order in the last year, which makes me think it's the way the employees think they're supposed to do it. And then the employees act like you're being irrational for being annoyed with the situation.
Would recommend if you're in the area. If you factor in the size of this target it's actually one of the best. Has a top notch pharmacy and that's what makes it so good. Everything is very clean and organized so if you know targets you will your way around. The grocery store is lacking but that's typical for Target. Great ice cream selection! The Starbucks inside is always packed. This shopping center really is the hub of little five points. Parking is terrible. You're always find a spot but it's always crowded here.
So I come to target to get mouse def by the doux and they don’t have any. So I ask the target employee near by, Samuel, if he can use he scanner to check to see if any are in inventory. He tells me to go to customer service. I had to pause to myself like what the what.... I need to go find out from another employee. Customer service is fleeting that is why I love Amazon. #customerservice #customer #customersatisfaction #customerexperience #unhappycustomers #customerfeedback #unhappycustomer #service #feedback
Overall, I had a good experience with my return. All the employees were great except one who was not knowledgeable about the exchange process but another employee stepped in to assist with the great service I usually receive at this location. That employee was the reason I didn't give 5 stars because I feel if you don't know something for sure, just ask someone for clarification. She wasn't rude, but I had to tell her what the exchange policy was simply that. Not a separate purchase at the increased price.
I like that the store has a lot to offer but their online pickup and drive up sucks. I have never had issues with any other target but this one consistently cancels my orders due to "technical difficulties" even after sending me a notification that my order is ready for pickup. Customer service lines are always long here as well. Also, their online stock numbers are never up to date at this location like they are at others. Don't expect the usual target experience here.
Cancels half your order while you are on your way to pick it up! Terrible. This store accepts your online order. Tells you your order is ready for pickup and indicates all items fulfilled. At the time you are heading over is when they realize that half your items were not picked and are not in stock and then tell you when you are at the store expecting all your order and only getting half of it. What a terrible way to build customer confidence.
Left checkout with my purchase less than three feet from the exit door and was asked to render a receipt for my item that could not fit in a bag. However, another couple walked right by me with two oversized items in their buggy not bagged and they were allowed to keep walking. Please practice this ridiculous policy fairly and with fidelity. Customers should not be embarrassed and accused of stealing after spending almost $200.
Hands down and consistently the worst target experience. Chronically understaffed and understocked - it remains hard to find what you came for (inventory is not up to date or synced with the app). Employees are unhelpful and generally do not engage with customers. The lines are long, pickup / drive up delivers consistently wrong and/or late orders. Do not come. Find another location to go to. Order it from Amazon instead.
DO NOT DO ORDER PICK UP!!!! Pick up took 85 minutes of standing in a line while one elderly employee tried to get our orders one at a time. The orders were not ready so she had to walk to a totally different part of the store to pick them up. It took her 15 mins to get each order. There were 15+ shoppers in the pick up line. I felt horrible for the employee - other employees were just standing around not helping her.
Tip: I strongly advise against using mobile order pick up at this store. Only two staff were working the return and mobile order pickup stations and despite receiving a notification that my order was ready, I still had to wait 20+ minutes after scanning my bar code. It looked like no items were prepped in advance, and I could easily have been in and out in 5 mins with my items had I just shopped for them myself.
On 1/19/2023 I visited the Atlanta Edgewood store and encountered the worst cashier ever. The price rung up wrong and I informed the cashier and told her I would go take a picture of the price tag. She changed the price and then I had to ask her to bag my purchases. She grudgingly do so while I attempted to not allow the purchases to fall on the floor. I was very polite but some young people just don’t get it.
I've never seen a Target bathroom as bad as this bathroom. The actual stalls were too gross to share. The odor was unbelievable. The manager must not care about their guests. They clearly don't hold their team members accountable to Target's E"s of Excellence. When I told the cashier, she just said okay and kinda looked around and then went on to the next guest. This was approximately 8pm on a Tuesday.
I had a great experience with Jocelyn at check out! I had asked about the target circle program, and she took the time to show me around on the app. As a tech challenged customer, her patience and thoroughness was greatly appreciated. She even took the time to tell me about demos I could watch on Youtube to get more familiar with the app. Her kindness and patience made my day. Thank you, Jocelyn!
I went for my pick up order. Half of my stuff was out of stock so it was canceled and refunded- but I drove all that way just be hear that bulk of my order was canceled??!!! If I’d known if advance, I would have just canceled the whole order. It’s annoying and a horrible business practice to not notify me in advance. I didn’t even get so much as a sorry. Also, no one here answers phones??!!!
BEWARE!!! Online quoted prices are different than in-store pricing. Target if forcing the customer to order online for cheaper prices. This makes no sense if it it can be picked up in an hour. I'm sure employees have better things to do than retrieving an online order that will be picked up by the customer in an hour. This is for customers like me that want the in-store experience!
I went to Target's to purchase a microwave oven, the selection was pretty much non-existent (only two brands to choose from) and those brands didn't have great reviews. I also needed a cabbage (I wanted to make coleslaw) and they didn't have any. The coleslaw mix was (I guess store brand) a very small bag and a very large price. Really disappointing.
I love Target but wish my local store wasn’t often out of clothing sizes I need or toiletries I want. Plus since they’ve limited self check out to 10 items or fewer but don’t have more registers open, the wait to check out is often ridiculously long. Also the Starbucks operates at odd hours and is often out of ingredients for seasonal drinks.
Got an email that my items were available for pickup, then immediately got an email that only half the order was available. Tried to call to see if the items were available or not and no one answered the phone. Called different departments and still no answer. I highly suggest going to another Target if you’re ordering something for pickup.
absolute worst target ever. consistently bad experiences across the board. how is their online order pickup system so bad. plz help...corporate?? god?? anyone help:') stop telling people their pick up orders are ready when you still have to go all the way to the back or still haven't shopped for the item yet. you're wasting people's time
In a time where good customer service seems to be the rare exception, I can always find it at Target. The employees go above and beyond and are friendly EVERYTIME I go there. I love that I can find everything I need there and I get a good value for my money. They have some really cute and unique clothes and household items.
The store was well organized and the cashier was friendly and courteous. I did have a few questions for the associate in women's apparel. The associate did not really look up from what she was doing and showed no interest in assisting or answering my question. Other than that, my experience was pleasant.
Customer service takes forever. Cash registers are always closed and get backed up. Cashier was quick to lose her cool and snap on me for asking why they had us waiting 20+ minutes for some lady to call her bank account because her bank card declined. All while 30 other people are waiting to check out.
Avoid at all costs, especially on the weekends. Employees are not nice or helpful. We had an employee kick us out of a check out line, and when we questioned it, she blatantly lied about it. Merchandise and carts are just laying all around the store. It’s more like an obstacle course than a store.
This location is well stocked, but unfortunately customer service here is very poor and processes are delayed which indicates it is poorly managed. The location on Druid Hills is much more efficient and provides far better customer service. I recommend folks go there if they can help it.
Most of us like to view target as one of the more expensive department stores but during inflation they didn’t go up like most department stores. They have better quality of everything from products, produce and customer service etiquette. I think they train at Chic Fila …
Lost my keys. The first manager said that since they weren't in the lost and found so, he couldn't help me. Another manager asked if I needed help about 15 minutes later. Bam, he helped me backtrack my steps and found my keys!!! They were so kind and polite. I have to send flowers!
My daughter wanted to go to the store to buy a toy with her money she earned. She saw a toy and the price tag said $79 but she got to the register it was priced at $119. They would not honor the price and wanted her to pay the $119. They could at least given a small discount
Hands down the worst Target in Atlanta... Biggest problem is Customer Care or really the lack of Customer Care. Won't answer the phone and if they do, they hang up shortly after. Top that off with the inability to get a pickup order right and this Target is at best one star.
This Target is poorly managed. Low stock. Parking is insane. If you dare to order online and pick up at this location, you’ve been warned - there’s a good chance the order will be incorrect or non-existent when you arrive. If you have a choice - just don’t.
The girl working drive up today needs help. She literally looked me in my face and told me my items were cancelled because they were out of stock. I literally walked in the store and found each item that she said was out of stock. A true waste of time!
This Target use to be my favorite location when they opened up in 05-06. Since then the level of customer service has gone down hill. Also, I am so sick of ordering for pick up and then when I come to retrieve the items they mysteriously get cancelled.
I went today to pick up Bobbie organic formula for my baby, we ran out so I went to target and all the formula is LOCK and I ask for assistance and no one have the keys to unlock the fórmula isle, I waited for an hour and no one came back to help me.
I love shopping at Target. They have great merchandise that is reasonably priced. The staff is always willing to help me find what I need or answer questions about items. The cashier today was friendly and helpful. It was a great shopping experience.
The length of time it took to wait for the in-store pickup was longer than it would have taken for me to shop and check out. Staff ignored my requests for updates on whether the order was coming. Items I did receive had leaked all over other items.
Had a very simple order for pickup. An hour later, I get an email that it was ready. I show up the following the day and I show the barcode to pick it up. The employee took photos of the order and went to ”shop” for it. It took about 20 minutes.
I find it truly unacceptable to stand around and not have anyone in electronics available to help with FOUR associates sitting around the register doing NOTHING. Whoever was apart of the 5:30PM and after shift needs to go back through training.
Bummed out that this is my local Target. Always under-stocked. After they renovated the carts are busted and loud, the makeup/hygiene section is a challenge to navigate with a cart. Makes no sense that this location gets the ghetto treatment.
Staff always welcoming. Everytime I have a return it's fast. It's funny, whoever's there is really pleasant, happy and helpful. It even starts in the parking lot with staff asking to return basket. Good job there with customer service!
An awful Target. The lines are terrible. They barely staff the checkout registers and then have the audacity to post a sign that says “the self-checkout line is now 10 items or less.” I feel bad for the overworked cashiers here.
Workers are always in a bad mood and not willing to help. If you ask for help they seem annoyed. Only go if I have no choice and I live in the area and it is sad I have to drive to another target for better shopping experience.
Allie the manager is awesome. Had a small misunderstanding with my pick up order and she came and broke everything down for me. I know she was super busy but still made time for me and made me feel appreciated as a customer
I absolutely love Target. The store is always neat, clean and well stocked. I also like their loyalty discount program and how easy it is to access customer service when needed. Finally, I enjoy how fast I get checked out.
curbside employees extremely rude for no reason and looking for an argument which i was not going to give, on top of that this location is always out of stock of everything. Better off going to north druid hills target.
Do NOT order online for in-store pickup if you don't have time to wait at least 30 minutes. Living in Atlanta, I'm used accustomed to rude store associates but this place is off the charts bad. Atlanta Edgwood location.
Trying to do online pick up here is a mistake. Disorganized, poorly run, long lines and waits. Spare yourself. Update - they did not even have the item I ordered, even after the app said my order was ready for pick up.
Great customer service and assistance . I was having problems locating an item for my grandson and a wonderful customer service manager came to my rescue and assisted me accordingly. Great service at Target …
Needed something in a hurry. Ordered online, it said in stock. Then they changed their minds hours later and said out of stock. Sold my items to someone else, I suppose. Now what, where is the refund
This location has 7 AM posted as the opening time. However, this morning meeting and other customers were left out in the cold for too long when they should have told us they were closed. So unprofessional
Friday, I went to Target and purchase a Portable Projector Screen. Got home, tried to put it together, and was missing a part. The only reason I'm given it a one Star ✨ because of inconvenience of my time.
The store itself is nice, and come to expect some panhandling in the parking lot. However, I've recently experienced panhandling in the store itself, and it's hard not to feel less inclined to shop here.
Every single time there has been an issue with my drive up order, they have taken amazing care of me. This location isn’t even the closest one to my home but I appreciate the excellent customer service.
I really like the clothing selection for women. But the store was completely disorganized. I could have easily purchased 3 outfits, but I left without anything because I could not complete an outfit.
Please beware. They will cancel drive up orders with no little to no reason, and the refund process can take up to 7 days. Not to mention the employees at this store are extremely lazy and very rude.
Target we all know it well. The upscale version of Walmart. Great for a bit of groceries, wine, household items and electronics. More of an upscale shopping experience as opposed to Ross or Walmart.
Almost every time I order for pick up from this location there’s a 15 min plus wait. Today I’ve been waiting over 40 mins and still have yet to receive my item. The whole store is short staffed.
I'm here working on a Shipt order. There is absolutely NO sense of urgency and this type of work is timed. This is so inconvenient I won't return to this target for any future Shipt orders.
Love to shop at Target.... pleasant bright ambiance, competitive prices, and helpful staff. However, the product range appears to have gone down slightly, in the last one year.
Really frustrating to have to get out of the car because the pickup person brought out the wrong color cup. Went inside and there were tons of the one I actually ordered.
Worst target and customer service on planet earth. Can’t order online because they will screw your order up and not even complete it. Zero ownership from management.
I go to this Target for shopping trips with my Mom! We pickup our household items and I always stop by the book section, then we check out the makeup section.
Morgan was extremely rude to me when I asked her for help. She said she was busy and doesn’t work in this department and walked off Smh.
I always go to get my Amberen for menopause and I like to get sheet protecters and I love famous actors and actresses tshirts
Customer service subpar. Long lines. Don’t even think about doing a drive up order, you will be waiting for 1 hour minimum.
Prices on the shelves never match what rings up when checking out, very annoying to take photos of items on the shelves.
They always have what I need in stock, especially last minute. One suggestion would be to open more lanes for check out.
Cancelled my order after I had already been alerted the order was ready for pickup then refused to answer the phone.
Do not bother pick-up or drive through orders at this location just go pick it up yourself, it’s a useless service.
People in this store are helpful and kind. Daneisha, thank you for all your help to find what I was looking for!
Located close to my mother in law. Wonderful products. I love Target anyway I was not disappointed.
The pharmacy inside store is actually really good. They care and take time to answer questions.
If only there was a way to give zero stars, no words can describe how terrible this target is!
Target is always clean, clear and easy to navigate. I’m always comfortable with the service.
I took my son there and he found part of what he was looking for but not everything.
