Horrible customer service. My sisters and got in line to check out at 10:02. We were waiting for a customer in from of us who was buying a lot of items and by the time they finished the cashier refused to check me out because it was past closing time and closed out her till in from of me while I sat there and asked her nicely to please check us out. She said it would take to long to check us out and would rather take the time to put all of our items back than to check us out. She was very disrespectful and had zero knowledge of how to treat a customer. She then called the cops on us and wasted all of our time. Needless to say I will never shop at this Ross again.

have been shopping here for 3 years and had always been treated with respect.That is the reason I am giving them 2 stars. Today, I had the worse experience with this cashier named Gabriella. I asked for another bag and she seemed upset, calling the next customer to help while I was in front of her. I did not want to argue, so I took a while before I move and I heard her saying “ Geeezzz” She was rude and had some attitude !!! Customer services are supposed to be welcoming and helping client. I won’t recommend this location because of her attitude.This place is becoming hostile. Please go somewhere else if you want to be respected as a customer.

This specific location is usually a mess. The last few times I've shopped here it has been clean and better organized. Very impressed. Before, there were NEVER enough cashiers to handle the amount of people trying to check out. Especially during the "holiday" season. Kudos to the customers for their patience. Now, for the most part, they've seemed to find some reliable employees that go to work and actually work. Thank you! Lots of stuff to find here. Price in some things are not Ross prices, and need to be seriously reevaluated and lowered, but you can't win them all I guess. All in all, great place to find a good deal on things.

Recently for some reason, the locks have been removed from the women’s dressing room. Anyone could just walk into the dressing room and push open the door while you are changing. The only reason I can think of for removing the locks would be to prevent stealing perhaps? But this notion was quickly dismissed by the fact that there were no employees stationed at the dressing room to let customers in and out. I find the recent removal of the locks highly alarming and unsafe.

If your looking for a couple last minute Christmas gifts this store is definitely for you. Everything is reasonably priced and theres a wide selection of products to pick from. From beauty to toys or house where to clothes and shoes. And if your looking for something specific the employees can easily tell you where tbe item is or a good substitute for it.

The reason for a 3 star rating is that im disabled i cant be standing for long periods of time, they had one cashier and it looked like she was overwhelmed. I kinda have an idea why she wasnt getting help, short staffed. But i do have to give Ross credit for drawing such beautiful women to there stores.

The store is very nice, good prices. Always clean and organized. The staff are very kind, especially the store manager Sonia and the assistant manager Brenda. I worked for them and I'm thankful, never found any managers like them.

Nathaniel took his time to really understand what my son wanted after letting his hair grow for some time and the end result was so fresh. Thank you for the awesome job!

This store had a really great selection of plus size clothing. It was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. I would shop here again!
