"Probably the smallest target I’ve even been into"

You need a new manager, they get paid more to deal with customer issues and when a customer asks to speak with them they should never have an associate relay messages over a walkie talkie. Mandi refused to come and speak with me in person until an ASSOCIATE walked to go get her and told her to come speak with me. (Potential replacement?) as soon as she approached me she had an annoyed tone. If you can’t/don’t want to deal with unhappy customers professionally then you should get a different job bc it’s part of it unfortunately. Spoken from an actual store manager with my own staff of over 70 people (I see this isn’t the first bad review regarding her) I would definitely revisit some training on customer service, role responsibilities and customer escalations. The associates had better customer service than her. I’m sure this won’t be the last bad review. Won’t be returning. Update went to a different target to do the same return that I was told was illegal to do without an ID and wasn’t required to show anything. More racial profiling?
Before I go too far into this review, this is a small Target. If you're expecting a full size Target, then you'll probably want to go to another location. That being said, I had an awesome experience with this Target. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was very one to answer questions. Some answered questions that my wife and I were asking each other (where the shower curtains were). We found what we needed easily. If I need something more obscure, then I'll probably go to a bigger store, but for the basics I will definitely come back here.
Probably the smallest target I’ve even been into. We stopped here just to grab a deodorant and shirt for my boyfriend. To our surprise the deodorants were locked up behind glass doors. I was used to this in California but in Utah ♀️ then again I’m not familiar with this area so who knows it might be common for people to steal ♀️ Other then that it was a cute little target.
I’ve been calling for the last few days trying to see if something is in stock- I’ve called multiple times a day to different departments just trying to get someone (anyone ) to answer the phone… apparently they don’t care. Not really interested in driving there to find out what I need isn’t available - guess I’ll just buy it from Amazon like everything else because it’s 1000xs easier
I didn't know it was possible to build a Target as if it had clinical depression, but this one found a way. Pretty light selection compared to other Target stores and it's gotta be close to 60%-70% of the store is locked up behind glass. I've never had to go track down an employee to buy deodorant at any other store before. Absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve shopped here a few times, I love the convenience of having a target in sugarhouse. But, be prepared to wait for an associate if you need certain items because they are locked behind glass. Don’t love that, kinda takes away from the “convenience” part. Anyway, it’s small and offers quite a bit of what a bigger target would have.
Called earlier to see if they had a product I needed and the employee who answered went to find it and described all the different choices to me!! Then he went one step further and found something that was even closer to the item i was a looking for. Saved me a bunch of time and drove there asap to grab what I needed. Thank u Levi !
It's one of those micro target locations. Beware if you're looking for a full size store. They don't have a lot of the things a full size location has. They do have a small grocery section though. They also expect you to become a store employee and check out all your own items but they don't give you an employee discount.
Worst customer service I've ever had at any Target in my life. This girl named Natalie (a so called customer service representative)I told her thank you for everything she looked at me like I was disgusting and didn't say a word. I will never come back again.
RUDE RACIST EMPLOYEE. I went in earlier and i had asked a question to an employee i believe her name was mandi i didnt read it correct but she was being racist i went and asked where are the tortillas and she said theres none of the hispanic stuff here. …
Usually Targets are pretty chill, but the price tag on the cheese made me think it was $3, then at checkout I find out that it's actually $8 like, bruh What are you trying to accomplish by "misplacing" coughcoughlyingaboutprices price labels? …
Giving 5 stars because I love Target and am happy they are I'm my neighborhood so I can't hate it. But I really want to give 1 star because it is 1/4 of what a typical Target is. It is wayyyyy too small and no selection! So sad. They should
I'm not a fan of these smaller, express concept Target stores. The stores are suppose to expedite the shopping experience. That's great if the items you're looking for are at the store. However, the two times I've visited I haven't found
Just a little target. They got a limited clothes section but have the basic groceries, food and drinks etc. It’s not a “super target.” For the most part this store has the treats and snacks that I need, me and my friend even found a plug
I wish this target was larger. It’s so small that you don’t really get a large variety for f products to choose from, so the times I have been here, they didn’t have what I wanted. The staff is nice though and self checkout is a breeze.
This target is sad. It's the margarine of Targets. The Diet Coke of Targets. The Kevin Hart of Targets. The underachieving, stunted cousin of the Very Large Targets we all pay a little extra to shop at just so we don't have to shop at
DO NOT GO HERE the security guard harassed me and my partner. I hugged my partner and kissed him on the cheek and later on the security guard said we are making him uncomfortable and wouldn’t let us continue buying merchandise. He
Ordered. Got an email saying my order was ready. Went to pick it up. They didn’t have it ready and they didn’t even have it in stock at the store where it could’ve ever been ready. Why did I get an email saying it was ready???
You need to restock what you carry or don't carry it at all. I keep going back for something that hasn't been restocked for weeks. I'm done with this store it's frustrating. I'll take my business elsewhere......
I have had countless amazing experiences with the same worker at the target sugar house location. Her name is Addie, She is always very helpful, super kind and very patient with me and my dumb questions!
Only bulky big carts were available to shop with - which doesn't make sense for a small, crowded store with tight/small aisles, etc. Frequently I find messy or totally unstocked shelves there.
Have tried repeatedly to get anyone in any department to pick up the phone. This is a small store and they are trying to get smaller by giving lousy customer service.
Smaller store with some some hygiene products locked up. Seems like a hassle for staff and customers. I recommend going to another location if you have the option.
Not a true Target store. I have gone there 3 different times and 3 times found nothing I was looking for. Wish there was an actual Target near me.
The handicap parking was awful- no wheel chair ramp or anything I could find. The people were super nice though.
Had some trouble with a gift card, but Robert took the time to make it right. I would go back again
Great staff ! Would just be great if they could add “Sugar House” on google maps !
This is the smallest Target I've ever been in. The selection of items is abysmal.
It's aight! Target is a good place to get necessities like food and health items.
Small store, good for a quick buy. Friendly staff. Moderately busy.
