I called on a Wednesday morning and someone from Roto Rooter was at our home that afternoon to check a leak in our laundry room. Response was quick! The gentleman (plumber) told us what he thought the problem was and phoned another guy (Nick) which we scheduled a time for him to come the next day. Nick was there on time, analyzed the situation and diagnosed it by going directly to the source of our problem. Nick thoroughly explained what would have to take place to fix our problem. A plumber was sent out who fixed the leak. Then a team was sent out to get rid of the drywall, flooring & anything the was affected by the water damage. The next step was the drying process which took a week; someone from Roto Rooter came by every day to check the drying machines and the process. Never experiencing anything like this, we truly felt more confident with Nick, with his experience and knowledge of this situation. His professionalism and care was outstanding. Nick takes great pride in his job and compassion for the customer. We highly recommend Roto Rooter.

A faulty pipe took out my water for 2.5 days and the city water service couldn’t be bothered to even notify us that they wouldn’t be coming after they said they would. Roto Rooter was able to send someone out late in the evening to figure out the issue and then they finished the job the next day no problem. The service took like 1-2 hours and the plumber bought the materials that morning. So grateful for Roto Rooter and their awesome staff! {I only took off one star because he wasn’t wearing a mask, which I wasn’t personally worried about but other costumers might.}

I moved to Nashville 4 years ago and had no contacts for plumbing issues. I looked on the internet, found the local Roto-Rooter company and I’m so glad I did. They took care of 2 separate issues at 2 separate times, both times they were wonderful. Very fast response time, costs given upfront, extremely professional but very friendly. They worked hard to take care of my plumbing issues quickly so my family could get back to normal living. I will call them any and every time I think they are able to help. I can’t say enough positive things about them.

I had a pipe clogged up and called these guys and they said they would be here between 2pm and 4pm. They called at 130pm and said someone is on the way. At 330pm, no one still here. I called and they said guy had a flat tire on interstate and not sure if they could get here today. The guy I talked to, Drew, acted like he didn’t care. Very unprofessional and not even the common courtesy to call and say the guy was broke down. I’ll never do business with this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Repaired water pressure reducing valve on outside meter after we had increased cost on water and sewage use. We used them last year when we a badly stopped up bathtub drain. We received excellent prompt service then so we naturally called again. Sonny was very pleasant and responsive in scheduling an appointment. William D. Was our tech. He quickly recognized the problem and the solution. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He was so nice. A pleasure to work with.

Borgio (Bo) came to replace a toilet. He looked at me and said, “ You look like someone who likes to know how to do things. Want me to teach you?“ I was thrilled he took the time to quickly replace the toilet but explained it to me along the way. I feel incredibly empowered that he took the time and effort to educate me. I hope the company recognizes the exemplary employee they have. I will be calling Roto Rooter in the future because of this great experience with Borgio.

I had a sewage issue outside and needed someone ASAP and these were the guys! They understood my problem and moved things around to accommodate me and even came out on a weekend. They also were very clear about what they were doing and sent me photos for my records. Their initial quote was very detailed as well so that I could easily make a decision to tell them to proceed with the work that needed done. I’ll be using them for all plumbing issues going forward!

On Christmas Eve, in the middle of a cold snap where everyone’s pipes were freezing and busting, I encountered a major plumbing issue, and Roto Rooter came by first thing on the next business day, quickly identified and solved the issue, and also identified another major plumbing issue I wasn’t even aware of. My technician, Brooks, was extremely friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable, and I’m very grateful for their help. Highly recommended!

We're general contractor ourselves but because we were short handed I try to use root-rooter and asked them to modify job that was already done , they responded so fast and present at job less than couple hours of my call and start job at 2 and finish it by 6 , their price for us as a contractor was a little high but it's not gonna be high for regular client. But they did job so fast and without any headache so I recommend to use their services

I thought about giving a 4 star rating because I actually called after hours and did not get a response until this morning. However, I did not think that would be fair to the technician they sent to the house. The technician they sent was a young guy( never got his name) and he did a great job. He explained everything and finished the job in less than an hour. I will call roto rooter again if I have anymore plumbing problems.

My plumbers were busy and i had water pouring from my water heater. So I called Roto-Rooter in Old Hickory. They came out and fixed it within a few hours. My water pressure was low and they came and fixed it the next morning. They fixed it, but the price was very high. It was three times higher than our plumber would have charged. None of the water mitigation crew or the plumber wore masks in the house.

First off, we called on late on a Saturday night, this was the only business that truly means 24/7 service. They came out immediately. Brian worked on our shut off valve and was really thorough. He was very kind and explained everything. Side not the cost of repair for emergency service, was completely and totally affordable. All I have to say is for any future plumbing needs I will be calling them.

Reuben was absolutely incredible. Rather than thinking that he had found the issue, he did a secondary and tertiary check which helped to uncover a much bigger issue that could have caused HUGE problems down the road. Luckily due to Reuben’s diligence we were able to find this while it was still under warranty from the builder and have it repaired at no cost to us. Thank you!!!!!!

Region manager, Nick, came out and educated me a bit on things... helpful to know so that I don't feel like an idiot layman in the future with certain requests. The technician, Noah, albeit new to roto-rooter... was fast and efficient (his years of experience in the field showed through). He also helped me from an educational stand point so that I knew what to tell warranty folks.

Christian from Roto-Rooter helped us so much with our plumbing emergency. He promised that he wouldn’t leave until our problem was taken care of. He is very knowledgeable and he explained exactly what the problem was and how it was going to be repaired. Our old cast iron plumbing is being replaced with new up to date plumbing because of Christian and Roto-Rooter. Thank you

Dishwasher/ disposal repair/ water leak Call service was responsive. Was on there scheduling in 24 hours Tech was friendly, professional, new his work, took time to make sure all questions where answered. The tech made sure I had the best possible response and service to a messy dishwasher/ old house situation! I would use them again and definitely refer there services.

Pros: -Came quick, about 3 hours after calling first thing in the morning. -Tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Con: The price. Tech was at my house for under an hour and it was over $450 to snake a drain. Bottom line: You need someone quick in a pinch, call them. If you can make a few calls and not overflowing or anything, I'd make a few other calls first.

Chris was extremely helpful when we were in a pinch with our rental company. I love that they are available 24/7. My only advice to a customer is if you are calling "after hours", be patient with the receptionist/process, because it takes a while to take down all of your information, but once you speak with a technician, it is smooth sailing.

Unclogged main drain line cleaning 3 times. Believe clog was between kitchen and septic line. Rating would have been much higher but tech did not wear sanitized gloves, did not wear a mask and smoked in my garage. I should have been given 1/4 of charge for my assistance. Tech was very nice and completed job but no regard for COVID-19 safety.

We are so thankful for Roto Rooters! They came out on a Sunday, no extra charge, and triple checked to make sure the job was done properly. We had a pipe disconnected in the crawl space and they repaired it and did some extra work fixing the pitch of the pipes. The cost was more than fair. We will call them anytime we have a plumbing issue.

Toilets and shower was backed up. Toilets were continuing to run. Several things were cared for. I specifically want to call out my service technician, Brandon, he was exceptional. We had an issue with our dishwasher and garbage disposal not draining properly .... we called RotoRooter .... and within hours they sent out a service tech ( Timothy Brannon) Mr Brannon did a thorough diagnostic check and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. We’re very appreciative of the professional care we were given!

The plumber who came out was great: competent and polite. The issue is getting charged $540 because it was a weekend visit. A piece of pvc was stuck in our cleanout, preventing everything from draining. Took 5 minutes to fix - $540. Highway robbery. Never call Roto rooter if you have a local family business alternative.

The service was completed 20 Jun and charged me $451 and on 23 Jun ran my card again for $451. I called office today and they told me “ I will call you back we are just now getting our day started”. Well, it’s 530pm and not a phone call back and they are closed for the day !! Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Roto Rooter is great and provides fast, reliable service. We called in the morning and had a service technician out the same day. Our technician was amazing - he was able to identify the problems and solve some that were unexpected. He was very likeable, in addition to being an expert at his job.

This was our first time using roto-rooter. We received same-day service from Noah. He was punctual, as well as an excellent communicator. He did a fantastic job and was incredibly respectful towards our home, pets, and all. Thanks to Noah, we will be quick to call again when the need arises.

Had a major kitchen sink clog on Christmas Eve. Good luck trying to find a plumber the day before Christmas! Roto-rooter saved the day. Brad showed up in the morning and had the sink rodded out and clog cleared quickly. Very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Very rude. And argumentative they act like they are doing you a favor to run a 50 foot line for $400. Very ridiculous pricing and their representative is one of the rudest people Ive ever dealt with. I can not express how over priced they are!
