I’ve been trying to renew my flood insurance policy since October of 2020. It is now January 2021 and they just issued my insurance today when the payment was made on December 3rd. I have been calling about once a week and have spoke to Erica, tracie, Mike, Jose, Alfonso and probably more of them but I can’t remember names. Jose was very unprofessional taking my payment and never making sure that my policy went through. My mortgage company was trying to reach them for a policy, which Route 66 never provided, it lead to my mortgage company charging me 3 times more than need for flood insurance. I finally called to speak with a manager Noelia and even she took more than a week to issue my insurance. I called a different insurance and they got my policy done in 2 DAYS!!! This insurance is not profesional and should care more about their customers. I do not recommend to anyone! Now let’s see how long it takes them to cancel my policy and give me a refund.

Mike at Route 66 came highly recommended by the finance guy at the dealership where I bought my new vehicle. I was very unhappy with my previous agent, and after one visit with Mike, the deal was sealed. He searched and searched for the cheapest rates for me and explained everything thoroughly. He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with all my questions. He found a rate for my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that is less than I was paying for my 6 year old Chrysler 300. I am extremely pleased so far and would highly recommend Route 66 Insurance.

Route 66 will not work with you at all...They have to many loop holes have a 2015 hyundai sonata that needed a cylinder head replaced. Route 66 covered everything on top of the cylinder and the engine....Engine is more likely needs to be replace but not willing to help the customer out. I don't recommend using Route 66 only think of themselves and not the customer

Melissa (The receptionist) constantly hangs up on me. I wanted to review my homeowners insurance and she gets overwhelmed. Alonzo and Mike (the supervisors ) are never available to speak with me. This is one of the worst customer experiences i've worked with.

I have been with Route 66 Ins. for many years now and they are spot-on every time. Very friendly and professional. They have always been getting me the cheapest insurance for our home and auto. They have saved me so much time, stress and money. Thanks Mike!

Called twice for a quote, both times was tolls I works here a call back! Never got a call back!!! Don’t waste your time!

This insurance is a total SCAM they cover nothing that needs to be covered and if they do it’s overly expensive
