UPDATE 8-30-23 re: Absolutely Rude Clerk I quick update. Tony Diaz Operations Manager at this location immediately contacted me and has looked into this situation. I was very pleased with the outcome and Store Manager Thomas Martin has been made aware of this incident as well. The clerk will be retrained and has been made aware this behavior will not be tolerated. ALL WAS CAUGHT ON CAMERA along with audio. Surely pleased with the outcome. Will be returning once again. Thank you Tony for handling this in a very professional manner. Absolutely rude clerk! Barbara ID 101 light skinned woman, glasses and small tat on her left hand tended to my mother and I. Not at all courteous and lacked any level of customer service skills. This woman must be having a bad day but no excuse to treat your clients less than. I've worked in the customer service industry for YEARS and I've never met someone so rude and extremely unhappy. I was under the impression that any and all customers should be treated with the utmost respect and with much decency. Not a hello or goodbye at any point. While we bagged our groceries, this woman took no care to handle any item carefully as she abruptly pushed the items towards me and ruined one of our items which we endeavored to take care of. Our sweet bread was ruined and she paid no mind to her mishandling of our EXPENSIVE products. Really disappointed with this experience. Not my first time here but certainly will be my last. I will be sure to share this on all social media and post these reviews throughout the web. Fortunately I have a large following of the latino community and will be contacting corporate as well. Either retrain this woman or let her go. Any and all experiences should be great especially when you're patronizing latin establishments as this. There is a person called Idalis who mistreated me and my mom, in a manner that looks like a racial thing. We are Cubans and my mother were humble while asking to receive a work form but he told her in three occasion that there were no position open and she would not receive anything from her and also the manager likes to see everyone in person so trying online was also bad, this is untrue (you may find this in the online application place). Please if you have a way to submit a claim against this kind of behavior let me know. I am also writing here so people know better the interior of this store, the majority of workers are nice people mistreated by her. Please help. I do not have pictures or evidence but IGA does since they have cameras installed they can see for sure her rejecting mom and most likely others and this is my hope too, IGA is a decent market and will not tolerate this behavior.

I received a hot plate from the hot food area. After I received my food, the red head woman assisting at the self pay thought I was stealing the food when I was on the way to grab a bottled soda which is located on the opposite side of the hot food area. She screamed, “Sir!!! You have to pay over here” I was so embarrassed! I advised her I was getting a soda and I was not leaving without paying. I will never return to to this Rowes! I understand if there are many thefts in the store, but you can’t judge everyone the same. I’ve been a costumer at Rowes for sometime now, but I will never shop at the beach blvd location again!

I am in love with this supermarket. I found all the puertorrican products I was looking for and way more. Service 5 stars Products 5 stars Since I cant find any of the things I bought in my state I am okay paying a little bit more for everything I got. Syrop de piragua. Limbers Kola champagne. UVA's colony. Coco Rico. Salchichon. Morcilla. Pasteles. Piña Buena. Pankies. Serenatas. So much more!

Did grocery this morning. Bought 2 ground beef. Expires in 2 days. When i opened the package at home, it was already bad. Tried contacting the store to let them know its bad, 1st cal i was on hold for more than 20 minutes. Decided to try and call again. Same thing on hold for more than 20 minutes. Well if they get a lawsuit about food poisoning, tried to warn the store

This is a nice store. Very clean and organized. The employees were all pleasant and accommodating. They have a great selection of meats and fish as well as Hispanic products. The produce was fresh and abundant. I saw a lot of things you cannot find anywhere else such as avocado ice cream and other snacks and treats.

They need to do some cleaning no doubt. The meat shouldn’t be sitting in the basket and not in a cooler. Prices are good not super great because nothing is super great. If they put just a little more effort and money into Rows they honestly could be major. You find some hard to find things there

Anytime I go it's packed.... I swear they need a traffic light on aisle... all of them. That's okay though the people who shop and work here have manners and that's what matters. Meats are fresh and priced reasonably and fresh. It's clean and smells clean as well.

Great store and selection,but they have a lot of strange people in in the parking lots. There was two strange white people, standing by people's cars and in front of the store. One, wearing white sweat pants,was eyeing people down,like he was a serial killer.

Huge shout out to Vo (if that's how you spell it?) Behind the bakery counter, she took time out of her day to really help us with our purchase, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to give us assistance. Thank you and thank you Rowes!

The employees are very rude. Since the people who organize the meat, the people selling food and even the supervisor in the cashiers. Everybody has an actitud with the customers. …

The hot food Cafe is amazing, delicious, good price, and the baked chicken is made perfect. Sweet potato casserole is a tasty recipe. The girls are sweet and work hard to prepare the food.

Shopping here is always a pleasure! The ethic nature of the products makes picking each meal an adventure in discovering new things. The meat department also does a great job!

The best latino supermarket in Jacksonville because they have everything I need Great burgers and T-bone steak and my favorite beers from peru and Colombia

This was my second trip here from Georgia. I cannot get enough of this place. A friend and I took a road trip just to shop and will be doing it again soon.

Usually pretty well stocked, pricing is definitely reasonable, mostly ethnic type foods at this location. Largely Hispanic.

Certain food products are bit pricey, but that's understandable for today's economy. Store looks clean and organized.

the prices at this store are great. don't have EVERY variety that I want, but this my new favorite grocery store.

You can find all kinds of ethnic foods as well as the usual staples. Really good prices in fresh seafood.

This place is reasonably priced and always extremely busy. They do manage to get you in and out.

They have expired products check expiration date I did report in 3 different occasions .
