On my way back home in San Jose from San Diego, I stopped by this gas station on 7/5/2017. My wallet accidentally dropped out of my pocket there and I didn't know i had lost it until I came to another stop about 200 miles away. When I was back home in San Jose, I called this Chevron Gas Station. An employee told me that a customer had found it and returned it to the store. He told me to come to get my wallet. I told him that I couldn't come as I was 300 miles away and asked him to mail it to my home address. He told me that he would ask his supervisor to call me the next day to arrange for the return of my wallet. The next day, I was in contact with the supervisor and gave him instructions to send it back. I was very happy to get my wallet back in 2 days with all everything intact. I want to say thank you to the supervisor and all employees at this Chevron gas station for their honesty, friendliness and helpfulness.
6/11/18 One of our stops on the way home yesterday was right before traffic suddenly stopped near Magic Mountain (more fires or something caused a huge traffic jam). But we were prepared with beef jack links ($13.99 for a huge bag), my fave jerky, Ole trapper, the spicy version ($13.59), a new top 5 best ever jerky, carne seca chile ($5.99), 2 bags of pumpkin seeds, cracked pepper flavor ($2.59 each), one bear claw ($1.99) and a large hot coffee ($2.09). Used the restroom which was mostly clean and had friendly service at the counter before filling our car and getting back on the road!
Visited 06/28/2016 on vacation, two years ago, but I feel the need to write here because a male cashier was so rude to me that it made me upset, even to a point where a customer came upto me as I was leaving to check I was ok. I am British, I was visiting Six Flags, having flown about 8000 miles to come here. I was buying gas like anyone else does, albeit in different surroundings on the opposite side of the road - but the guy serving rang me up without a word, looking at me, said and then as I left he practically shouted 'SEE YA!' at me as I walked out.
This is the worst gas station in the valley. I wish there was a different station that offered e85 so I would never have to come back. I came at 1130 pm and was told the store is closed until after the "switch over at midnight" Came now at 530 am and theres a sign saying closed until 6 am. None of this would be a problem except the e85 pumps say error - pay inside! What a joke!
The manager was very helpful, and he kept the property clean. I was visiting from Oxnard and arrived to see trash dumped down the street. I cleaned it up, and when getting fuel was assisted by the manager for trash disposal. It's awesome when a business cares for their neighborhood. The streets are clean for now. Thanks to Jose!
I have two suggestions, first if you are going to close your doors and block all the gas pumps for most of the night you should update the info on Google. Second try not to snap at customers about being closed and refer several times to a sign that doesn't exist. Fortunately there is another option across the street.
this place USED to be awesome because it was the only E85 station in the valley area. now, it's SUCKS for the exact same reasons, because the owner has decided to price gouge. price went from $1.99 a gallon to almost $3.00 in the span of what, 2 years? everywhere else in the city is still cheap, screw these guys!
As most of us E85 customers should know, it isn't the most accessible option for fuel, let alone at $5.19 a gal. There's a Shell about a mile northeast, @ $3.99 a gal just FYI. Don't forget to use your rewards and save yourself a couple cents that can go a longgggg ways. …
Good place. Easy access to freeway. After hours you have to use the window on the right side For their "safety " If u want to use the bathrooms go to Denise restaurant behind them. During the day theirs a lot street bendors so be careful.
Very rude , disrespectfull cashier michael with bad mouth and attitude , no restrooms for customers , he said go piss on back of the building , i am wondering how come he is still working here
I came here one night and the guys working the counter were so stupid. I just left and went some where else and I was almost out of gas, that's how much I didn't want to deal with them.
Nice that they have e85 but not sure its worth the wait. *_* you have to have real patience to come here. The E85 pump does not give receipts you have to walk in if you want one.
My most used station on my way to Valencia. They also carry E85 gasoline which is rare for most stations. Store is nice also, gold drinks and snacks much like any other.
Restrooms shutdown plus ATM out of service...July 31st Tues 10:56pm... employee referring me to go use Denny's restroom next door
I like that it's one close by.. But please we need to make it more safer for the drivers and pedestrians .. A lot of blind spots
This place has been there as long as I can remember we used to gas up there when I was a student at SYLMAR high ! I am now 65 .
This Chevron is finally one of the first station in the San Fernando Valley to carry E85! Thanks to them for carrying it!
Only this station at the valley have e85 ethanol ...is cheap and I'm very happy with the price just $1.99 thanks guys
They closed night, cannot use a restroom! It is very big problem for America, Actually for California! ♀️ …
Rosemary LaBianca's purse was found in the toilet at this gas station after she was murdered by the Manson family.
Love that they have E85 pumps at this place. Just wish it was located in a better spot.
Its a small gas station at least i got what i needed
Service fast. No restroom is bad. They don't care
Only dam place in the valley that sells E85
At night the service lags it
The cashier was so cheap
Doesn't sell e85 sunday
