1. Very crowded. Long waiting line. Avoid taking your young puppy here. As there maybe many unhealthy dog in the line. Also no proper place to sit and wait. You will have to stand outside. 2. Inside there is a room where there are at least two dogs and 5-7 people at a time. In covid times, this arrangement is highly contaminated. Also, I don't like the idea of keep two dogs nearby, as it may spread diseases. 3. The doctor was not very keen to check my puppy. He just checked his ears. He didn't check the respiration, joints, pests, eyes or any such thing. 4. They do not clean the accessories like trimmer before switching dogs. Very inhygenic. 5. They have a pet store for food, toys and medicine. But they do not offer ANY DISCOUNT. From outside you can get 15-20% discount on food, and at least 10 % on medicines. 6. And the end, the overall cost is also very high. As they do not do anything complimentary. They will do many things without asking, such as nail clipping, ear cleaning, trimming and at the end, they will charge for everything individually. The vaccination cost is also a bit high compared to market. A vaccine of 400rs is here given at 550. 7. The staff member is good, coorporative and smart.

Finally a vet who knows his stuff!!! Having visited several vets to establish why my dog was itching excessively ( no ticks or fleas etc) and being sold every shampoo, antihistamine, food supplement and herbal remedy on the market. I have found a vet who straight away knew the cause and how to solve it! No wonder my poor dog has been so uncomfortable.... Turns out she has 3 skin problems going on : bacterial, fungal and scabies. She has needed to be totally shaved to best aid her treatment and now starts the long process of trying to cure all 3 issues. What I cannot understand is how 3/4 separate vets have failed to correctly diagnose not even one of these conditions!!! Absolutely appalling! Definitely sticking with this vet now, not only is he clearly knowledgeable but the facilities were sterilised and his staff capable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Doesn’t deserve any star. They might have been good in the past. Now it’s just a wasteland. Always crowded and not enough staff. The doctors don’t even look at your pet properly. The staff there deserves much higher rating than the doctors. Extremely irresponsible diagnosis. For a small abscess that my cat had, they gave the highest level of antibiotics which immediately led to Liver failure and eventually death. She was absolutely healthy. When the case gets critical they just ask you to stop coming, deny basic saline. Scare you with diagnosis and if you go and get the test reports, no surprise, everything comes negative.

One of worst experience with Dr. Ashish Holey of Royal pet clinic.. His diagnosis, approach and treatment was very irresponsible, no feedback and no proper reports and his wrong diagnosis and without sharing any reports and proper guidance after treatment has lead to our pug pet dog in a fatal condition. If he would have responded properly and diagnosed properly with due diligence this situation would not have arised.. i will never recommend anyone to get treated by Dr. Ashish Holey of Royal pet clinic as his attitude and behaviour and treatment very bad and could lead to fatalities

I have been taking my pet to Royal pet from past few years. Both the doctors - Dr. Swapnil and Dr. Ashish are commendable at their job - my 14 year old pet was suffering from gastroenteritis last week - the doctors provided the best consultation and care to my pet and she is doing much better now. The staff here is also very friendly to the pets . I would like to thank them for speedy recovery of my dog . Although , the clinic is a little expensive but good service comes with a cost .Anyone who is looking for a vet clinic - this is a must must place .

It has been observed that Veterinary doctors do not give pet owners a written record of the injections or treatment they administer. It is my personal experience with Dr. Swapnil Nagmote that he does not give written record of any injections being given by him It's the fundamental right of every pet parents to have the details of each and every injection given including the dose. Ask for a written prescription else DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO SUCH VETS.

Seems like the doctor just wants to finish "the Business". No adequate attention was given to my feral kitten as the doc handled 3 cases at a time. No guidance, I mean you have to ask everything there; not suitable for first time pet parent as they don't have requisite knowledge. Also, the charges are not reasonable compared to other private clinics in Nagpur. Things could change if they appoint more vets willing to give proper guidance!

The doctors and the staff are both friendly and explain everything in details about the pets. Fees are resonable as per the treatment. Most recommended clinic for your beloved pets I would suggest! The timing published on Google however is incorrect. The clinic is open till 9:00pm in the night and not throughout the night.

Dr. Swapnil is a very experienced and a knowledgeable Doctor who has empathy for his patients. He removed a wart on my dog's foot surgically effortlessly and my pet is very fine now. Very polite and humble Doctor. I will surely suggest Dr. Swapnil's name to other pet parents.

Two veterinarians sit alternately here... Proper checkup is done every time with nails filling , cleaning of ear. Also you have a pet store attached and the doctor himself advises what's good and not.. I even get a notification on my cellphone everytime i have an appointment.

Doctors are good but inexperienced. Too many tests , trial and error , to find out the reason for my dog's loss of appetite. Didn't get clear answers about certain readings ( beyond limit) in the blood report. Quite expensive for recurring visits.

These guys are real pros, they have a xray and ultrasound unit at their clinic. They also do better diagnosis by practising blood checkups. Taking my pets to them since last decade. Do go with an anappointment, the clinic is always full.
