Simply avoid buying from here! We bought 2 recliners from the store. We asked them a few times about whether it can be taken up as our stairs are 2.5-3 feet wide and the sales person kept committing that it is a non issue. We paid in full and ordered. The delivery boys landed and said they cannot lift it. Had to call the store multiple times and after coordinating they sent 2 people from store. They managed to bring it up without any issue. Now comes the next part. One recliner had missing parts which neither the 2 delivery boys checked not the 2 store people checked. The other recliner is a used one with oil stains on headrest and other stains on the body. The technician said he will not raise a complaint and asked me to call the store. The store sales person asked me to call customer care. Customer care says technician should have taken photos and sent. For 2 days they have basically kept us running from one number to another without any ownership. After all this when I shouted at customer care, they ask for an email with all pictures from me and I received a complaint number. Again called them to check on status but they say it has to be reviewed for validity. This is ridiculous. 1 recliner doesn't have all parts and another is dirty and their own staff has seen it but they want validation after taking 100% payment plus tips for delivery guys and tips for technician. Still unresolved and we don't know if our money is down the drain.

Changing review from 1 to 2 stars. Story time. Took over a month for delivery and no notification given about the delays. Bought coffee table from this place on Nov 6th. They said that the model is available at a different Royal Oak so it would take a week. After visiting the shop for complaining 3 times, and calling 4-5 times eventually got the table on December 7th with a minor alignment issue. Every time we complained we have told that if the delay is notified it's fine, or else we have to stay home from work just for this. Just met with apologies and "will be delivered tomorrow for sure" We didnt want to bother to fix the minor issue. I gave the 1 star review without description and immediately they started calling and asking what the issue is multiple times, sent a technician to fix the table and now they keep asking us to revert the bad review. Changing the review from 1 to 2 stars for the quick fix. *Moral of story is if there is a problem don't confront them, just put a bad review*

Iam updating my review from a 1 star only to thank and praise the work done by Bhavani and Mohammad in resolving this long standing issue in a matter of a week!!! I'd like to commend Bhavani and Mohammad for their amazing and prompt service and efforts for getting this long standing (10+ month) issue resolved finally and having the furniture and products delivered without further delay today the 1st of April 2022. Issues I faced were with defects in the products. Finally after agreement of allowing a trade off and store credit, again issues with that as the main paper work hadnt been done by an earlier manager. But Bhavani and Mohammad helped me promptly in sorting the issue and getting the different products delivered promptly. They are the ones that have made my experience "Good" in a way with dealing with this brand. Thanks Bhavani and Mohammad! ***********************************

Highly unsatisfied with their customer service and bad quality of product. Last month I purchased dinning table with 4 chair. They cheated me by delivering one chair with broken leg. And after complaining customer care guy asking me to get repair and use under warranty. Which is ridiculous. I am sure they are having this kind of tactics to sale damaged item with fresh delivery. Till today they have not replaced the broken chair.

I have purchased a customisable corner sofa and center table from here. .. ..it was sooo good by the quality , the very amazing thing about this is of its comforts. They will take 3 days for delivery of the product , but the delivery was on time.With the support of the team , we have got the installation on the day of delivery . Many good products are available . The products are sleek and stylish.

RoyalOak Furniture’s looks good but the quality and durability is a big setback. Reaching out to service is really troublesome. Even after that, they will not respond and provide any resolution even if you request for paid service. They won’t respond for paid services calls if they don’t see an option to charge 10k per visit. Dining table chairs upholstery came off after 6 months which costed a lakh.

We purchased a sofa from Berlynoak HSR layout. We had a great experience and got everything they had promised. Bhavani is very prompt and ensured that we get the best price and it was delivered within 3-4 days as promised. They have a good collection of home furnishings and I recommend Berlynoak HSR for your furnishing needs.

The delivery and installation was perfectly done. Mr.Ramanji came and installed the dinner table and chairs with ease and explained the after care details too. Really happy with the service. Happy with the product so far but need to use it for a few months before giving the final verdict.

Delivery was delayed than what was promised. To add to that few panels were defective so it took another 4-5 days to get them replaced. Yusuf came for installation and did wonderful job. He calmly listened to our queries, requests and set up everything nicely.

We took a study table from this store . They send a defect product. From past 20 days I am following with them . There is no response. After posting my issue in the forum customer support has resolved the issue easily in 3 days . Thanks a lot .
