BUYER BE AWARE! This place sells lemon cars. Three red flags: they don't allow you to take the car to a mechanic for inspection, they will only accept cashier's check, they will not provide a carfax. Please check Car Guru before buying a car from them, all of the cars are overpriced. I bought an unsafe car for my daughter! I paid $7600 for a 2008 Honda Fit with 116,544 miles. First, the backseat latch was broken. Second, every month for a year a new light will come on to fix a new problem until it stopped running. We decided to sell it, and that's when we found out about the major accident the car has been involved! We only got $1500 back which doesn't make up for all the expenses to fix it throughout a year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is where problem cars end up...

Buyer beware....We purchased a vehicle and 2 days later the check engine light went on. We took it to be serviced and were told the engine was bad. When we notified the dealer, he told us the vehicles are sold As Is...Which we understand that they are used vehicles and may require some maintenance, but an engine? The car is worthless and we paid him $5000 cash. He wasn't even willing to discuss a trade of a different vehicle or compensation for the replacement of an engine. This type of business is considered "Theft". Any reputable company would at least be willing to rectify the situation. Their unwillingness speaks volumes of the type of business they conduct. So spare yourselves the aggravation and shop elsewhere. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to report them.

Very unsatisfied with my purchase. I purchased a vehicle that I only drove twice before it locked up and broke down. The vehicle has numerous things wrong with it. The cost of repairs exceeds the amount I paid for the vehicle. I paid in full with cash. Since I signed the buyers agreement I am now the owner of a lawn ornament. And I don't even have the title or plates yet. *May 18 2021 ***UPDATE The van that I purchased is still in the shop due to numerous findings wrong with it. It was leaking oil and is a huge fire hazard. It's hard to believe that the seller did not know about these issues before selling it to us. Maybe someday I will get my van working and be able to drive it.

Bought a 2003 honda civic hybrid ; with 115,00 miles . only lasted me four months due to needing a new transmission. And I was LIED to by their sells rep "Minnie" ,that ensured me their onsight mechanic checked my car before purchase and said it was good to go . But seriously just go to a certified delearship you will save so much more money in the end . They will rip you off with their smiles and charming words but they're snakes DO NOT buy from Ruben auto sales they're trash .

DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE. MY FAMILY BOUGHT 3 cars from them and Christmas Day they came and towed all 3 cars because one of the vehicles was one payment behind. When we arrived at the tow yard in a unsavary part of town one cars entire frontend was taken off and the other the entire windshield was shattered. And we were advised by the manager that he was told by the owner to take all 3 cars and make us have to pay the fees.... This is some shady dealership and i will be contacting the better business

Service was good before the sale. My vehicle had immediate issues within a few days. I did a major tune up and my truck was still riding very rough plus engine light went on indicating emission problems. The sales associate who assisted me was no help & basically told me he couldnt do anything for me. I was very disappointed with my purchase & have spent $2000 out of pocket to get it running somewhat decent. Based off my experience I woud not recommended this place to anyone.

I got a car, within 3 weeks of having the car, the transmission gave out. Helped put money into fixing it while still having a monthly payment. Then one day the car totally gave out. Again within a 3 week period of having it. So i gave the car back & recieved ONLY a portion of my money & didn't get what i put into the transmission back. Said "the government took out taxes" Government doesn't take $600 in taxes thats an outrageous amount. So no bueno

My husband got a car here & although it seemed like a good deal in the beginning, we had to fork out money on this car that we didn't want to spend. Problems after problems after problems. After a recall issue being fixed, it was fine but now the transfer case has a problem. Never ending! The staff was friendly & helpful but come on! My husband just wanted a nice car for once, especially when he had been suffering with an old car for years prior.

Great service. Easy going friendly, and most important very knowledgeable staff. Was in and our in less than 20 mins. Test drive was what took me longer. It's a comfortable spot that has been in business for over 20 years. It's easy to find and has a variety of vehicles. Got my vehicle here. Very glad I chose to do business with them. I'm a happy customer. I strongly recommend ya'll visit them.

Great considerate family owned place but the car we got was rigged up with the electrical wiring causing costly repairs. Check your vehicle of choice well,very well,because these problems we had can't Be seen or heard so we didn't find out til it was too late.so checking it by sight or sound ain't enough

The customer service here is awesome! I purchased the exact car that I wanted and love it every day that I drive it. They immediately offered us the carfax for this vehicle upon arrival, let us test drive it no problem, and were very helpful otherwise. We will definitely purchase from them again.

I bought a Tahoe for my wife and our baby and on the drive back home, which is an hour away, the check engine light turned on. Now im stuck fixing a car because of their policy. I get it, business is business, but they sat there and sold me a bad car for my child… thats really disturbing.

Do Not buy a vehicle from Ruben! We bought a Honda and first the battery went dead. Then the timing chain gave out. Then after fixing that 3 months later the engine gave out! The mechanic does the bare minimum to get the cars running then its your problem. Bad business!

Bought my truck guy was fast friendly paper work didn't take that long he had it all ready to go .. test drive is less than 20 min which I understood .. It's in shop for transmission but I can't wait to be able to drive it can't beat price

I just came here to look at a Mazda and the employees explained the car was sold shortly beforehand. Regardless of that slight disappointment, both employees I spoke to were very kind and friendly.
