How did this get good reviews.? First the rooms are very very small...and seemef dirty. The welcoming warm reception room is misleading 2nd the 45 minute massage was really 30 min. Way over priced for time and service. Finally the male masseuse (the only other choice was a very large black girl- in a supposedly Thai place I expected a petite Thai or at least an Asian female) spent the entire time on 2 spots he made very painful. He didn't touch the reason I came in - nor did he bother to ask- which was my right leg and hip after a day of walking. All in all, 1 star is too generous.

Went there today for the show, I am not happy with their time management. As a result, I just have 20 minutes massage because of the following plan. However, Rio did an amazing job! Just 20 minutes deep tissue massage and I felt totally relieved. I had a long time issue with my left shoulder. I think it’s the best one in London. I hope you can improve your schedule, will definitely back again in the future and highly recommend to others!

I chose to have reflexology on a walk-in appointment. The girl behind the counter was polite & professional. The place was homely & had a relaxing environment. I can honestly say that it was the best foot massage I've had since Singapore. The young girl that carried out my massage was pleasant, smiling, friendly, caring, excellent verbal communication was of high standard. I look forward in returning in the future. Thank you!

After walking 150 miles over the past two weeks. I really needed a foot massage. We came across this place and I’m so happy we did. From the moment we walked into the door, the service was wonderful. My husband surprised me for my birthday by taking me to Rupert jade for a full body massage and I must say it was the best experience. It was amazing!! Diana and Nilami were the best therapists and made sure me and my husband had a relaxing time. Got massage from a woman who was ill and coughed all the time. It was not pleasant that they did this. I feel she had stuff from her nose on her fingers and also massaged me with this. I came to get pain away in my neck and she did nothing to help me. But after massage she said I could come back and she will fix it for a new massage. Will not recommend this place.

This was the worst massage experience I've had. It definitely wasn't worth the money, and the massage didn't seem to be from professionally trained staff. To make matters worse, one of the masseurs inappropriately asked my friend if they wanted a 'special' massage. I'm surprised by the positive ratings – they don't seem accurate. I would not recommend this place at all.

I was able to walk in for a 30 minute (I only had 30mins to spare) Deep tissue massage today. I had a gentleman named Rio. An excellent masseuse, listened to my trouble lower back pains and my glutes. He was able to hit every spot to loosen my muscles. He even did my neck/bottom of my head which released the tensions. Any one getting a massage, ask for Rio!

The staff was super friendly and attentive, the location is easy to reach and simple to find. We had an hour hour deep tissue massage and it was amazing, the masseuse were great and their technic ans strength were perfect. We really enjoyed it and we can only recommend it! So sad this is the worst massage we, my mom and I have ever tried. 45mins was not fully consumed. Noisy place you hear people talking here and there, staffs are not good communicator towards clients. The massage feels like they are in a rush and we really dont feel relaxed. So sad, we havr high expextations.
