So I went to this place as I need a full blown back, neck and shoulder massage as I was well and truly in pain due to working on a desk (Usually I go get massages when and if needed as by doing a desk job and having not the best of posture can affect those parts. Kung did any amazing job and made sure the pressure was okay. It was lovely and peaceful with soft sounds in the background in an induvial room. Contacting them via the phone was a bit of a pain (Good at picking up the phone and texting back). I booked my treatment via treatwell and that was an easy process. Their prices via text and via treatwell are two very different things- so please be aware prices are not the same (that why i'm giving it a star less- it was not advised on treatwell their main price and how much it was discounted so it came as a surprise). Nonetheless- I came out feeling refreshed and happy.

I had a lovely lady called Fon today. My first visit to this business was just what I was hoping for. Really impressed and will return. I Am even going to book hubby in for today as I feel guilty that he’s missing out. Professional, courteous, prompt at replying to booking enquiry. Great ambiance, pretty and smelt nice. The massage I asked for was truly very very deep and thorough. Just what I wanted. Obviously you can book different types to suit your needs. I’m impressed at the willingness to maintain the style throughout. Felt longer than an hour. I could have stayed longer and next time I will probably book the 90 minutes. Am feeling like I’ve been given a new body. Happy customer

I had visited this place one afternoon and I must say this place is great the staff are very professional and knowledgeable . They had gone through treatments with me for my issue. The reflexology treatment and Thai Massage is amazing very clean and clam environment. My wife has also visited and she is so happy with the lashes and nail treatments. She is a regular now to this place . I am so happy with this place I can go far as saying best place in London in the industry. Thanks All at Sabia Arom and see you soon .

Not sure who the other reviewers saw, but the masseuse today was not of this earth. At least that’s what I assume because she was completely unfamiliar with the human body and had never touched one before. Her aggressive, random rubbings were perhaps attempts to understand how we function; to see how we unzip or fit together? I don’t know - but it certainly wasn’t a massage. I stopped her after 20 mins and left, now more tense than when I came in, fearful of the coming invasion.

Well, I think this is the lowest level of stars I have ever given. Not putting 1 star since I have never ended up using service. We booked the couple massage since we saw it online and called and confirmed over the phone. When we arrived, we were advised that yes, you can have a couple’s massage but in separate rooms. When only distinction of couples massage from ordinary is that it’s done in same room, then the question is… what’s the point? Don’t like being misled.

I had a two hour deep tissue and Thai fusion massage. I am a triple jumper training 6 days a week and have been on the look out for a massage therapist who intuitively understands the body. Katie had that ability! I did not need to highlight areas that need working as she knew what muscles that needed work based on touch. The best massage to date! Would highly recommend!

Excellent masseuse only issue is the really loud man who runs the hairdressing upstairs. he needs to understand that people want peace and quiet and don't appreciate hearing him screeching at the top of his lungs trying to persuade customers to buy his products. Massage parlour and hairdressing therefore do not make a good combination at all. such a shame.

Clean place with very professional Thai staff. They have few rooms with shower facility. Massage itself was fabulous. The best I ever had. I've been there several times and I know what I'm saying. Even comparing to the one you get in Thailand this one is way better. I bought package of 5 treatments with an extra 1 for free. Great deal. Highly recommended.

Katie and Kom were amazing. My partner had a traditional Thai massage and I had a combination massage. I was feeling sore around my lower back due to long hours of sitting in front of a desk. After our session, I’m completely revealed and healed! Every move is right on spot. So glad we chose to come here. We enjoyed our time and will come back for more!

Best massage ever. Kom (I might be butchering her name) was amazing. She eased up the knots in back and shoulders from playing. She twisted, stretched and turned my back and shoulders in ways that wouldn’t imagine and that too, I’m quite a bit bigger than her. Came away happy. Frankly the benchmark for deep tissue massage.

Had an amazing combination thai massage. Honestly, better than the one I had in Bali couple of years ago. Definitely worth a price and will be coming back. I’m used to back and shoulder pains due to working on a computer all day. Also, pain in my legs due to training at the gym. Left feeling amazingly refreshed!

Honestly the best massages my husband and I have ever had (and we've had many). The spa is immaculate and the masseuses are incredible!!! My neck and shoulders were so sore going in and I felt so light and completely knot-free walking out of a 90min deep tissue massage. Can't wait to go back!

Salon looks underwhelming outside and even when you get to the massage rooms downstairs. But the massage itself was great! First pregnancy massage and Katie was professional, took time and did not rush through the massage. I would definitely recommend and would go back there again!
