Russ really goes above and beyond. His prices are extremely reasonable, he's honest and isn't out to nickel and dime his customers. I initially hired him to install a filtering system I got at Home Depot, and when he saw it, he suggested I return it. Without enough knowledge, I bought a 3-cannister filter that was filtering out things that weren't even my water. Russ took the time to talk to me about what was in my water. He got me a filter that was more in line with what I needed filtered out, and he doesn't have the same markup as the big stores. It was very comparable in cost. Unfortunately, one issue the filter would never solve was the amount of sulfur in our water. It's a new house, a new well, and we have a huge amount of sulfur in the water. Russ got us an iron and sulfur air injection filter, again - cheaper than I was able to find on my own online. After initial installation, it was better, but not fixed. Russ came back without charging me any additional money, to tweak parts of the system, and upgrading the filtering media. He didn't stop until the system was fixed. He's honest, his prices are reasonable, he provided lots of options talking about the pros and cons, and was very low-pressure in his recommendations for what I needed to buy. I absolutely recommend his services.

I called Russell Plumbing because I noticed a casual water leak coming from my water tank; Russell quickly said it could be much more serious and made time to come to my house to address the problem. His team arrived on-time with everything they needed to finish the job. Upon inspection the tank was completely rusted out and could have caused a catastrophic basement flood any day. Thankfully this (and another small issue or two ) were quickly resolved by Russell Plumbing. Could not recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

I was super happy with the experience! Very professional when it comes to doing what they said and the timing that they said it would be done. Their job is super clean that even other trades people were amazed!! When they say something will be done and the time frame trust them that it will!
