A great track to take your kids however it might be a little too long, at some point you'll need to be very careful as there is a couple times you cross a car park road which strangely enough is part of the track. Beautiful scenery, beats a boring track. Right near the water, some cool little metal floor bridge tracks that sound like your on a roller coaster kids love it. Just don't go too far almost feels like it doesn't end.

Fantastic bicycle path for transit between Meadowbank and Parramatta. This path cross through a variety of parks and river environments. At times the path is on a raised platform above mangroves.

Just follow the path for safe and secure cycling track from Parramatta to Olympic park. Mostly nature route and plenty of scenery.

Great path. But too many humans and pets after 10am on weekends. Consider it when planning to ride.

I've been there twice with my 8yr old on his bike and we both enjoy the ride.
