The staff at this supermarket make me feel uncomfortable. There is no, “hey, how are you?” or “thank you.” They don’t say “you’re welcome.” I’ve even had one staff member whistle at me when I passed him in the aisle. And for the last 3 years, I’ve done my best to ignore it and try and shop locally; yesterday, I spent $70 on cold cuts and the man behind the counter said “oh god” every time I have him the combo order I want. “is that finally all?” I have asked a few women I know about how they feel shopping here, and they feel like second class citizens. If the attitudes of employees toward women do not improve, I know I absolutely will start getting in my car and driving to Fine Fair or even Pruzzo’a in Pelham Bay. There are ample stores in the area who will not ignore, harass, or berate it’s customers. Editing my review. One of the employees snatched a bag of my child’s shoulders to ensure she wasn’t shop lifting. This establishment is filled with miserable employees. We will never shop here again.

A little pricier than a chain grocer (ex. Stop & Shop) but not by much. The premium in price may be worth the convenience because it is a quick and easy visit. Clean store, friendly staff. They have a deli that I have not tried for dietary purposes but it always looks and smells delicious. They accept card and contactless payment methods (pretty massive convenience in my opinion). They also offer door dash/Seamless delivery for the deli.

I was a regular here for about 7 years. A small space, but I was never found wanting. I lived in the neighborhood, had no car, so I always did all of my grocery shopping here. They always had everything I needed. Plus, it's really clean, and the staff was always fantastic. There were even times late at night, they had no cashier, and let me check out my huge shopping cart at the deli register :) I miss this place!

Arrived a few minutes before 4pm on a Saturday and was Refused Entry by an Older Jamaican woman who stated "We are closed". I was at the entrance at 3:51 and just needed a few packs of burgers and buns for a BBQ dinner I was hosting. Place looks well stocked but from my Experience at the Front Door and the Person that Represented that Establishment, I will never go back to this place again.

The overpriced foods are beneficial to this market, as the closest competition is, roughly, a ten to 15 minute walk away. No problem for drivers; however, they wouldn't come here. Tadget is about a 15 minute drive away... The staff is always friendly and warm. And the customer service is always great. I only come here when visiting a relative. Otherwise, no dice.

Afther spending Sunday afthernoon in the Bronx with my wife's friends. We stoped off at S&W Supermarket . To pickup milk before heading back to Queens. I stayed in the car , as my wife ran in . When she got back in the car . She said a gallon of milk was seven dollars !" So she bought a half gallon of milk . . . . Everything has gone up way to much !!!!!!!!!"

It is always a pleasure doing business with them. I been coming here since they first open. The owner is such a wonderful person. They are all friendly, food is fresh. They have a wide variety of items to choose from They keep the shelves well stocked This is my go to place when I do t feel like driving to Shoprite.

A great place to go for just about anything. Deli department is very good with a good selection. I've gotten hot sandwiches for breakfast, never any problems. They have a great selection as far as fresh salads. The only negative thing I can say is that sometimes it's a very long wait for your order.

I will not shop at this location. Staff racially profiles shoppers. The prices being way too high are less concerning than the lady cashier who accosted my 9 year old daughter to search her bag for theft. I strongly recommend shopping at Fine Fair.

Always clean. Deli always clean with fresh cuts of meats, cheeses, salads etc... Fresh produce. Well stocked. You can always find everything you need and some! Decent prices. Friendly staff. Comfortable environment.

This is my local deli, they have almost everything here. They also cater for events. The place is always clean and fully staffed. Always get top service with my friends at S & W Deli in the heart of Throggs Neck.

It's a small Supermarket with all that you need,they have it all,I love the Deli,I always buy my cold cuts there and the Prima Italian bread,great workers there,nice and clean always,highly recommend.

pricey but nice local store. However they need to work on their quality control. the fresh bread container had flies inside and the cheese had mold on it which i didn’t notice until i was home.

This is a great place to shop however just keep In mind They are pricey. They restock very quickly and their staff is nice and always there to help been going to them like over 2 years now.
