I rarely write reviews, but i am deeply compelled to give a shout-out to Rose and Daniel at Automotriz for being so spectacular. Here's the story... I flew from LA to Phoenix to purchase a cargo van from Automotriz a few months back. I was first impressed by their professionalism over the phone. As you can imagine, I was back and forth with Rose and Daniel for a few weeks figuring out the purchase details. Within those few weeks they were extremely helpful answering all my questions, returned my phone calls promptly, and were very transparent. I never got a sleazy or sketchy vibe, and I've had this problem at other dealerships, but not wit them. When I flew to Phoenix to get the car it was a holiday Sunday and the dealership was closed, but Rose and Daniel met me on their day off without hesitation. When I told them I was moving forward with the purchase they even threw in a free tank of gas. Since buying it, I've had complications with getting it reregistered in California and Rose and Daniel have continued to help me. I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima from Daniel, I wanted to take a moment to recognize him for his excellent customer service and attention to my needs when the hassle of buying a car is very stressful for me, He made me feel very welcomed while keeping a very professional Attitude when addressing my needs for a car. I was very satisfied to say the least on how fast and easy he made it to purchase without feeling awkward about the “sale” so to speak. He was very knowledgeable and had many options to offer me while I was there going over my financial options like I stated he was very attentive to my needs not a pushy sale, I definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see Daniel first!! Don’t buy from here! Bought a car here last month that no longer runs! They said it was ok and the firestone on 51st and baseline said that battery, windshield wipers and the tires were needed to be changed. The car stopped driving in the middle of traffic and I was almost rear ended with two others in the car. I paid 2700 dollars as a student in school that I now can’t drive to school or work now and the shop knew from the moment they sold it that there were issues with the car but instead of being honest about it so that I could actually get the issues fixed I was told there weren’t any so now I can’t even afford to fix the car like I could’ve have when I purchased had they just been honest instead of being liars. They can’t do honest business here so nobody should go to them. If they car priced the 2 thousands don’t buy it cause there will be an issue with the car guaranteed.

Got a chance to visit this Car lot thats under new management, and I have to say I experience the best service walking in there . Employees are very kind and helpful, as well as polite. They do have different variety of cars & trucks, now the cars are used but they’re in very good condition, almost like new. They also have/sell spare parts, tires , seats , different types of tools, etc. if anyone is looking for those type of things . But a Big Thank You to Daniel the manager for helping me choose the best car for me , and getting to ride off in my new car ! I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking or interested in buying a car or for anything else they have to offer .

Definitely recommend S.M.D Automotriz. Upon arrival we were greeted with professionalism and we were offered water. The staff was very friendly, humble, and explained everything accordingly. Real good people here seen a truck I had bin wanting on their lot. Stopped by Daniel was very helpful and above in beyond with the customer service was able to work out a deal on the truck and drove off truck is every thing he said it was no issues whatsoever I’d definitely go back if I was looking for another car

This is a great place if you are look to buy a used car they are very nice and will answer all questions you have. My girlfriend and I night a 2012 Honda Pilot front then and the experience was smooth like buying a car should be definitely will be going back when it comes time for another! Thank you guys!

I loved how friendly they were and how they worked with my credit , also building up credit as well with my car payments. My car is amazing and I've driven it to Sedona twice already since May 2020 and no problems.
