the dental clinic must close immediately, the equipment they use is old and broken and it’s unhygienic, the nurse whenever she is free she is coming to assist the doctor as she have her kids with her at the work place, the doctor don’t know what he is doing, and he don’t have the proper tools to work, they really don’t take it serious, which caused me an infection in my tooth and it was very painful due to their carelessness, I went another clinic and they did an xray Then they found one piece of metal broken in my tooth, so while the doctor was doing a root canal for me the Needle he used to kill the nerve it broke inside my tooth and he did not tell me about it and simply he put me the filling

Tanzanian employers should watch out for international employees who say they want to live in Tanzania and then when they get here and sign a contract they decide they don't like it anymore and go back to where ever Jose is from. The company who paid for the air fare and some very nice accommodation is then left thousands out of pocket and without the skilled staff they paid for, who left without even a proper resignation notice. Tanzanians are much more reliable. SANITAS is a good employer and we all love it, yes things are tough some times, but we all get paid. If you are in health care and want a job, I encourage you to try it.

Two years ago this hospital use to be nice. They had nice customer support and good doctors. Right now even the place is not clean and tidy as it use to be. At the entrance you will find bunch of damaged items dumped. The toilets Not clean anymore. Waiting time is terrible now as you will only find two Doctors on duty. We went there of r a simple liver function test its nor a third day they keep telling us the results are not ready as they are repairing their equipments and that is not with prior information I am driving 20 km everyday to go there to be told that the results are not ready yet.

Went to Samora to another dentist for my filling. He tried to make me get a crown instead. I said do xray and see how deep cavity is - "No no why expose you to radiation?". I've had enough experiences with such people. So then I somehow ended up with Dr.Haroona at Sanitas Hospital. Very good simple man. Straight went for the fillings and didn't have to spend extra penny due to my insurance. Advise to others - don't get overwhelmed by Dentists and their confident style of talking. Always get a second opinion - better. Will damage you less in life.

hai all.this is my valuable information to u all to seeking job in sanitas hospital, the CEO of this hospital Mr Moorthy will give you some better salary package and rest of the things,but that will remain as a package only.they will not going to pay your single penny also. i was there for 45 days as an employe.and when i ask for my salary they behaved very badly. this is own my experience, the same experience people many are there and personally i know them , so be carefull who is seeking job in sanitas. once again be carefull..all d very best.

All the times that I came to this hospital( more than 6 times). They never had toilet paper in the toilets. Imagine you have to take a urine test and there is no toilet paper in the toilet and the toilets are not clean even early in the morning. You always have to ask to get toilet paper or bring yours from home. They have only one person doing utrasound and x- rays so you will have to wait for hours to get an x-ray as the physician always priories the people taking ultrasound.

Do not go to this hospital, I could not stress this enough... Do not. Unless of course you have a death wish. The customer service is terrible. Their lab is barely operational. I've been told for a week that I still cannot get my results. Results that are supposed to take 3 hours. They have misdiagnosed me twice. If you were on the your way there make a U-turn, you'd have better chance getting treated by Google than the medical team there.

I went there last week and i got three medicines packets one is paracetamol and the other two (antibiotics!) which have the same function! still, were mixed in their packets( Med A was kept in packet B and Med B was kept in packet A), luckily the prescription was the same (1X2). After a week of using them i still show signs of the disease, I had to use money instead of the National health Insurance card to receive another treatment.

I have had the worst experiences at this hospital from 8 years ago when i gave birth at this hospital. Today i took my child there and after the diagnosis from the Dr the pharmacy did not have medication. She prescribed the second time and told me that if they dont have it I should go and buy it elsewhere. They should not be allowing people to get consultation from their doctors if they dont have a well equipped pharmacy

Am very disappointed with the service doctors (how can a doctor ask a patient advice on medication if I knew what to use I wouldn't have came to the hospital at first place) have poor management, nurses bad at injection. They need to do better managing …

Poor nurse service and care. The nurses totally disregarded wearing gloves and kept talking nonsense the fact that they couldnot find veins and even commented that nadeka just because i told them its painful I dont think i can recommend to anyone

I gone to Sanitas Hospital looking for dentist, good experience nothing to complain. Receptionist not friendly but professional. Doctor, nurse, cashier and pharmacist friendly and professional. Fair rates

i think something should be done about the nurses there has been poor customer service. Mainly the one involved with injection, sister Somoe should change

Very bad service, they stole my 20,000 and tested me for HIV end of the day they did not give me a receipt and they didn't give me any payment slip
