After my 3rd visit as European patient who has repeatedly experienced unnecessary and uncomfortable and thus unwelcoming behaviour I have to say something. But first to the positive: The main reception staff is solicitous, friendly & professional. All doctors I've seen have been absolutely superb and very kind. The laboratory staff has always been outstanding -professional, caring and fast.The pharmacy service is very professional too. Now to the unfortunate negative: At my first visit I thought, maybe the canteen staff had a bad day and I brushed it off, but since my 3rd and latest visit I can now clearly see and feel that the canteen staff is just totally rude how they respond to patient (!) inquiries. Rolling eyes, turning around, even raising their voice (at first visit). Im going to leave names out of here for now. However, this needs to urgently be address - its highly unprofessional in such an environment and so very unnecessary. Patients have enough other things on their mind and hospital staff & services should make them feel calm, safe and secure. Another issue which WE already noticed at our 2nd visit is, that the Radiology receptionists seem to be sligthly misplaced. This is a hospital and not a nail saloon and I am saying this, as they don't seem to have any motivation, compassion nor genuine care for patients that come for screens to them. They only give very sharp and arrogant answers as if to say: how dare we even ask them any questions at all. All in all I believe these two sections are possibly manned with too young staff members who have not yet understood what it means to provide 'patient care service'. I highly recommend extra customer care training for these sections, as this is not a good look to the outside at all and on that basis I am currently not able to recommend the hospital to my wider private and professional circle. *This comment will stay up as long as their are no changes*

We arrived at 20 17 at night as my 8 year old had dislocated her ankle whilst playing. We were informed that, in order to get an xray, we would need to pay double the usual amount for the x ray as bringing a case as hers after 'working hours' would be considered an 'emergency' situation. If we had brought her during the day, with the x-ray facility open we would pay the stated amount at the front desk. When I asked why the x ray facility was not open at night and the reason for double the stated charge, I was informed they had working hours. And that, like All hospitals, they would charge double for 'after working hours' even though the hospital website says they are open '24 hours'. If this is the case, hospitals should clearly state which facilities are open 24 hours and which are not. And for those that require an 'extra or double' charge after 'working hours' so parents and communities are better able to prepare themselves.

Location seems very calm but the purpose of a hospital is known for its hospitality, understanding and medical services, which these people are very bad in. They kept charging me for days in a row and I was still in constant pain, only at the end snapping back and they prescribed one injection and stopped the pain right there when they saw me getting temporarily angry. It showed how much they didn't care about the customers right and their main focus was to make most money as business and not the most impact in a sick person's life. Very hard follw up service and it just felt like a ripoff and money really doesn't matter, but the amount of time I spent in pain under their care was insane. Switching hospitals made a world of difference. Please for your help and goodness,, find and pick another place if you desire to heal as soon as possible. Glory is God's Have a good day

The hospital is oky but I lost my spectacle, after I was given a bed from Saturday to Sunday n when I came home n realize my spectacle wasn’t with me had to call reception and they promise me I will find it, but on Wednesday I went to check but they couldn’t find it and I wrote a letter until today no respond so I have so much headache, now I have to go and buy another spectacle, I think workers should be trained to be faithful.

Doctors are good service when you get it is good But in order to come for maternity clinic for checkup 10 min with Doc x 2 times Ultra sound Blood test all in all 40 min You should there 7 hours not less because of the Q for the Doctor and the Ultra sound This is crazy So I rank it 2 stas of 5 because of the extremely long time you need to wait which I didn't face in a y other place ever

Lack of feedback as the patient goes through the process is a big problem. Am highly disappointed at the staff. Instead of listening to our inquiry, they have answers/excuses regarding the time it takes feedback from lab.

This Hospital is Located at Yacht Club Road. It is very near to the United Nation Office. It also has Pharmacy in the same premises and Admission Rooms for Patients.
