As a 67 year old, Old-school" man, I appreciate that this Business understands that Service doesn't just mean doing the job and fixing the problem! From my first contact with them via the Internet, they have been efficient, competent, open and transparent and have maintained ongoing communication with me keeping me abreast of progress. My Son's Car needed a Clutch Overhaul Specialist and was dropped off at their premises by The Insurance Tow Truck and the only human contact we had was when my Son collected his Car three days later after a Major Repair. My Son whatsapped me after he had collected the Car to say that he was thrilled with the way the car was driving "beautifully" and that it was a pleasure to deal with the People there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Business to anyone looking to have repairs done professionally at a reasonable, agreed price. Even if you're a bit far away from their Parow Premises, it will be worth your while to go the extra distance as these Guys Go the Extra Mile! Top Notch Service - Thank you!

Worse experience ever. Dropped the car it was starting. This guy misdiagnosed the car and I paid him and then the car still has the same problem it had when I sent it to him I told him could only pay him for his labour but I can't pay him for repairs if my car was not repaired. He demanded money and said the car will no be released until I paid full amount and if I'm delaying he will start adding storage fees to my account. I ended up paying him the full fee and sent him Proof of payment, he refused to give me my car saying proof of payments don't count he will wait for funds to clear whenever that is, I had sent people to tow the car yesterday but we could not because proof of payment don't count with him. He is arrogant he is so incompetent .. I won't recomand this guy to my worst enemh

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Minor service took more than a day. Only let me know at the end of the 1st day that service wont be finished. Informed me on the day of pickup that only cash is accepted and that they close at 2pm on Friday's however their website indicates 4pm. When i nicely asked for a detailed quotation, the wife agreed but still gave me an invoice with only the total. When i questioned them they had a huge attitude. Charged me a specialist fee and was not willing to negotiate.

We found the service to absolutely excellent. My car was assessed and within an hour I had a quote. A full service with extras was very cost effective and done within a single working day. I will be going back for additional work because I trust SE Mechanical Repairs and Fitment to do the job right. I had previously used another provider and they did damage to my car that they guys at SE Mech were able to identify and correct without me needing to ask them to. Well done on service excellence.

If you have a truck (bakkie) and you want some work to be done, you can trust this place. It seems specialized in that area. Some replacements can also be done here to some extent. However on my last 2 visits I was rather disappointed. For the diagnosis on my clutch, I was advised to wait for it to worsen. And for the performance issues, I was advised to try changing the way I drive... I guess after 6 years with the same car I would know if there is something wrong with it.

Service : Fantastic I will recommend SE Mechanical without hesitation. They got our vehicle (Hyundai H100} on Friday afternoon and let me know by 11:00 Monday morning that it was complete and ready for collection. Very Happy with their work, I had 2 wheel bearings fitted end of last year without any issue, they were the only fitment centre to fit the bearings properly as i went to 3 places previously who had damaged the bearings while pressing them into the knuckle, at SE Mech it was done in front of me by the owner who did a perfect job.

I dropped off my Opel Corsa in the morning after the engine started overheating and the car had trouble starting. I received the car back the same day with no issues, and it's running perfectly again. Customer service is friendly & helpful, and they take the time to answer any questions you may have. Would recommend for sure.
