The worker who was working the front counter and ringing people up was rude. This was at about 11:30-11:40am. I had handed her my cash and she didn’t even bag my item and had put the change and receipt on the counter in front of her and didn’t even hand it to me properly. She also kept staring at me which made me super uncomfortable. Overall it’s an amazing company to purchase makeup from but if an employee doesn’t like their job don’t take it out on customers or don’t work with people at all.
Just had the most wonderful and memorable moment with the one and only Donna. Very intelligent and also just really fun to be around. Her energetic spirit left me walking out w a smile and felt like I was talking to a friend. Thank you for your support and all around great aura! Will be back v soon!
My sister was looking for a moisturizer. The nice sales lady knew what she was talking about. They don't carry that brand. The nice lady suggested Nordstrom. She did suggest a particular eyeliner for my sister. Which she did purchase. Everyone was happy. Goodnight.
So , the lady at the cash ask me for my SIN number last 4 digit so she can have me 25% . Like I’m from Canada and who will give their SIN number . It was a SCAM. I want the people to know about it . She was an Asian employee. Please take this thing seriously.
Sephora is hard not to appreciate – it only improves with time. They've introduced numerous brands spanning a wide price range. However, this particular store isn't my top choice. It's somewhat smaller than Sephoras in malls, and the layout feels a bit odd.
I had a makeover done by Frankie Dajui and they did a fabulous job! I am a 56 year old Northern European-descendent woman with sensitive skin. Frankie matched the products for my skin perfectly! I recommend them highly!
Don’t shop this location. Staff are incredibly rude every time I shop there. Even the supervisors have a terrible attitude and customer service. Your better off shopping any other location in the area.
Stopped in to get lashes put on and I was kind of in a hurry but Frankie was quick to help me out! They did a great job and gave me great make up advice! Thank you!!
They were able to help all the customers individually, even with a full store. Plus, they do it with a smile and good attitudes to boot.
