My story starts in 2022 when my wife and I met my brother and his wife in New Orleans. I had some difficulty walking some of the longer distances and my posture was not the best. Full disclosure, I was 74 at the time (and my shoes were not the best) but my brother told my other two brothers that I was shuffling! That really stung this bro’s pride! I needed the preamble to establish the tone of the recommendation. I’m here to IMPROVE. To become BETTER. To show my younger bros (we are all in the Medicare range now) that I’m still here TO WIN IT. Whatever IT is. Ok??? Whatever…. So, I talked to my doctor, and she recommended SERC and SERC has not disappointed! The therapists are very cool and put up with me (you can imagine). My mobility has improved as well as my posture. I have been inspired by the therapists (especially Stephanie and Brandon) to work out at home and have bought some gym equipment to incorporate into my daily routine. My advice if you are on the fence, just do it. It’s worth it. You WILL improve.

Over the summer, I sustained a stress fracture while running an all-terrain race. After eight weeks of healing, my leg was all out of whack, my balance wobbly and weak, my running non-existent. I needed some sound professional advice and customized training to get back on my feet and get ready for a set of back to back races just a couple of months down the road. Barb knew exactly what I wanted to do and how to get me there (she's even run the same races and knows the physical demands involved.) She created a custom plan for me and got me back in shape and ready to run again. I wasn't made any promises by an orthopedic specialist at the hospital that I would be able to run, but not only was I able to do so, I finished with a personal best time! I'm back to where I was before the injury - probably even better and stronger than before.

This SERC location is awesome!! My doctor referred me to SERC and I'm very happy I received my physical therapy at this location and will return as needed. I need PT at two other times in my life and have used a different clinic. Both times this other clinic only manipulated my body and had not machines to strengthen me. I didn't know the difference until I went to SERC and it made a huge difference is my recovery time! I loved the thoroughness of all the therapists I worked with. Each one was great because each therapist seamlessly continued with my care and all had a high level of expertise. SERC in Liberty MO extraordinary and I highly recommend them for any physical therapy needs. They are a caring and friendly facility. You will be pleased with the results you will get from SERC.

SERC Physical Therapy in Liberty is a great place for physical therapy. The staff is welcoming and the therapists are incredibly experienced as well as knowledgeable. Being a mother of two, I was worried about fitting physical therapy into our schedule. However, there was no need to worry! They were so flexible with scheduling that it was easy to find appointments that fit into our family’s schedule. I am so grateful for the treatment and care I received. I never thought my wrist could becoming this functional again after breaking it and having to have hardware to repair the broken bone. You cannot go wrong with SERC!

I worked with Heidi, Tiffany and Michelle but mostly Heidi. I honestly thought I was going to hate every minute but these ladies make physical therapy fun! They are very kind, caring and compassionate. They helped me reach my goals and gave me a great foundation to build upon. I'm so very thankful my PT journey was with them. Super shout out to Heidi, I have a tendency to keloids and was resigned to the fact that my incisions from my knee surgery were going to keloid but Heidi and her magic hands kept that from happening. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location!

I was referred by a neighbor so after recent major surgery on my shoulder I started my rehab three times a week. My physical therapist Ashleigh is new there. Heidi is the director & Kristy is the receptionist. Everyone is friendly & very professional. The facility is extremely clean & they are all following proper protocol for the COVID19 to make everyone healthy & safe. I am very satisfied with how my therapy is going so far. Everyone is so encouraging & supportive of my rehab. Thank you!

I went a few months without getting therapy for a wrist I broke in January 2021 and started having troubles again. Went back to orthopedic and he sent me for therapy. I saw Dawn and with her help I regained almost all full motion and strength even that far out from breaking my wrist. This is a great fun clinic with some very caring therapists. After a recent knee injury and subsequent surgery, I started physical therapy at Serc at the Liberty/KC location. I worked with Tiffany throughout my entire physical therapy span and she was great! She gave me all the tools I needed to get back to where I was prior to my injury. The entire staff is very friendly, fun, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Serc for all of your physical therapy needs.

I finished my knee replacement physical therapy in October 2020 at SERC in Liberty, and I will be forever grateful that I picked this place! Ashleigh was my therapist, and she cheerfully, confidently and skillfully led me to my full recovery. Tiffany and the staff were great!!! They were supportive and I felt that every time I had a set back in my rehab she felt my frustration and helped me power on! Most importantly she would listen to how I felt and tailored my rehab to me. I highly recommend. Glad to be feeling good, but will miss Tiffany and the rest of the team!

My physical therapist, Ashleigh, has expert knowledge and prescribed appropriate exercises for my rehabilitation. The staff was very professional by listening and helping me recover from total hip replacement. Ashleigh observed and help me to strengthen my bad leg. She pushed when I needed but explained why and how it would help me. I would recommend SERC physical therapy and i was lucky to have a great therapist.
