This city is plagued by endless scandals on criminal and racist cops. Google Search: Sgt. Ian Furminger. Him and his little underlings we're conspiring together to steal people's property and to plant evidence on innocent citizens. They are now serving time in the federal prison system, likely in PROTECTIVE CUSTODY. They're not such tough guy's in prison like they acted on the streets. They have had a major scandal as well about over a dozen cops that have been sending each other racist and homophobic text messages. Making statements about how some races of people are animals and are better off dead. As well, the Sheriff's Department has also had their own scandal. Some of the corrections officers in the county jail we're forcing inmates to workout and fight under the threat of punishment if they didn't. All while Sheriff's Deputies placed bets on said fights. I personally have been endlessly harassed for standing up for my own rights that these dirty cops often violate. They have even committed crimes against me upon standing up to them. They like to play little games too when you stand up to them. They start asking you if you need services, as if though you are crazy or (51/50) as they call it here. They start accusing you and/or implying that you might be on drugs. They will even stand there and taunt you until you get pissed off and then write in reports that you are aggressive or hostile. Trying to tag you as some threat to themselves and or others. Does it not interest all of you how they "cops in general" despise your Civil and Constitutional Rights, despite having sworn an oath of honor to uphold those same rights. Shame on you.
Ignorance is criminal. I was shopping at the Westfield Nordstrom at a Saturday later afternoon. After tried on two dresses, I went to exchange my shoes but left my handbag ($1000) in the fitting room. 10min later, I went back to grab my handbag, it’s gone. Not be found returned to anyone anyplace. It’s a simple story. Someone stole it while I was not present. Like many people’s first response, I contacted the Nordstrom, they have a surveillance camera outside and then call the police. They did their best job to transfer me online to make the report (broken system) or walk in the station personally like I read here in many reviews. I spoke with their officer named James while caught him on his patrol and explained clearly what happened. He did his best job accused of me not being careful enough to left my belongs and make me feel guilty that I should be responsible for the whole scene. What a strategy! Accuse the victim rather than working on the criminal. UNBELIEVABLE.
My friends and I just ran from the Pride celebration at the civic center because there's a (presumed) active shooter. We heard loud bangs and people running from multiple directions. We're sitting in a random hotel lobby right now, and figured we should call the non emergency line for instructions on what to do next. I'm trying to keep it together for my friends, but we're all absolutely terrified right now! I called the non emergency line and the officer was yelling at me within 2 sentences. She instructed me to go TOWARDS the shooting and ask a responding officer for updates. I'm panicking but I told her as calmly as I could that isn't a good idea. She yelled at me some more and told me she couldn't help me. Defund the police. They're useless.
San Francisco, what a giant cesspool of human garbage. I had to step over JUNKIES HOMLESS BEGGARS FECES AND TRASH. I will NEVER come back to SF it's not worth it. I was ACTUALLY hit with a stun gun on the train from the airport to my hotel, and not a cop to be found. and THEN walked out into the scariest area that was supposed to be a nice area, surrounded by 20-30 junkies. Thanks for the warning SF no where that I have been have I not seen a problem or been asked for something money-cigaretts ect. but this place takes the cake, the walk over was a nightmare
My social security card was stolen from me along with other identifying items. It was a dire situation for me, I was at the risk of identity theft. I went into the station, clearly explained myself, and they turned me away and told me to make a report online. Online, it clearly stated I could only make stolen SSN reports in person. The person on the phone before I went in said the same thing. They decided they were too lazy to take on my case. I travel over an hour to get into the city, so they screwed me over.
If you need help in the Tenderloin, DO NOT call this station. On my way to work one morning, I encounter a gent on the sidewalk who was shooting up. This is typical at night in the TL, but 8AM?! Let me have coffee first! I called the Tenderloin station and the bundle of love that answered told me “we don’t dispatch from here.” Then why post a station INSIDE the confinement zone?! For looks?
We had some questions after some people smashed our car’s windows in Oakland and SFPD Tenderloin gave us a lot of helpful information about the process to follow. Really nice to have them in our neighborhood. Thanks for what you are doing for our community and for taking the time for us
Did a satisfactory job - my requirements were straightforward but they should have log and registered the items I dropped off for safe disposal. Did feel a too informal - perhaps they didn’t want to fill out the paperwork.
Do I really have to explain why this is a 1 star? I don't think so. Let's just say if something happens to you around here unless your dead expect some smug cop to act annoyed while filling out a police report. Useless.
Shame on the San Francisco Police Department for not handling the Anti Semitic placement of swastikas as a hate crime because the racist who placed the swastikas was Black.
Called the non-emergency line and police station line, no response whatsoever. Who are we supposed to count on if we can't even count on the police to do their job..
I love this station, it's policemen and women are the best. They have a very hard job in this district. A special thanks and hello to Marcus a real nice cop.
Why people's call cop for same for help right ! But didn't get any help when you call them they put you in hold and waiting what the hell sfpd!Thank
Really is the worst station possible Instead of helping people they are just trying to find as many excuses not to help !
